前記第1の電気モータ(20)、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ(21)、前記第2の電気モータ(23)、及び前記変速装置(22)を、ケース部材(14)に収納するとともに、前記1軸(13)上に整列して配置し、かつ前記ケース部材(14)に前記第1の電気モータ(20)及び前記第2の電気モータ(23)の前記ステータ(24,28)を固定し、前記ケース部材(14)の前端部に、前記内燃エンジン(5)に固定し得る連結部(14d)を設けるとともに、前記ケース部材(14)の後端部に車体(4)に支持し得るマウント部(14c)を設け、前記内燃エンジン(5)に近い側から順に、前記第1の電気モータ(20)、前記動力分配用プラネタリギヤ(21)、前記変速装置(22)、前記第2の電気モータ(23)を配設してなる、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置(7A)にある。

請求項11の発明によると、出力軸を、第2の電気モータの内周を通して配置するとともに、第2の電気モータのロータに軸受部材を介して支持することにより、出力軸が第2の電気モータの内周を通すことにより、軸長が長くなったとしても、サポート部材によって確実に支持されるロータによって支持することができ、出力軸の支持を確実にすることができるため、出力軸の剛性確保による大径化を抑制でき、ハイブリッド駆動装置を小径化することができる。
請求項12の発明によると、第1の電気モータのロータをケース部材から延材されるサポート部材に軸受部材を介して支持し、入力軸を第1の電気モータのロータの内周を通して動力分配用プラネタリギヤユニットに連結するとともに、第1の電気モータのロータに軸受を介して支持することにより、入力軸が第1の電気モータのロータの内周を通すことによって延びるが、入力軸を第1の電気モータのロータを介してケース部材に確実に支持することができ、入力軸の剛性確保による大径化を抑制でき、ハイブリッド駆動装置を小径化することができる。
請求項13の発明によると、変速装置をプラネタリギヤユニットで構成しているため、1軸上に変速装置を設けることができるため、ハイブリッド駆動装置を小径化することができる。
図1に、本発明に係る自動車、すなわち本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置を搭載した自動車1の一例を示す。同図に示す自動車1は、FR(フロントエンジン・リヤドライブ)タイプの自動車であり、同図はその概略構成を模式的に示す平面図である。なお、実際の自動車においては、同図中の矢印F方向が前側、矢印R方向が後側となる。
次に、図1に示す自動車1に搭載される本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置7の他の例として、本実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置7Bについて説明する。まず、図7のスケルトン図を参照してハイブリッド駆動装置7B全体の概略について説明し、つづいて、図8を参照して具体的な構成について詳述する。なお、これらの図においては、矢印F方向が車体の前側(内燃エンジン側)、また矢印R方向が車体の後側(ディファレンシャル装置側)となっている。
次に、図1に示す自動車1に搭載される本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置7の他の例として、本実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置7Cについて説明する。まず、図12のスケルトン図を参照してハイブリッド駆動装置7C全体の概略について説明し、つづいて、図13を参照して具体的な構成について詳述する。なお、これらの図においては、矢印F方向が車体の前側(内燃エンジン側)、また矢印R方向が車体の後側(ディファレンシャル装置側)となっている。
次に、図1に示す自動車1に搭載される本発明に係るハイブリッド駆動装置7の他の例として、本実施の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置7Dについて説明する。本実施の形態では、図14のスケルトン図を参照してハイブリッド駆動装置7D全体の概略について説明する。なお、同図においては、矢印F方向が車体の前側(内燃エンジン側)、また矢印R方向が車体の後側(ディファレンシャル装置側)となっている。
本発明においては、上述のように、ケース部材14に前端部に、内燃エンジン5に固定し得る連結部14dを設けるとともに、ケース部材14の後端部に車体(4)に支持し得る取り付け部14c(マウント部)を設けた。そして、第1の電気モータ20、動力分配用プラネタリギヤ21、変速装置22、第2の電気モータ23のうち、実施の形態1(図3参照),実施の形態2(図8参照)では、第2の電気モータ23を最後端部に配置し、また参考例3(図13参照)では、第1の電気モータ20を最後端部に配置した。さらに、最後端部に配置した第1の電気モータ20又は第2の電気モータ23と、取り付け部14cとの前後方向(1軸13に沿った方向)の位置関係については、これら最後端部に配置した第1の電気モータ20又は第2のモータ23のすぐ後方に配置された隔壁E、すなわちケース部材14の隔壁A〜Eのうちのケース部材14の後端近傍に配置された隔壁Eに設けた。なお、図示は省略したが、実施の形態4においても同様に、隔壁Eに取り付け部14cを設けることができる。
本実施の形態では、図16に示すように、取り付け部14cをケース部材14における、前後方向の位置が第2の電気モータ23よりも後方に位置するように設定している。なお、図16中の符号は、図3中の符号に対応している。
