Description
ここで、緩衝部材の外周面の形状が第1の駆動側回転体の内周面の形状より少し小さく形成されている場合は、緩衝部材の組み付け作業をより容易に行うことができる。
さらに、緩衝部材の外周面の形状を第1の駆動側回転体の内周面の形状より少し小さく形成した場合でも、第1の駆動側回転体が回転して第2の駆動側回転体に回転力を伝達する際には、遠心力によって緩衝部材の外周面が第1の駆動側回転体の内周面に密着し、第1の駆動側回転体と緩衝部材との間に隙間が生じないため、第1の駆動側回転体と緩衝部材との間で有害な振動を発生させることがない。
Claims (11)
- 外部からの動力によって回転する第1の駆動側回転体と、第1の駆動側回転体の内周面側に配置された第2の駆動側回転体と、第1及び第2の駆動側回転体の間に配置された緩衝部材と、第2の駆動側回転体によって回転する従動側回転体と、第2の駆動側回転体と従動側回転体との間に所定の大きさ以上のトルクが生ずると、第2の駆動側回転体から従動側回転体に伝達される動力を遮断する動力遮断機構とを備え、第1の駆動側回転体から第2の駆動側回転体に緩衝部材を介して回転力を伝達するようにした車両用空気調和装置の圧縮機の動力伝達装置において、
前記緩衝部材を環状に成形するとともに、緩衝部材の内周面を第2の駆動側回転体の外周面に固着し、緩衝部材の外周面に互いに周方向に間隔をおいて複数の径方向凸部を設け、
第1の駆動側回転体の内周面には緩衝部材の各凸部が嵌合する径方向凹部を設け、
緩衝部材と第1の駆動側回転体との連結を、緩衝部材の外周面に形成した前記各径方向凸部と第1の駆動側回転体の内周面に形成した前記各径方向凹部とを嵌合させることによって行うように構成した
ことを特徴とする車両用空気調和装置の圧縮機の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力遮断機構を、従動側回転体の外周面側に互いに周方向に間隔をおいて設けた複数のボール溝と、各ボール溝に従動側回転体の周方向にそれぞれ係止することにより第2の駆動側回転体の回転力を従動側回転体に伝達する複数のボールと、各ボールを従動側回転体の軸方向一方から押圧する押圧部材とから構成するとともに、押圧部材によって押圧される各ボールを第2の駆動側回転体の内周面に設けたテーパ面に係止することにより第2の駆動側回転体の回転力を各ボールに伝達し、第2の駆動側回転体と従動側回転体との間に所定の大きさ以上のトルクが生ずると、第2の駆動側回転体に係止する各ボールをテーパ面により押圧部材の押圧力に抗して第2の従動側回転体の各ボール溝の径方向内側に移動させ、第2の駆動側回転体と各ボールとの係止を解除して第2の駆動側回転体から従動側回転体に伝達される動力を遮断するように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力遮断機構を、第2の駆動側回転体と従動側回転体とを連結する連結部材によって第2の駆動側回転体の回転力を従動側回転体に伝達し、第2の駆動側回転体と従動側回転体との間に所定の大きさ以上のトルクが生ずると前記連結部材が破断し、第2の駆動側回転体から従動側回転体に伝達される動力を遮断するように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2の駆動側回転体の外周面に、内周面が第2の駆動側回転体の外周面に固着されるとともに外周面が緩衝部材の内周面に固着されたトルク伝達リングを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トルク伝達リングを熱硬化性材料から形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トルク伝達リングを、表面に熱硬化性材料が成形された金属リングによって形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記金属リングの内周面及び外周面に凹凸を形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記金属リングをアルミニウムから形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記金属リングを鋼から形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第2の駆動側回転体を、トルク伝達リングを成形型内に配置した状態で熱硬化性材料を射出することによりトルク伝達リングと一体に形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項4、5、6、7、8または9記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1の駆動側回転体を熱硬化性材料から形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9または10記載の動力伝達装置。
