Description
走行用の動力を出力可能な内燃機関と走行用の動力を出力可能な少なくとも一つの電動機を備えるハイブリッド車であって、
所定の停止条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動停止すると共に所定の始動条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動始動する自動停止始動手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関が自動停止されている状態で前記所定の始動条件の成立を伴って前記要求駆動力設定手段により始動加速用の要求駆動力が設定されたときには、所定の解除条件が成立するまでは前記電動機の駆動制限を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
走行用の動力を出力可能な内燃機関と走行用の動力を出力可能な少なくとも一つの電動機を備え、所定の停止条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動停止すると共に所定の始動条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動始動して走行するハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関が自動停止されている状態で前記所定の始動条件の成立を伴って駆動要求がなされたとき、所定の解除条件が成立するまでは前記電動機の駆動制限を伴って走行に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 走行用の動力を出力可能な内燃機関と走行用の動力を出力可能な少なくとも一つの電動機と前記電動機に電力を供給可能な蓄電手段とを備えるハイブリッド車であって、
所定の停止条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動停止すると共に所定の始動条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動始動する自動停止始動手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関が自動停止されている状態で前記所定の始動条件の成立を伴って前記要求駆動力設定手段により始動加速用の要求駆動力が設定されたときには、前記始動加速用の要求駆動力が設定されてから所定時間経過した条件である所定の解除条件が成立するまでは前記内燃機関の始動を伴って前記電動機の駆動制限による駆動力が出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御し、前記所定の解除条件が成立した以降は前記内燃機関の始動を伴って前記蓄電手段から出力可能な電力の範囲内で前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 前記電動機の駆動制限は、動力の出力を禁止する制限である請求項1記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電動機の駆動制限は、動力の出力を保持する制限である請求項1記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記所定時間は、一般的な運転者がアクセル操作してから加速度の変更に違和感を生じることがない程度の時間として設定されてなる請求項1ないし3いずれか一項記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記所定の始動条件は、前記設定された要求駆動力が所定駆動力以上であることを含む条件である請求項1ないし4いずれか一項記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記内燃機関の出力軸と車軸とに連結され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段を備える請求項1ないし5いずれか一項記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記車軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力された動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項6記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸に連結された第1の回転子と前記車軸に連結された第2の回転子とを有し、該第1の回転子と該第2の回転子との相対的な回転により回転する対回転子電動機である請求項6記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電動機は、前記内燃機関からの動力を出力する車軸に動力を入出力するよう取り付けられてなる請求項1ないし8いずれか一項記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電動機は、前記内燃機関からの動力を出力する車軸とは異なる車軸に動力を入出力するよう取り付けられてなる請求項1ないし8いずれか一項記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電動機は、前記内燃機関からの動力を出力する車軸に動力を入出力する第1電動機と該車軸とは異なる車軸に動力を入出力する第2電動機のうちの一方の電動機または双方の電動機である請求項1ないし8いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 走行用の動力を出力可能な内燃機関と走行用の動力を出力可能な少なくとも一つの電動機と前記電動機に電力を供給可能な蓄電手段とを備え、所定の停止条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動停止すると共に所定の始動条件が成立したときに前記内燃機関を自動始動して走行するハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関が自動停止されている状態で前記所定の始動条件の成立を伴って駆動要求がなされたとき、前記始動加速用の要求駆動力が設定されてから所定時間経過した条件である所定の解除条件が成立するまでは前記内燃機関の始動を伴って前記電動機の駆動制限による駆動力が出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御し、前記所定の解除条件が成立した以降は前記内燃機関の始動を伴って前記蓄電手段から出力可能な電力の範囲内で走行に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電動機とを制御する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御方法。
