Description
また、上記ボトムブロックを合成樹脂により形成し、連接通孔同士を接続するための接続管を一体に形成したことにより、この接続管が外れることがないため、電磁弁アセンブリを組み立てたり分解したりする時の作業性が向上する。
なお、このようなパイロット弁7a,7bの構成そのものは既に公知であって、本発明の要旨とも直接関係がないので、それらの構成についてのこれ以上の詳細な説明は省略する。
また、本発明を適用できる電磁弁は5ポート式に限るものではなく、それ以外の、例えば3ポート式であっても構わない。

Claims (2)
- ハウジングを弁幅方向に貫通する複数の連接通孔、これらの連接通孔が連通する弁孔、この弁孔内に収容された流路切換用のスプール、を有する主弁部と、この主弁部に結合された電磁操作部とを有していて、弁幅方向の両側面が他の電磁弁を連接するための第1連接面及び第2連接面である連接形電磁弁において、
上記主弁部におけるハウジングが、実質的に等しい横幅を持つ複数のブロックに分かれていて、中央に位置するセンターブロックと、このセンターブロックの上面に結合された隣接電磁弁との連接用のトップブロックと、下面に結合された合成樹脂製の上記連接通孔が形成されたボトムブロックと、上記センターブロックの軸線方向の第1端側に結合された出力ブロックと、反対側である第2端側に連結されたマニュアルブロックとを有し、全体として矩形で縦長の断面形状を有するものとして、レールに搭載可能に構成され、
上記センターブロックには、主弁部の軸線方向に延びる上記弁孔が形成され、
上記ボトムブロックには、上記各連接通孔から一方の連接面側に突出する接続管が一体に形成されると共に、各接続管を取り囲む環状の凹溝部が形成され、さらに、上記各連接通孔の内部には、他方の連接面側の位置に環状のシール部材がそれぞれ装着されると共に、該他方の連接面に、上記各連接通孔を取り囲む環状の突壁部を有し、複数の電磁弁を連接したとき、隣接する電磁弁の接続管とシール部材とが嵌合し合うと同時に、上記突壁部と凹溝部とが相互に嵌合することによって、対応する連接通孔同士が気密に接続されるように構成され、
上記センターブロックが、軸線方向の第1端側に、上方に向けて延出する端壁部と下方に延出する端壁部とを有し、上記トップブロックとボトムブロックとが、上記端壁部に一端を当接させることによって軸線方向に位置決めされた状態で該センターブロックに結合され、
上記端壁部とボトムブロックとにおける互いに当接する面に、弁幅方向に高さが異なる段差がそれぞれ形成され、これらの段差の当接によって上記ボトムブロックが弁幅方向にも位置決めされている、
ことを特徴とする連接形電磁弁。 - 上記センターブロックの第1端側には、出力ポートを備えた出力ブロックが取り付けられ、反対側の第2端には、手動で上記スプールを切り換えるためのマニュアル釦を備えたマニュアルブロックが取り付けられ、このマニュアルブロックを介して上記電磁操作部が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連接形電磁弁。
