Claims (6)
- スクリューを備えた射出装置、可動プラテンを備えた型締装置、及びエジェクタピンを備えたエジェクタ装置を有し、前記スクリュー、可動プラテン及びエジェクタピンが、それぞれ運動方向変換部を介して各電動機と接続され、該各電動機を駆動することによって発生させらせれた回転の回転運動が前記運動方向変換部によって直進運動に変換される電動射出成形機において、
前記各電動機のうちの少なくとも一つの電動機において、ステータの内径に対するロータの磁石の積層長さの比が3以上にされることを特徴とする電動射出成形機。 - スクリューを備えた射出装置、可動プラテンを備えた型締装置、及びエジェクタピンを備えたエジェクタ装置を有し、前記スクリュー、可動プラテン及びエジェクタピンが、それぞれ運動方向変換部を介して各電動機と接続され、該各電動機を駆動することによって発生させらせれた回転の回転運動が前記運動方向変換部によって直進運動に変換される電動射出成形機において、
前記各運動方向変換部のうちの少なくとも一つの運動方向変換部において、ねじ軸の径に対するナットのねじ部の長さの比が3以上にされることを特徴とする電動射出成形機。 - 前記各運動方向変換部のうちの少なくとも一つの運動方向変換部において、ねじ軸の径に対するナットのねじ部の長さの比が3以上にされる請求項1に記載の電動射出成形機。
- (a)前記運動方向変換部及び前記電動機は同一軸線上に配設され、
(b)前記電動機は中空の出力軸を備え、
(c)該出力軸内において、電動機の回転が前記運動方向変換部のねじ軸を備えた伝動軸に伝達される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動射出成形機。 - スクリュー、該スクリューを回転させるための計量用の電動機、スクリューを進退させるための射出用の電動機、及び前記スクリューと射出用の電動機との間に配設され、射出用の電動機を駆動することによって発生させらせれた回転の回転運動を運動方向変換部によって直進運動に変換する運動方向変換部を有する電動射出成形機において、
(a)前記射出用の電動機において、ステータの内径に対するロータの磁石の積層長さの比が3以上にされ、
(b)前記射出用の電動機及び計量用の電動機が同一軸線上に配設されることを特徴とする電動射出成形機。 - 前記運動方向変換部は回転運動を回転直進運動に変換する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電動射出成形機。
