Description
ランセット装置は、試料採り出しユニット16によって形成されている参照素子14の接触表面15が皮膚の表面に対向して位置するように、患者の身体の一部に対して置かれる。駆動ばね11を伸張するためには、駆動ローター12がロッキング素子(図示せず)によってロックされているあいだに、伸張ローター13が180度回転させられる。穿刺をトリガーするためには、止め釘53が伸張ローター53の止め溝52の終端に対して衝突するまで、駆動ローター12が180度のスナッピング動作を行なうように、ロッキング素子(図示せず)が緩められる。
その上、血液の排出を向上させるために、たとえば、ブッシング77の下端のような圧力片を作って穿刺部位近傍の皮膚の表面に作用させることも出来る。そのような圧力片の圧迫作用によって、血液は穿刺傷から絞られて試料採取ユニット60に受けられる。採血が完了した後に圧力が下がると、穿刺傷は閉じる。圧力片による血液採取のサポートに関する更なる詳細についてはヨーロッパ特許出願EP04008691.0に開示されている。この点に関して、EP04008691.0は、参照により開示に含まれる。

Claims (10)
- ランセット(4)が穿刺通路に沿って移動可能なハウジング(2)と、
穿刺ばね(11)によって駆動可能な駆動ローター(12)を持ったランセット駆動部(9)と、
ランセット駆動部(9)の作動サイクルのあいだ、駆動ローター(12)の回転動作を穿刺通路に沿ったランセット(4)の穿刺および帰還動作に転換するランセット連結機構(24)であって、該ランセット連結機構がランセット連結機構(24)の推進カーブ(27)に沿って動く推進カーブ・トラベラー(28)を備え、および
ランセット(4)と関係して、またハウジング(2)と関係して可動であるが、穿刺の時にはランセット駆動部(9)に関係して規定された位置に置かれ、また、穿刺動作によって再現可能な穿刺深さを持った穿刺傷が生じるように、皮膚表面に対してその接触表面(15)で静止する参照素子(14)とを備える、皮膚の表面に穿刺傷をつけ、診断の目的で体液を採取するためのランセット装置であって、
前記ランセット装置がさらに参照素子(14)を移動するためのランセット駆動部(9)に連結されている参照素子連結機構(38、39)からなり、参照素子連結機構(33、39)が推進カーブ(33、68、73)と、該推進カーブ(33、68、73)に沿って動く推進カーブ・トラベラー(34、67、72)とを備えることを特徴とするランセット装置。 - ランセット駆動部(9)が駆動ばね(11)を伸張させるための伸張ローター(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のランセット装置。
- 作動サイクルにおいて、駆動ローター(12)が準備範囲の回転角の全範囲にわたって、駆動ローター(12)が伸張ローター(13)と一緒に回転することを特徴とする請求項2記載のランセット装置。
- 参照素子(14)が参照素子連結機構(38、39)によって動かされ、駆動ローター(12)が準備範囲の回転角の範囲を回転することを特徴とする請求項3記載のランセット装置。
- 参照素子(14)が、一旦所定の最小圧力を超える圧力が接触面(15)に加えられると、穿刺動作を開始するために必要な信号を発生させるために用いられる圧力センサーからなることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載のランセット装置。
- 試料取り出しユニット(60)をさらに備え、穿刺の後に試料を受け入れるために当該試料取り出しユニット(60)が穿刺箇所へ移動させられることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載のランセット装置。
- 駆動ばね(11)と駆動ばね(11)を伸張させるための伸張ローター(13)とによって駆動可能な駆動ローター(12)を持ったランセット駆動部(9)と、
駆動ローター(12)の回転動作をランセット(14)の穿刺および帰還動作に転換させるための、推進カーブ・トラベラー(28)がそれに沿って動く推進カーブ(27)を持ったランセット連結機構(24)と、
ランセット駆動部(9)に連結されて、更なる推進カーブ(33、68、73)からなり、それに沿って推進カーブ・トラベラー(34、67、72)が動く更なる連結機構(38、39)とを備えるランセット駆動組立体であって、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のランセット装置に用いられてなる
ランセット駆動組立体。 - 準備範囲の回転角で、伸張ローター(13)の回転動作が、伸張ローター(13)と駆動ローター(12)とが準備範囲の回転角で一緒に回転するように、連結によって駆動ローター(12)へ移送され、該連結が、共同の回転のあいだは伸張ローター(13)の回転角位置は駆動ローター(12)の回転角位置から10度以下に、逸れるように配備適用されることを特徴とする請求項7記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 連結が駆動ローター(12)と伸張ローター(13)とのあいだで予備伸張された状態に配設された駆動ばね(11)によって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項8記載のランセット駆動組立体。
- 推進カーブの側面によって行なわれる運動の距離を増大させるために、推進カーブ・トラベラー(28、34、67、72、79)の少なくとも一つが、軸旋回点(82)で軸旋回しているレバー(81)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7、8または9記載のランセット駆動組立体。
