【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ベルト一体のシート装
置に用いられるシートバックフレームに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】車輌の乗員に対する安全性向上のため、
シートベルトは不可欠のものとなっている。シートベル
トは、車体側のピラーにリトラクタ（平常時はシートベ
ルトの出入りを自由として乗員の自由な動きを確保し、
緊急時のみベルトを緊張させ乗員をシートに拘束させる
手段）を固定させるものと、シートバックフレームにリ
トラクタを直接固定させるベルト一体シート装置用の二
種類がある。
【０００３】又、通常のシートベルトは、腰部拘束用ラ
ップベルト部と上胴部拘束用ショルダベルト部とからな
り、シートクッションフレームの両側のラップアンカー
ポイントとシートバックフレームの一側のショルダアン
カーポイントの三点支持となっている。
【０００４】ところで、ショルダアンカーポイントをシ
ートバックフレーム側に配したベルト一体シート装置で
は、事故時、ショルダベルト部からショルダアンカーポ
イントに作用する荷重が大なることから、シートバック
フレームの補強が必要となっている。
【０００５】シートバックフレームの補強策の一つとし
て、方形のフレームを構成するパイプの肉厚を厚くする
手段が考えられるが、これはシート重量を重くするので
好ましい方策でない。
【０００６】
【本発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、前述した
従来技術の不具合を、荷重の作用する部分を重点的に補
強することで解消させることを解決すべき課題とする。
【０００７】より具体的には、本発明は、方形の主フレ
ームと、該フレームの一方のサイドメンバーと底部のク
ロスメンバーに相当する二辺とこれを結ぶ斜辺とからな
る三角形状の補強フレームと、該補強フレームのサイド
メンバーと合体され且つその上部にリトラクタ収納用の
空間室を作るインナサブサイドフレームとからなるシー
トバックフレームを提供する。

【作用】ショルダアンカーポイントに作用する荷重は補
強フレームとインナサブサイドフレームとで補強された
サイドメンバーで受けるので、シートバックフレームの
変形はなく、補強フレームの斜辺がショルダーアンカー
ポイントに加わるシートの横方向へのベルト荷重分力を
支持する。よってシートバックフレームのねじれを防止
出来る。
【０００９】
【実施例】図１に本発明の一例のシートバックフレーム
１を組込んだシート装置を示す。シートバックフレーム
１の下端は、リクライニング機構２を介してシートクッ
ションフレーム３に結合される。その先端をアンカー部
６に固定させたシートベルト４のラップベルト部５はタ
ングプレート７をバックル８に挿入することで、乗員の
腰部をシート拘束する。又、同時に、ショルダベルト部
９が乗員の上胴部をシートに拘束する。
【００１０】ヘッドレスト１０の側部にリトラクタ１１
を配す。シートバックフレーム１を図２に示す。シート
バックフレーム１は、パイプからなる方形の主フレーム
１２を有し、この主フレーム１２は左右のサイドメンバ
ー１３、１４と上下のクロスメンバー１５、１６とから
なる。
【００１１】シートバックフレーム１は、さらに、補強
フレーム１７を有す。補強フレーム１７は、主フレーム
１２の下クロスメンバー１６に相当する下クロスメンバ
ー１８と、サイドメンバー１３に対応するサイドメンバ
ー１９と、両メンバー１８、１９を結ぶ斜辺２０とから
なる三角形状をなす。補強フレーム１７のフランジ２１
とサイドメンバー１９の下部とに、リクライニング機構
２のアッパアームを固定させる。
【００１２】シートバックフレーム１は、さらに、イン
ナサブサイドフレーム２２を備える。インナサブサイド
フレーム２２は、内側面２３と前面２４と短長な外側面
２５とを有する断面チャンネル型の部材であり、図４に
示す如く、内側面２３の縁を主フレーム１７に溶接し且
つ外側面２５を補強フレーム１７のサイドメンバー１９
に溶接する。かくして、インナサブサイドフレーム２２
とサイドメンバー１９とはその間に中空部２６を作る。
【００１３】補強フレーム１７は、主フレーム１２の背
後に配され、両者は溶接されて固定関係とする。インナ
サブサイドフレーム２２の上部は、シートクッションフ
レームのバックル方向へとねじられ、又、補強フレーム
１７のサイドメンバー１９の上部も同方向へねじる。さ
らに、補強フレーム１７のサイドメンバー１９とインナ
サブサイドフレーム２２との上部で作られる中空室２６
は、図４に示される長方形というより、図３に示される
如く正方形に近いものとする。この正方形に近い中空部
に、図１に示すリトラクタ１１を配置する。
【００１４】このようなサイドメンバーの向きは、ショ
ルダアンカーポイントへの荷重方向をベルト９の方向と
を一致させ、又、ショルダアンカーポイント１１をラッ
プアンカーポイント６より内側にもってきて、ショルダ
ベルト部９のいかなる体形の乗員への適合性をよくし、
又、ラップベルト部５のいかなる体形の乗員にも適性な
拘束を可能にする。
【００１５】リトラクタ１１に作用する前後方向の高荷
重は、主フレームと補強フレームとインナサブサイドフ
レームとで受け、特に、中空部としたサイドメンバー部
は剛性が高いので変形はなく、又、横方向の分力は、主
として補強フレームの斜辺２０で受けるので、シートバ
ックフレームの変形はない。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、ショルダアンカーポイ
ントに作用する負荷の前後方向と横方向の分力を簡単な
構成で効率よく支持可能とする。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 方形の主フレームと、該フレームの一方
    のサイドメンバーと底部のクロスメンバーに相当する二
    辺とこれを結ぶ斜辺とからなる三角形状の補強フレーム
    と、該補強フレームのサイドメンバーと合体され且つそ
    の上部にリトラクタ収納用の空間室を作るインナサブサ
    イドフレームとからなるシートバックフレーム。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記主フレームが前記補強フレームの内
    壁面に固定され且つ前記インナサブサイドフレームが前
    記補強フレームの内壁面に固定される請求項１のシート
    バックフレーム。
