[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an anti-vibration support device that supports a vibrating body that generates periodic vibration such as an engine of a vehicle while supporting the vibrating body to a support such as a vehicle body, and particularly when a fluid passes through an orifice. The present invention relates to an anti-vibration support device capable of obtaining an anti-vibration effect by using a generated damping force and generating an active support force by positively changing a volume of a fluid chamber defined by a support elastic body. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, the engine mount, which is an anti-vibration support device used to support the power unit of the vehicle, exhibits a good anti-vibration function mainly for idle vibration, engine shake, muffled sound vibration, noise vibration during acceleration, etc. Among these various vibrations, the characteristics required of the vibration isolating support device in order to reduce the engine shake, which is a vibration having a relatively large amplitude of about 5 to 15 Hz, include a high dynamic spring constant. Idle vibration, which is a relatively large amplitude vibration of about 20 to 30 Hz, while having high attenuation, and muffled sound vibration, acceleration noise vibration, which is a relatively small and medium amplitude vibration of about 80 to 800 Hz. The characteristics required of the vibration isolation support device to reduce the vibration are a low dynamic spring constant and a low damping. Therefore, it is difficult to prevent all vibrations with an engine mount including only a normal elastic body or a conventional liquid-filled engine mount.

Therefore, there is a prior art described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 8-23025 filed by the present applicant as an anti-vibration support device capable of actively damping and supporting a vibrating body such as an automobile engine. .
[0004]
This prior art includes a support elastic body interposed between a vibrating body side and a support body side, a main fluid chamber defined by the support elastic body, and a variable capacity sub-fluid chamber communicating with the main fluid chamber via an orifice. A fluid sealed in the main fluid chamber, the sub-fluid chamber, and the orifice; a movable member elastically supported so as to form a part of a partition of the main fluid chamber; And an actuator for displacing in a direction in which the change occurs.
[0005]
The vibration isolation support device shown in FIG. 1 of this publication has a small diameter portion between one of the vibrating body side or the supporting body side and the supporting elastic body, with the axis oriented in the vibrating body supporting direction and partly in the axial direction. Combined via the formed cylindrical member, the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member is surrounded by the orifice constituting member of the cylindrical body, the outer peripheral surface of the orifice constituting member is surrounded by the diaphragm, and the orifice is provided inside the orifice constituting member. The auxiliary fluid chamber is formed between the orifice constituting member and the diaphragm, and an outer cylinder is disposed so as to surround the diaphragm.
[0006]
According to this anti-vibration support device, since the tubular member is interposed between the vibrating body side or the supporting body side and the supporting elastic body, the vibration on the vibrating body side is transmitted through the supporting elastic body and the cylindrical member in a serial relationship. When the vibration is transmitted to the supporting body and the supporting elastic body is elastically deformed by the vibration, the volume of the main fluid chamber defined by the supporting elastic body fluctuates, so that the fluid flows through the orifice between the main fluid chamber and the sub-fluid chamber. As a result, even if the auxiliary fluid chamber or the orifice having a relatively large volume is formed, the outer shape of the device is not so large, and the size can be reduced without reducing the vibration isolation characteristics.
[0007]
Further, since the outer cylinder disposed so as to surround the diaphragm functions as a reinforcing member, the durability of the vibration isolating support device is improved, and the diaphragm constituting the sub-fluid chamber can be protected.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the volume of the main fluid chamber fluctuates, the diaphragm expands so as to be depressed toward the inner peripheral surface side of the outer cylinder, and the air in the diaphragm air chamber defined between the diaphragm and the outer cylinder is discharged from the outer cylinder. Is released to the atmosphere through the air holes formed in a part of the.
[0009]
Here, when a large vibration is input to the anti-vibration support device, the diaphragm may expand so as to stick to the inner peripheral wall of the outer cylinder. At this time, the expanded diaphragm may be damaged by contacting the opening edge of the air hole.
