Claims (7)
- ランセット(8、39、48)を、所定の穿刺経路上に導くランセットガイド(3)を有するハウジング(2、36、50)と、
所定の穿刺経路上にランセット(8、39、48)の穿刺運動を駆動するためのランセットドライブ(4)とからなり、前記穿刺運動は、穿刺方向における前進移動相と反転点に到達した後での、穿刺方向とは反対の方向における次の後退移動相とからなり、かつランセットドライブ(4)は、ランセット(8、39、48)の後ろに配置されまたランセット(8、39、48)が穿刺方向に駆動されるように、穿刺運動の前進移動相の間では、ランセット(8、39、48)に接続されている駆動バネ(5、49)を持つことを特徴とする診断目的のために体部から血液を採取する血液採取装置であって、
それは、振動装置の振動挙動が、前記ランセット(8、39、48)により体部への反復穿刺を防ぐために変更されるように、ランセット(8、39、48)と駆動バネ(5、49)からなる振動装置の振動を制御するための振動制御装置であり、
前記振動制御装置は、前記ランセット(8、39、48)に対して、穿刺運動の後退移動相の間のみに作用することを特徴とする血液採取装置。 - ランセット(8、39、48)を、所定の穿刺経路上に導くランセットガイド(3)を有するハウジング(2、36、50)と、
所定の穿刺経路上にランセット(8、39、48)の穿刺運動を駆動するためのランセットドライブ(4)とからなり、前記穿刺運動は、穿刺方向における前進移動相と反転点に到達した後での、穿刺方向とは反対の方向における次の後退移動相とからなり、かつランセットドライブ(4)は、ランセット(8、39、48)の後ろに配置されまたランセット(8、39、48)が穿刺方向に駆動されるように、穿刺運動の前進移動相の間では、ランセット(8、39、48)に接続されている駆動バネ(5、49)を持つことを特徴とする診断目的のために体部から血液を採取する血液採取装置であって、
それは、振動装置の振動挙動が、前記ランセット(8、39、48)により体部への反復穿刺を防ぐために変更されるように、ランセット(8、39、48)と駆動バネ(5、49)からなる振動装置の振動を制御するための振動制御装置であり、
前記振動制御装置は、ランセットが、ランセット(8、39、48)の穿刺運動に対する反転点に到達した後に、穿刺方向と反対の方向にある保持位置中へシフトする可動端ストップ(11)からなることを特徴とする血液採取装置。 - 前記可動端ストップ(11)を保持位置中に運動させるための停止バネ(12)によることを特徴とする請求項2記載の血液採取装置。
- ランセット(8、39、48)を、所定の穿刺経路上に導くランセットガイド(3)を有するハウジング(2、36、50)と、
所定の穿刺経路上にランセット(8、39、48)の穿刺運動を駆動するためのランセットドライブ(4)とからなり、前記穿刺運動は、穿刺方向における前進移動相と反転点に到達した後での、穿刺方向とは反対の方向における次の後退移動相とからなり、かつランセットドライブ(4)は、ランセット(8、39、48)の後ろに配置されまたランセット(8、39、48)が穿刺方向に駆動されるように、穿刺運動の前進移動相の間では、ランセット(8、39、48)に接続されている駆動バネ(5、49)を持つことを特徴とする診断目的のために体部から血液を採取する血液採取装置であって、
それは、振動装置の振動挙動が、前記ランセット(8、39、48)により体部への反復穿刺を防ぐために変更されるように、ランセット(8、39、48)と駆動バネ(5、49)からなる振動装置の振動を制御するための振動制御装置であり、
前記振動制御装置は、ランセット(8、39、48)の運動が、後退移動相中で減速される手段による減衰装置(35)からなることを特徴とする血液採取装置。 - 前記減衰装置(35)は、圧空式減衰器であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の血液採取装置。
- カップリングエレメント(6、40、51)が、ランセット(8、39、48)とカップリングエレメントが、シリンダー中に導かれる駆動バネ(49)の間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項5記載の血液採取装置。
- 前記ランセット(39)の穿刺運動の前進移動相の間に、カップリングエレメント(40)のシールリップ(43)およびシリンダーの内壁(44)の間にある接触が、制限され、そのために前記ランセット(39)が、有意に減速されなくて、また前記ランセット(39)の穿刺運動の後退移動相の間に、前記シールリップ(43)の前にあるシリンダー中に含まれている空気が、圧縮され、それによりランセット(39)が、減速されるように、前記シリンダーの内壁(44)とシール接触をすることを特徴とする請求項6記載の血液採取装置。
