Claims (6)
- 1または複数の合成樹脂製帯状長尺連続材及び/又は複数本の縦糸に短い横糸が絡まった耳端からなる1または複数の合成樹脂製糸状長尺連続材が捩られて形成され、点圧縮されて形成された紐の切断体で、圧着によって形成された凹状圧痕がその表面に点状に形成されていることを特徴とするペレット。
- 連続的に供給された1または複数の合成樹脂製帯状長尺連続材及び/又は複数本の縦糸に短い横糸が絡まった耳端からなる1または複数の合成樹脂製糸状長尺連続材を一対の集束用ローラ間及びその下流側に設けられ、外周面に凹凸が形成された一対の圧縮用ローラ間にこの順で送り出しつつ、前記集束用ローラと前記圧縮用ローラとを相対的に回転させることにより、前記集束用ローラと前記圧縮用ローラとの間で前記長尺連続材を捩ってコヨリ状紐材を形成し、且つ、前記一対の圧縮用ローラにて前記コヨリ状紐材を点圧縮することを特徴とする紐の製造方法。
- 請求項2で形成された紐を凹状圧痕の間隔よりも広い間隔で切断し、圧着により形成された凹状圧痕がその表面に点状に形成されているペレットを形成することを特徴とするペレットの製造方法。
- (a) 連続的に供給された1または複数の合成樹脂製帯状長尺連続材及び/又は複数本の縦糸に短い横糸が絡まった耳端からなる1または複数の合成樹脂製糸状長尺連続材の少なくともいずれか一方を挟持しつつ下流側に配設された一対の圧縮用ローラへ送り出す一対の集束用ローラを有する集束部と、
(b) 前記集束部の下流側に配設され、外周面に凹凸が形成された一対の圧縮用ローラを有する圧縮部と、
(c) 前記集束部と前記圧縮部とを相対的に回転させることにより、前記集束用ローラと前記圧縮用ローラとの間で前記長尺連続材を捩ってコヨリ状紐材を形成する回転部とで構成され、
(e) 前記圧縮用ローラは、前記長尺連続材を捩って形成されたコヨリ状紐材を点圧縮して紐を形成するものであることを特徴とする紐の製造装置。 - (a) 連続的に供給された1または複数の合成樹脂製帯状長尺連続材及び/又は複数本の縦糸に短い横糸が絡まった耳端からなる1または複数の合成樹脂製糸状長尺連続材の少なくともいずれか一方を挟持しつつ下流側に配設された一対の圧縮用ローラへ送り出す一対の集束用ローラを有する集束部と、
(b) 前記集束部の下流側に配設され、外周面に凹凸が形成された一対の圧縮用ローラを有する圧縮部と、
(c) 前記圧縮部の出口側に設けられた切断部と、
(d) 前記集束部に対して前記圧縮部と切断部とを相対的に回転させることにより前記集束用ローラと前記圧縮用ローラとの間で前記長尺連続材を捩ってコヨリ状紐材を形成する回転部とで構成され、
(e) 前記圧縮用ローラは、前記長尺連続材を捩って形成されたコヨリ状紐材を点圧縮して紐を形成し、
(f) 前記切断部は、点圧縮されて形成された前記紐を凹状圧痕の間隔よりも広い間隔で切断し、圧着により形成された凹状圧痕がその表面に点状に形成されているペレットとして形成するものであることを特徴とするペレットの製造装置。 - (a) 連続的に供給された1または複数の合成樹脂製帯状長尺連続材及び/又は複数本の縦糸に短い横糸が絡まった耳端からなる1または複数の合成樹脂製糸状長尺連続材の少なくともいずれか一方を挟持しつつ下流側に配設された一対の圧縮用ローラへ送り出す一対の集束用ローラを有する集束部と、
(b) 長尺連続材の送り出し側に設けられ、外周面に凹凸が形成された一対の圧縮用ローラを有する圧縮部及び前記圧縮部の出口側に設けられた切断部と、
(c) 回転軸が前記長尺連続材の送り出し方向と略並行となるようにして、前記集束用ローラから送り出された長尺連続材をガイドしつつ前記圧縮部及び前記切断部の周囲を回転させ、前記長尺連続材の送り方向を途中で反転させた後、前記圧縮部にガイドする回転フレームとで構成され、
(d) 前記圧縮部は、前記回転フレームの回転による捩りにて形成されたコヨリ状紐材を点圧縮してその外周面に凹状圧痕が形成された紐を形成するものであり、
(e) 前記切断部は、該紐を凹状圧痕の間隔以上の間隔で切断するものであることを特徴とするペレットの製造装置。
