Claims (3)
- 車両前後方向に延びるサイドメンバの車幅方向外側に、バッテリを含む車両用バッテリ関連機器群を配置して取り付けるハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリボックス構造であって、
車両の前後方向に離間して配置されて前記サイドメンバの車幅方向外側面から下方に延びる前後のステーにそれぞれ固定される前後の枠フレームを有し、第1の収容空間を区画する下フレーム体と、
第2の収容空間を区画し、前記下フレーム体の上面に載置され、前記サイドメンバの車幅方向外側面の側方に配置される上フレーム体と、を備え、
前記車両用バッテリ関連機器群は、防水性に対する要求が低くメンテナンス頻度の高い第1のバッテリ関連機器群と、防水性に対する要求が高くメンテナンス頻度の低い第2のバッテリ関連機器群とを含み、
前記第2のバッテリ関連機器群は、前記バッテリを含み、
前記第1のバッテリ関連機器群は、前記第1の収容空間に収容されて前記下フレーム体に固定され、
前記第2のバッテリ関連機器群は、前記第2の収容空間に収容されて前記上フレーム体に固定され、
前記上フレーム体の上部は前記前後のステーに上方から固定され、前記上フレーム体の下部は前記下フレーム体の前記前後の枠フレームに固定される
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリボックス構造。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリボックス構造であって、
前記下フレームは、車両の前輪と後輪との間に配置され、
前記第1のバッテリ関連機器群は、インバータを含み、
前記インバータは、前記前輪の水跳ねの影響が少ない前記第1の収容空間の後部に配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリボックス構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリボックス構造であって、
前記上フレーム体に取り付けられて前記第2の収容空間の上方を覆う上カバーと、
前記第1のバッテリ関連機器群を液体冷媒によって冷却する水冷装置と、
前記第2のバッテリ関連機器群を空気によって冷却する空冷装置と、を備えた
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリボックス構造。
