Claims (13)
- フィラメントから成る少なくとも1つのプリコンソリデートされたスパンボンドウェブ(3)及び親水性の繊維から成る少なくとも1つの繊維層(4)から構成された繊維ラミネートにおいて、
当該プリコンソリデートが、カレンダーを使用して実施され、前記繊維ラミネートは、流体力学的にコンソリデートされていて、エンボス変形が、流体力学的にコンソリデートされたこの繊維ラミネート(2)の表面に施されている繊維ラミネート。 - 複数の点状のエンボス変形が、施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維ラミネート。
- 直線状のエンボス変形が、施されている請求項1又は2に記載の繊維ラミネート。
- エンボス変形のエンボスの深さは、0.1〜5mmである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ラミネート。
- プリコンソリデートされた第2スパンボンドウェブ(5)が、プリコンソリデートされた第1スパンボンドウェブ(3)に適用された親水性の繊維から成る繊維層(4)に適用される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ラミネート。
- 繊維ラミネートを製造する方法において、
フィラメントから成る少なくとも1つのスパンボンドウェブ(3)が、カレンダーを使用してプリコンソリデートされ、
親水性の繊維から成る少なくとも1つの繊維層(4)が、プリコンソリデートされたスパンボンドウェブ(3)に適用され、
スパンボンドウェブ(3)から成る層及び繊維層(4)が、流体力学的にコンソリデートされ、
エンボス変形が、流体力学的にコンソリデートされた繊維ラミネート(2)の表面に施される方法。 - 少なくとも1つのスパンボンドウェブ(3)のプリコンソリデーションは、カレンダーを使用して実施される請求項6に記載の方法。
- プリコンソリデートされた第2スパンボンドウェブ(5)が、親水性の繊維から成る繊維層(4)に適用され、次いで形成された繊維ラミネート(2)が、流体力学的にコンソリデートされる請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 繊維ラミネート(2)は、1つのスパンボンドウェブ(3)又は複数のスパンボンドウェブ(3,5)から構成され、繊維層(4)は、ウォータージェット処理によって流体力学的にコンソリデートされる請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維ラミネート(2)は、流体力学的なコンソリデーション後に乾燥される請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エンボス変形は、少なくとも1つの構成されたエンボス面を有するエンボス装置(9)を使用して製造される請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エンボス変形は、繊維ラミネート(2)の一方の面上で作用する構成されたより硬いエンボス面及び繊維ラミネート(2)の他方の面上に配置されたさらなるエンボス面によって施される請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エンボス変形は、繊維ラミネート(2)上で作用する構成されたエンボス面を有する少なくとも1つのローラーを使用して施される請求項6〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
