Claims (13)
- 필라멘트로 제조된 하나 이상의 예비-압밀화 스펀본드 웹(3, 5)과, 친수성 섬유로 제조된 하나 이상의 섬유 층(4)을 포함하는 섬유 라미네이트 특히, 흡수성 청소용 천으로서, 여기서 상기 섬유 라미네이트는 수력학적으로 압밀화되고, 엠보싱 변형부는 수력학적으로 압밀화된 섬유 라미네이트(2)의 표면에 형성되어 있는 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수개의 점상 엠보싱 변형부(punctiform embossing deformation)가 구비된 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 선형 엠보싱 변형부(linear embossing deformation)가 구비된 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 변형부의 엠보싱 깊이는 0.1∼5 ㎜, 바람직하게는 0.5∼3 ㎜인 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 예비 압밀화된 스펀본드 웹에 적층된, 친수성 섬유로 제조된 섬유 층에 제2의 예비 압밀화된 스펀본드 웹이 적층되어 있는 것인 섬유 라미네이트.
- 필라멘트로 제조된 하나 이상의 스펀본드 웹(3, 5)을 예비 압밀화시키는 단계;친수성 섬유로 제조된 하나 이상의 섬유 층(4)을 상기 예비 압밀화시킨 스펀본드 웹(3,4)에 적층하는 단계;스펀본드 웹(3, 5)과 섬유 층(4)으로 제조된 라미네이트를 수력학적으로 압밀화시키는 단계; 및엠보싱 변형부를 상기 수력학적으로 압밀화시킨 섬유 라미네이트(2)의 표면에 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 섬유 라미네이트 특히, 흡수성의 청소용 천의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 스펀본드 웹(3, 5)의 예비 압밀화는 캘린더 특히, 핫-엠보싱 캘린더를 사용하여 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 제2의 예비 압밀화된 스펀본드 웹(3, 5)은 친수성 섬유로 제조된 섬유 층(4)에 적층하고, 생성된 섬유 라미네이트(2)는 수력학적으로 압밀화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 라미네이트(2)는 스펀본드 웹(3, 5)을 포함하고, 상기 섬유 층(4)은 수분사 처리에 의하여 수력학적으로 압밀화된 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 라미네이트(2)는 수력학적 압밀화 이후에 건조하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 변형부는 하나 이상의 조직화된 엠보싱 표면을 갖는 엠보싱 장치(9)를 사용하여 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 변형부는 섬유 라미네이트(2)의 한쪽 면에서 작용하는 보다 경질의 조직화된 엠보싱 표면에 의해, 그리고 섬유 라미네이트(2)의 다른쪽 면에 정렬되는 추가의 엠보싱 표면에 의해 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 엠보싱 변형부는 섬유 라미네이트(2)상에서 작용하는 조직화된 엠보싱 표면을 갖는 하나 이상의 롤러를 사용하여 형성하는 것인 방법.
