Ag-based metal powder is mixed. However, if Ag is used alone, there is a problem with the migration of the Ag powder and the solder erosion, so Pd and Pt are used together with Ag.
However, in order to solve the above problems more completely, it is more desirable to alloy Ag and Pd, Pt, etc. by powdering the alloy rather than simply mixing Ag powder with powders such as Pd, Pt, etc. .

A method of precipitating as a Pd complex carbonate and catalytically reducing the precipitate of the Ag-Pd complex carbonate with hydrogen, and a mixed precipitation of silver oxide and palladium hydroxide by using caustic soda in place of the above sodium carbonate. There is provided a method (Japanese Patent Application No. 56-108821) of producing a product and heating the mixed precipitate in hydrogen at a temperature range of 80 to 180 ° C. for catalytic reduction.

Further, it is difficult to obtain the target composition because the composition is controlled by adjusting the solution, and the composition tends to change depending on the conditions. Furthermore, metal nitrates are more expensive than simple metals (metals). Dissolving metal ingot in nitric acid to obtain metal nitrate is cheaper than purchasing metal nitrate, but Ag is easy to dissolve in nitric acid, but Pd is very difficult to dissolve, and nitrate solution It has a problem that it is difficult to obtain. Therefore, attempts have been made to improve the solubility in nitric acid by using Pd as a sponge to increase the surface area (Japanese Patent Publication No. 441968 / 44-2).
However, if Pd is used as a sponge, it becomes very expensive, and its solubility in nitric acid cannot be greatly improved.

A mixed aqueous solution is produced in which each nitrate is present in a ratio corresponding to the composition of the master alloy. Since the alloy powder is not heated or the like during the above process, it does not grow or aggregate and is collected in a fine powder state.

組成の銀合金微粉末が安価にかつ容易に得られる。In the present invention, since the alloy base material is dissolved with nitric acid, a uniform solution having a nitrate ratio corresponding to the composition of the master alloy can be rapidly obtained in one step using only one reactor, and if the alloy base material melts Even if there is a residue, the above ratio does not change, and the composition ratio of the solution is always constant, so it is not necessary to strictly dissolve the alloy base material. In the present invention, since an aqueous ammonia solution is used as a pH adjuster together with nitric acid, harmful ions are prevented from being mixed in the conductor paste. Therefore, in the present invention, a silver alloy fine powder having a high purity and a constant composition useful for the conductor paste is inexpensive. Easy to obtain.
