BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a screw press device that accelerates a flywheel by driving a servo motor, and in particular, by directly controlling the rotational speed of the flywheel without using a clutch mechanism, the frictional heat of the clutch when the clutch mechanism is used. Changes in frictional transmission rate due to changes and the resulting variations in machining load can be eliminated to make the machining energy more uniform, and the machining energy can be freely adjusted according to the size and shape of the workpiece. The present invention relates to a screw press apparatus capable of high-precision and high-efficiency processing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The screw press device is a press device that converts the kinetic energy of the rotation designated flywheel into a linear motion by the screw mechanism and presses the molding material with the upper die and the lower die, and can take a long stroke, It has many features not found in other press machines, such as being economically available in small quantities, and is often used for operations such as bolt head molding and coining.
[0003]
The energy for forming the conventional screw press device is applied by connecting and disconnecting the power transmission between the friction disk rotating by the clutch mechanism and the flywheel, and the energy required for processing (flywheel) Is applied to the flywheel, and the molding material is pressed using the kinetic energy generated by the rotation of the flywheel. .
[0004]
Regarding the control of the kinetic energy of the rotation of the flywheel, a certain degree of accuracy can be achieved by detecting the rotation speed with an encoder, but the start-up characteristics change due to thermal fluctuations of the clutch mechanism of the flywheel and the friction disc. Therefore, there is a problem that the processing energy slightly changes with each processing.
[0005]
In fully automatic operation, there is almost no energy fluctuation during steady operation, but when the operation is stopped for a while and then restarted again, the above-mentioned problem occurs, which is somewhat hot due to frictional heat during operation. This is caused by the friction disk being cooled during the stop.
[0006]
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for higher precision in press devices, and there has been a demand for more uniform processing energy, but there is a limit to the structure of conventional screw press devices.
[0007]
In addition, the clutch mechanism using a friction disc uses a clutch lining made of natural leather, and in order to perform continuous automatic operation, the clutch lining is subjected to a leather-retaining treatment even though a longer life of the clutch lining is required. too the lifetime is but becomes large slip long, since although the slip is small Otherwise conservatives process reversed have earthenware pots characteristics have the life is shortened, the flywheel without using the clutch mechanism if The development of a screw press device that can be freely controlled has been desired.
[0008]
Furthermore, the screw press device uses all the kinetic energy from the rotation of the flywheel during molding, so it is powerful. On the other hand, when processing small items, it is overloaded unless the kinetic energy is reduced by reducing the rotational speed of the flywheel. As a result, the operating rate of the apparatus is reduced.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-described drawbacks of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to rotate a flywheel using a servo motor without using a friction disc or a clutch mechanism. By making it possible to directly rotate the flywheel, stopping the screw press device a little after the operation, and even when restarting the operation again, it is made uniform so that the processing energy does not fluctuate and the processing is made highly accurate. In addition, this eliminates the need to use consumables such as a clutch lining, and makes it possible to start a flywheel that is stopped without an air valve that operates the clutch mechanism with good response. .
[0010]
In addition to the above configuration, the servo motor encoder for detecting the rotational speed of the servo motor, the flywheel encoder for detecting the rotational speed of the flywheel, and the feedback of the signal transmitted from the flywheel encoder are also provided. A computer for controlling the rotational speed of the flywheel while receiving the signal, and a servo drive device for operating the servo motor in accordance with a command from the computer while receiving feedback of a signal transmitted from the encoder for the servo motor , and a lower mold The flywheel encoder detects the timing immediately before pressurization when the upper die and the upper die are combined, stops the drive by the servomotor at the timing just before pressurization, causes the servomotor to idle, and determines the kinetic energy due to the rotation of the flywheel. All released for processing By Rukoto be configured so that, together with the to be freely controlled kinetic energy of the flywheel is to improve the accuracy of the pressure energy control.
Another object is to rotate the flywheel at a high speed so that the upper die and the lower die are brought close to each other in a short time , for example, when processing a small molding material. It is to reduce the rotational speed to the speed necessary for processing small items and to be able to pressurize using the kinetic energy of the flywheel that rotates at the low speed. It is to be able to process small molding materials without lowering the operating rate.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0013]
In short, the present invention converts a rotary motion of a flywheel into a linear motion by a screw mechanism and moves the upper mold and the lower mold in a direction in which the upper mold and the lower mold move relatively to or away from each other. In a screw press device for compression processing, a servo motor for rotating the flywheel through a winding transmission member, a servo motor encoder for detecting the rotation speed of the servo motor, the rotation speed of the fly wheel, and the servo motor A flywheel encoder that detects the timing when the engine is idling , and the rotational energy applied to the flywheel by controlling the rotational speed of the flywheel while receiving feedback of a signal transmitted from the flywheel encoder. Computer that adjusts accurately The a servo drive for actuating the servo motor in accordance with a command from the computer while receiving feedback signals transmitted from the servo motor encoder, the timing immediately before pressurization mate and the upper and lower molds Detecting by the flywheel encoder and stopping the drive by the servomotor at the timing immediately before the pressurization, causing the servomotor to idle, and releasing all the kinetic energy due to the rotation of the flywheel for machining. It is characterized by comprising.

In the present invention, the flywheel can be directly rotated without using a friction disc or a clutch mechanism by rotating the flywheel using the servo motor as described above. little is stopped, resulting homogenized as working energy even when the resume does not vary the operation again, Ri effect capable of high precision machining is Oh, also used consumables such as a result the clutch linings In addition to eliminating the necessity, there is an excellent effect that the flywheel that is stopped without using the air valve for operating the clutch mechanism can be activated with good response.
[0038]
In addition to the above configuration, the servo motor encoder that detects the rotation speed of the servo motor, the fly wheel encoder that detects the rotation speed of the fly wheel and the timing when the servo motor is idled, and the fly wheel encoder are transmitted. A computer for controlling the rotational speed of the flywheel while receiving feedback of the signal and a servo drive device for operating the servo motor in accordance with a command from the computer while receiving feedback of the signal transmitted from the servo motor encoder. In addition, the timing immediately before pressurization when the lower die and the upper die are combined is detected by the flywheel encoder, the servomotor is stopped at the timing immediately before pressurization, the servomotor is idled, and the flywheel is rotated. Exercise energy And then, is released for all the formic pressure, it is possible to freely control the kinetic energy of the flywheel, there is an effect that it is possible to improve the accuracy of the pressure energy control.
Further, for example by rotating the flywheel at high speed so that the upper and lower molds to approach in a short time during the processing of the small of the molding material, the rotational speed of the flywheel at the upper die and the lower die has approached the small It has the effect of being able to pressurize by using the kinetic energy of the flywheel that rotates at the low speed, and lowers the speed necessary for processing. The effect that the molding material can be processed is obtained.