[0010]
Further, the diaphragm in the middle of expansion may block the air holes, which may affect the vibration isolation characteristics.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problem, and has a vibration-proof supporting device capable of preventing contact with an air hole when a diaphragm constituting a sub-fluid chamber expands and stabilizing vibration-proof performance. It is intended to provide.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an anti-vibration support device according to claim 1 includes a support elastic body interposed between the vibrating body side and the support body side, and an axis centered on the vibrating body support direction and connected to the support elastic body. A cylindrical device case, a main fluid chamber defined by the support elastic body, a variable-volume sub-fluid chamber communicating with the main fluid chamber via an orifice, and a main fluid chamber and a sub-fluid chamber. And a fluid sealed in the orifice, a movable member forming a part of the partition of the main fluid chamber and displaceable in a direction for changing the volume of the fluid chamber, and an actuator for displacing the movable member in the direction. In the anti-vibration support device provided with, a small diameter portion is formed between the vibrating body side or the supporting body side and the supporting elastic body, with the axis oriented in the vibrating body supporting direction and partly in the axial direction. Coupled via a first tubular member, A main fluid chamber is arranged in a space surrounded by the inside of one cylindrical member and the inner peripheral surface of the support elastic body, and the first cylindrical member is externally fitted with a second cylindrical member to form the small-diameter portion. An annular space is defined between an outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface of the second cylindrical member, an opening is formed in the second cylindrical member, and the opening is closed to expand into the annular space. A diaphragm is disposed so as to protrude, and the second tubular member is externally fitted by a tubular device case, and the annular space near the diaphragm is defined as the auxiliary fluid chamber, and an annular space other than the auxiliary fluid chamber is provided. with the said orifice, said between second tubular member and the fitting surface of the device casing, forming an air passage communicating with the diaphragm air chamber defining the back surface of the bulging portion of the diaphragm, the The air hole of the device case penetrating toward the air flow path is formed in the second cylindrical member. It was formed at a position covered with the strut extending in the axial direction by combining the edge portion of the diaphragm and.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vibration damping support device according to the first aspect, the peripheral wall of the opening of the second cylindrical member is curved toward the inside of the second cylindrical member. A concave portion defined between the outer peripheral surface of the curved wall portion and the inner peripheral surface of the device case was used as the air flow passage communicating with the diaphragm air chamber and the air hole.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the vibration isolating support device of the first aspect, when excessive vibration is input from the vibrating body and a large fluid movement from the main fluid chamber to the sub fluid chamber via the orifice occurs due to a volume change of the main fluid chamber, the second cylinder. The diaphragm provided in the annular space defined by the inner peripheral surface of the ring-shaped member and the small diameter portion of the first cylindrical member is so large that the swelling state in the annular space is lost and the diaphragm adheres to the inner surface of the device case. May be extended.
[0014]
At that time, the air in the diaphragm air chamber defined on the back surface of the bulging portion of the diaphragm is released to the atmosphere through the air flow path and the air holes. Here, the air flow path is formed between the first cylindrical member and the fitting surface of the device case, and an air hole is formed in the device case so as to penetrate toward the air flow path. The air hole of the device case is formed at a position where the edge of the diaphragm of the second cylindrical member is joined and covered with a column extending in the axial direction. As described above, since the air hole of the device case is provided at a position where the diaphragm is not in contact with the diaphragm, damage to the diaphragm due to contact with the opening edge of the air hole can be prevented.
[0015]
Further, the diaphragm does not have a possibility of closing the air hole during the expansion, and can stabilize the vibration isolation performance.
Therefore, according to the present invention, even when a small-sized device having a small outer diameter and a small height is manufactured due to a limitation on a mounting space or the like, the diaphragm is stuck to the inner surface of the device case due to the expansion volume limitation. As described above, since the diaphragm can be prevented from being damaged as described above, it is possible to provide an anti-vibration support device with improved durability.
[0016]
In addition, the anti-vibration support device according to the second aspect can obtain the effect of the first aspect, and the wall of the peripheral edge of the opening of the second cylindrical member is formed by the second cylindrical member. It has a shape curved inward, and a concave portion defined between the outer peripheral surface of the curved wall portion and the inner peripheral surface of the device case is used as an air flow path, and the device case and the second cylindrical member have complicated shapes. Since the air flow path can be formed without performing any complicated processing, the cost can be reduced.
