Claims (3)
- ハウジングと、その内部に配置されたばねと、膜部材と、該膜部材に取り付けられた押し棒部材とを備え、負圧によって往復運動を生じさせる負圧作動器において、
前記ハウジング内の前記膜部材に結合されたホルダに、温度変化によって軸方向に動きを生じるワックス式サーモスタットからなる伸長要素部材が支持され、該伸長要素部材は前記押し棒部材として前記膜部材に同芯に支持されて、前記伸長要素部材自体が温度変化によって軸方向に可動するとともに、前記ハウジング内の負圧によっても前記膜部材の可動に伴って該膜部材に結合された前記ホルダを介して前記伸長要素部材が可動するように構成されたことを特徴とする負圧作動器。 - 前記押し棒部材にクランク駆動のための、あるいは回転運動を行わせるための継ぎ手が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の負圧作動器。
- 前記ハウジングはプラスチック製で2つの部分からなり、両部分は互いに溶接接合され該接合部に前記膜部材が埋設して取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の負圧作動器。
