Description
本発明の水素発生装置を採用すると、燃料の燃焼により発生したエネルギーは他方の領域の脱水素触媒に直接伝達され、エネルギーの利用効率が極めて高く、その上、水素発生速度をより大きくすることができる。
以下、本発明に係る水素発生装置の好適な実施の形態について、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
C6H12 →C6H6 +3H2―205.9kJ/mol(シクロヘキサンの脱水素反応)
C7H14 →C7H8+3H2―204.8kJ/mol (メチルシクロヘキサンの脱水素反応)
本図は、水素発生装置の一形態を示すものであって、これらに限定されるものではない。
次に、本発明に係る水素添加反応装置の好適な実施の形態について、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

Claims (5)
- 多重管の間に形成された反応器内の壁面に、陽極酸化処理によるアルミニウム化合物に担持した有機ハイドライドの脱水素反応によって水素を発生する脱水素触媒を設けた領域と、陽極酸化処理によるアルミニウム化合物に担持した燃焼用触媒を設けた脱水素反応の反応熱を供給する領域とを、管壁を隔てて配置したその径方向に三重に管を重ねた三重管構造であって、最も内側の排ガス通路の管と上方でつながった、燃料と空気の混合物の燃焼により生成した排ガスが上方へと流れる内側領域と、前記内側領域よりさらに外側に脱水素触媒を設けた領域とを設けたことを特徴とする水素発生装置。
- 前記壁面は、フィン、ひだ、格子またはハニカム形状の部材の壁面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記脱水素反応に必要な熱を発生するための燃料を、前記脱水素反応による生成物としていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の水素発生装置。
- 多重管の間に形成された反応器内の壁面に、陽極酸化処理によるアルミニウム化合物に担持した不飽和炭化水素と水素との水素添加反応によって有機ハイドライドを製造する水素添加触媒を設けた領域と、前記水素添加反応による熱を除去する領域とを、管壁を隔てて配置したその径方向に三重に管を重ねた三重管構造であって、最も内側の冷却用空気あるいは冷却用水の通路の管と上方でつながった、加温された空気あるいは水が上方から下方に向かって流れる内側領域と、前記内側領域よりさらに外側に水素添加触媒を設けた領域とを設けたことを特徴とする水素添加反応装置。
- 前記壁面は、フィン、ひだ、格子またはハニカム形状の部材の壁面であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水素添加反応装置。
