Description
上記ギヤボックスの全てのギヤ比の選択及び移行は、
選択シリンダと、該選択シリンダと同心で、該選択シリンダの内部に設けられた、移行キャリッジとから構成される共通のセレクタによって実行され、
上記選択シリンダは、軸方向には固定で、回転可能であることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 固定ピニオン(21、22、23、31、32)を有する同軸の1次の第1軸(20)及び1次の第2軸(30)へのエンジンのトルクの伝達をそれぞれ制御する第1入力クラッチ(40)及び第2入力クラッチ(41)と、上記1次の第1軸及び1次の第2軸によってそれぞれ駆動される遊びピニオンを有する2次の第1軸(50)及び2次の第2軸(60)と、一式のシフトフォーク(230、240、250、260)によって駆動される上記遊びピニオンの噛み合いクラッチ手段(100、101、102、103)とを備えた機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置において、
上記ギヤボックスの全てのギヤ比の選択及び移行は、
選択シリンダ(211)と、該選択シリンダと同心で、該選択シリンダの内部に設けられた、移行キャリッジ(220)とから構成される共通のセレクタ(210)によって実行され、
上記選択シリンダ(211)は、軸方向には固定で、回転可能であることを特徴とする、機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。 - 上記選択シリンダ(211)は、上記移行キャリッジ(220)を回転駆動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記移行キャリッジは、ギヤ比を係合させるための上記シフトフォーク(230、240、250、260)の軸(231、241、251、261)を移動させる指状突起(221、222)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記選択シリンダ(211)は、上記シフトフォークの軸(231、241、251、261)の駆動噛み合いクラッチ(252、262、272、282)と係合する、より直径が大きい、少なくとも3つの周辺セクター(212、213、214)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記選択シリンダ(211)の3つの周辺セクター(212、213、214)は、上記駆動噛み合いクラッチ(252、262、272、282)のギヤ比の係合位置からニュートラル位置への軸方向の移動を開始し、この移動を完成し、上記シフトフォークの軸(231、241、251、261)をニュートラル位置に固定するために、それぞれ上記駆動噛み合いクラッチ(252、262、272、282)と係合する、上記選択シリンダ(211)の回転軸に対して傾斜角度が異なる3つの傾斜した領域(212a、213a、214a;212b、213b、214b;212c、213c、214c)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記選択シリンダ(211)の3つの周辺セクター(212、213、214)は、その端部に、上記駆動噛み合いクラッチ(252、262、272、282)のギヤ比の係合位置からニュートラル位置への軸方向の移動を開始及び完成するために、上記シフトフォークの駆動噛み合いクラッチ(252、262、272、282)と係合する、傾斜角度が変化する、側面が平行でない第1の領域と、上記シフトフォークの軸をギヤ比の係合位置に固定するために上記駆動噛み合いクラッチと係合する、側面が平行な領域(212c、213c、214c)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記周辺セクターの、駆動噛み合いクラッチ(252、262、272、282)と係合する上記シフトフォークの軸を固定する領域(212c、213c、214c)は、上記選択シリンダ(211)の回転軸に対して角度を有して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 2つの駆動噛み合いクラッチと係合する第1の周辺セクター(213)を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 他の上記周辺セクターは、上記第1の周辺セクターに面する端部にのみ傾斜した領域を有するのに対し、上記第1の周辺セクター(213)は、その両端に傾斜した領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 全てのギヤ比の係合の解除は、上記選択シリンダ(211)の単純な回転によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記選択シリンダ(211)は、異なるパリティの2つのギヤ比を同時に係合することを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
- 上記選択シリンダ(211)は、選択中の同じパリティのギヤ比の係合を解除することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の機械式ギヤボックスの内部制御装置。
