BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a movable part interference inspection method suitable for use in creating a model of an assembly such as a press die in a CAD (Computer Aided Design) system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a press die which is a kind of assembly, for example, a driving component fixed to the upper holder 1 by an upper holder 1 as a parent component driven by a press machine as a driving device shown in FIG. The
[0003]
For this reason, conventionally, a user of a CAD system creates a press mold model in which each part model of a press mold is created and then the part models are arranged at predetermined assembly positions so that the mold is opened. A model in a state where the upper mold is moved up and down between the mold open position and the mold close position with respect to the lower mold, and a state where the upper mold is moved to the mold close position. Models are created (remodeled) while moving the position of the movable part model according to the position of the upper mold, and interference inspection is performed on these mold models visually.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional interference inspection method, there is a problem that it is necessary to perform remodeling for a plurality of states of the press die, which increases the number of man-hours for modeling. Also, since interference inspection is performed visually, interference inspection is also performed. There was a problem that man-hours increased.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
An object of the present invention is to provide an interference inspection method that advantageously solves the above problems. The CAD system movable component interference inspection method according to the present invention is initially applied to a parent component driven by a driving device. When the CAD system creates a model of an assembly having a movable part that engages with the parent part after the parent part has moved to some extent and then interlocks with the parent part, first of all, A model of all the component parts including the parent part and the movable part is respectively created, and then a model of the assembly is created by arranging the models of all the component parts in a predetermined assembly position with respect to each other. Determine the driven surface, the movable range and the moving direction of the movable part, the moving range, moving direction and moving pitch of the parent part, and then assemble the model of the parent part there The movable part model geometrically interferes with the model of the component parts other than the movable part while moving in the movement direction in the movement direction by the movement pitch together with the other component parts. If there is a geometrical interference, the model of the parent part is returned to the previous position at the moving pitch, and the models of the two component parts that interfered with each other Search for the surface at the shortest distance in the moving direction of the model of the component, and if any of the surfaces at the shortest distance is not the driven surface, it is determined that component interference has occurred, and one of the surfaces at the shortest distance is In the case of the driven surface, the position of the model of the movable component having the driven surface is further moved while moving the model of the parent part in the moving direction in the moving direction by the moving pitch. interference The other component model is moved in the movable direction so that the driven surface is in contact with the model, and the model of the movable component is within the movable range and the other component model Whether the model of the movable part is not within the movable range, or the model of the movable part is geometric with respect to the model of the other component parts. In at least one of the cases where there is a scientific interference, it is determined that component interference has occurred.
[0006]
According to such a method, the user of the CAD system first creates a model of each component part including the parent part and the movable part of the assembly by the CAD system, and then exchanges all the component part models with each other. An assembly model is created by placing it at a predetermined assembly position, and the driven surface, the movable range and the movable direction of the movable part, and the moving range, moving direction and moving pitch of the parent part are input. After that, the CAD system automatically moves the parent part model in the movement direction in the movement direction by the movement pitch, while the movable part model is compared with the other component parts models. Inspecting whether geometric interference occurs or not, if geometric interference occurs, return the model of the parent part to the previous position at the moving pitch, and The two components models are searched for the surface having the shortest distance in the moving direction of the model of the parent component, and if none of the surfaces having the shortest distance is the driven surface, both surfaces are Since it cannot be moved with the movement of the movable member, it is determined that component interference has occurred, and when one of the surfaces at the shortest distance is a driven surface, the surface moves with the movement of the movable member. After that, while further moving the model of the parent part in the movement direction in the movement direction by the movement pitch, the position of the movable part model having the driven surface of the other component part that interfered is obtained. The model is moved in the movable direction so that the driven surface is in contact with the driven surface, and the model of the movable part is within the movable range and geometrically with respect to the model of the other components Interfere The moving part model is not within the moving range, and / or the moving part model is geometrically interfering with the other component models. In this case, it can be determined that component interference has occurred.
[0007]
Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, interference inspection can be performed without the need for remodeling for a plurality of states, so that the man-hours for model creation can be reduced, and it is not necessary to perform interference inspection visually. Man-hours for interference inspection can also be reduced.
[0008]
In the present invention, when the surface at the shortest distance is the driven surface, it is determined whether or not the interfering component can move the moving component having the driven surface mechanically and smoothly. Further inspection may be performed and it may be determined that component interference has occurred if the component cannot be moved.
[0009]
In this case, for example, the inclination angle of the driven surface with respect to the moving direction of the parent component is not appropriate, the reaction force of the spring that moves the movable component back is too strong, or the interference between the interfering component and the driven surface Since the initial contact area is too small and the frictional resistance becomes excessive, and it is determined that component interference has occurred when the interfering component part and thus the parent part cannot be moved smoothly mechanically, Not only normal component interference, but also cases where component interference occurs due to appropriate mechanical design.
[0010]
Further, in the present invention, the model of the movable part moves geometrically relative to the model of the other component parts while moving the model of the parent part in the movement direction by the movement pitch within the movement range. When inspecting whether or not they interfere with each other, the geometric interference between the model of the object other than the assembly that moves in synchronization with the movement of the model of the parent part and each component part is also inspected, When geometrical interference occurs, it may be determined that component interference has occurred.
[0011]
In this way, it is also possible to find part interference with an object model other than the assembly that moves in synchronization with the movement of the model of the parent part.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are flowcharts showing the procedure of an embodiment in which the CAD system movable part interference inspection method of the present invention is applied to the design of a press die. FIG. FIG. 2 shows a procedure of a process automatically performed by the 3D CAD system in the method procedure of the embodiment, and FIG. 3 and 4 show an example of the procedure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In addition, according to the method of this embodiment, when the surface at the shortest distance MD is the driven surface, the geometrically interfered component moves smoothly and smoothly between the movable parts having the driven surface.
A CAD system is a model of an assembly that includes a movable part that is initially separated from a parent part that is driven by a driving device and that engages with the parent part after the parent part has moved to some extent and interlocks with the parent part. When creating with
First, create a model of each component of the assembly, including the parent part and the movable part,
Next, models of all these component parts are mutually arranged at a predetermined assembly position to create the model of the assembly, and the driven surface, the movable range and the movable direction of the movable part, and the movement range of the parent part Define the direction and pitch of movement,
Next, while moving the model of the parent part together with the other component parts assembled therein in the movement direction in the movement direction by the movement pitch, the model of the movable part is the configuration other than the movable part. Check for geometric interference with the part model,
In the case of geometric interference, the model of the parent part is returned to the position one pitch before at the moving pitch, and the models of the two component parts that interfered with each other are shortest in the moving direction of the model of the parent part. Search for a surface at a distance, and if none of the surfaces at the shortest distance is the driven surface, determine that component interference has occurred,
Further, when one of the surfaces at the shortest distance is the driven surface, the driven surface is further moved while moving the model of the parent part in the moving direction in the moving direction by the moving pitch. The movable part model is moved in the movable direction so that the model of the other component part that interfered and the driven surface are in contact with each other, and the model of the movable part is within the movable range. And whether it is not geometrically interfering with the other model of the component,
In the case where at least one of the movable part model is not within the movable range, or the movable part model is geometrically interfering with the other component models, the occurrence of component interference A moving part interference inspection method for a CAD system, characterized by:
