Description
本発明は、上記のように構成され、水素生成装置及び該装置を備えた燃料電池発電システムにおいて、熱効率の向上を図ることができるという効果を奏する。
(実施の形態1)

図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る水素生成装置の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。

図5は、図1の水素生成装置を備えた本実施の形態に係る燃料電池発電システムの模式的な構成図である。

図2は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る水素生成装置の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。本実施の形態の水素生成装置は、実施の形態1の水素生成装置と同様の構成を有するが、以下の点が実施の形態1とは異なっている。

Claims (10)
- 改質反応により改質反応原料から水素主体の改質ガスを生成する改質部と、前記改質部に前記改質反応原料を供給する改質原料流路と、前記改質ガス中の一酸化炭素を変成反応により低減する一酸化炭素変成部と、前記改質部から前記一酸化炭素変成部に前記改質ガスを供給する改質ガス流路と、前記一酸化炭素変成部から得られた変成後ガスを取り出す変成後ガス流路とを備えた水素生成装置において、
前記水素生成装置の本体部の内部は、中心軸を共有し所定の間隔で対向配置された複数の軸方向壁と、前記軸方向壁の所定の端部に前記軸方向壁と交差するように配置された複数の径方向壁とで区画されることにより、前記本体部内に前記改質原料流路、前記改質ガス流路、及び前記変成後ガス流路が形成され、前記中心軸に沿って前記改質部が形成されるとともに、前記改質部の前記軸方向側に前記一酸化炭素変成部が形成され、
前記改質原料流路は、前記改質部の外側を囲むように配置され、一端部が前記改質部の前記軸方向の一端面に連通し、少なくとも一部が、前記改質部の前記軸方向の一端面に沿って形成され、
前記改質ガス流路は、前記改質部の外周を囲むように配置され、一端部が前記改質部の前記軸方向の他端面に連通するとともに、他端部が前記一酸化炭素変成部の上流面に連通し、
前記一酸化炭素変成部は、前記軸方向において、前記改質部の前記一端面と前記改質原料流路を介して対向するように配置され、
前記変成後ガス流路は、一端部が前記一酸化炭素変成部の下流面に連通し、対向する前記一酸化炭素変成部と前記改質部との間で、前記改質原料流路の前記改質部の端面に沿った部分に直接又は間接的に接しており、

前記変成後ガス流路と直接又は間接的に接触する前記改質原料流路が、前記原料ガスと水とが異なる物質状態で移動する前記流路部である請求項1記載の水素生成装置。 - 前記改質反応原料は、炭化水素系の原料ガスと水とを含み、前記改質原料流路は、前記原料ガスのみが移動する原料ガス流路部と、前記原料ガスと水とが異なる物質状態で移動する流路部と、前記水を蒸発させて水蒸気とする水蒸発部と、前記原料ガスと前記水蒸気とが混合されたガスが移動する混合原料ガス流路部とを備え、
前記変成後ガス流路と直接又は間接的に接触する前記改質原料流路が、前記原料ガス流路部である請求項1記載の水素生成装置。 - 前記改質反応原料は、炭化水素系の原料ガスと水とを含み、前記改質原料流路は、前記水のみが移動する水流路部と、前記水と前記原料ガスとが異なる物質状態で移動する流路部と、前記水を蒸発させて水蒸気とする水蒸発部と、前記原料ガスと前記水蒸気とが混合されたガスが移動する混合原料ガス流路部とを備え、
前記変成後ガス流路と直接又は間接的に接触する前記改質原料流路が、前記水流路部である請求項1記載の水素生成装置。 - 前記一酸化炭素変成部は、少なくともAl、Ce、Zrのうち1種を含む金属酸化物から構成される担体上に、変成触媒たる白金族金属が担持されている請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の水素生成装置。
- 前記改質ガス流路と前記改質原料流路との間で熱交換が可能に構成された請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の水素生成装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の水素生成装置と、
前記水素生成装置から供給され水素を主成分とする燃料ガスと、酸化剤ガスとを用いて発電する燃料電池とを備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池発電システム。
