ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記融接作業状態ロッキング構造は、上部アッセンブリと下部アッセンブリを含み、
上部アッセンブリによってロッキング構造の接続部位と回転接続され、
前記下部アッセンブリによって融接作業可動アッセンブリと回転接続され、
上部アッセンブリと下部アッセンブリとの間には圧縮バネが設置され、
上部アッセンブリと下部アッセンブリとのうち一つには長さ調節部材が設置され、他の一つには長さ調節部材に嵌め合う挿入接続部材が設置され、
前記融接装置には、中間接続部材が第二方向を向いて回転する最大角度を限定するためのリミット構造が設置され、
前記ロッキング構造、融接作業可動アッセンブリおよび中間接続部材は、融接作業が行なわれる時にロッキング構造がロッキング状態になり、且つ
第一入力部位と第一出力部材が離脱状態になり、
中間接続部材が第二回転方向を向いて回転する傾向を維持し、
ロッキング構造とロッキング構造の接続部位が回転接続される回転軸線は、平面の第一側の外に置かれ、
融接作業が始まる前に、融接作業可動アッセンブリは上に上げられた状態になり、
ロッキング構造は、アンロッキング状態になり、
ロッキング構造とロッキング構造の接続部位が回転接続される回転軸線は、平面の第二側の外に置かれ、
第一入力部位と第一出力部材は、接続状態になるように配置され、
前記平面は、中間接続部材の回転軸線と、融接作業可動アッセンブリとロッキング構造が回転接続される回転軸線と、が経過する平面である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記融接作業可動アッセンブリは、設置台を含み、
前記設置台は、回転できるように設置シート上に設置され、
前記設置台は、さらに融接作業状態ロッキング構造を介して中間接続部材と接続され、
前記中間接続部材の第二方向上における回転は、前記ロッキング構造を介して融接作業可動アッセンブリが融接作業角度まで回転する時点でロッキングされて逆転できなくなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記融接作業可動アッセンブリは、溶接作業部材と融接作業動力入力接続部材を含み、
融接部材と融接作業動力入力接続部材は、ヒンジ接続され、
融接作業動力入力接続部材は、偏心構造を介して伝動機構の一端に接続され、
前記伝動機構の他の一端は融接作業モータの出力端に接続され、
前記融接作業部材は、設置台上のガイドレールに滑り接続され、
前記融接作業部材と融接作業動力入力接続部材とのヒンジ接続軸線は、設置台の回転軸線に平行する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記融接作業可動アッセンブリは、設置台と設置シートとの間に設置される設置台の上挙げバネを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記融接作業モータと伝動機構との間は、片方向伝動接続関係であり、
中間接続部材が第一方向に向いて移動する時に、前記融接作業モータと伝動機構との間は、駆動接続離脱関係になり、
融接作業モータは、第二伝動機構を駆動しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記融接作業モータと第二入力部位との間は、片方向伝動接続関係であり、
中間接続部材が第二方向に向いて移動する時に、前記融接作業モータと第二出力部位との間は、駆動接続離脱関係になり、
融接作業モータは、第二入力部位を駆動しなく、
中間接続部材は、第一入力部位が受けるモータ駆動力に駆動されて回転し、
前記融接作業モータは、融接作業が終わると自動に逆転するように設定され、
第二入力部位との接続によって、前記中間接続部材を第一方向にリセット回転させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記第二入力部位は歯車であり、
融接作業モータは、第二入力部材を介して第二入力部位を動かして第一方向に回転し、
第一出力部材、第二出力部材および伝動機構の駆動輪は、いずれも融接作業モータの出力軸上に設置され、
第二出力部材および伝動機構の駆動輪は、前記出力軸と反対方向の片方方向駆動接続となっており、
融接作業モータが時計回りに回転する時には、伝動機構の駆動輪を駆動することができ、融接作業モータが反時計回りに回転する時には、第二出力部材の回転を駆動することができる、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の融接装置。 - 前記第一入力部位の扇形歯車の前記第一方向上の先端には第一出力部材と嵌め合う弾性付き歯部材を設置する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の融接装置。
- 前記弾性付き歯部材は弾性チップを使用し、接続構造によって扇形歯車の第一方向上の前側面上に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の融接装置。
- 前記第一出力部位は扇形歯車であり、前記第一出力部材は歯車を使用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。
- 前記第一出力部材には軸穴が設置され、モータ出力軸が前記軸穴に挿し込まれ、
前記モータ出力軸と第一出力部材との間には、捩じりバネが設置され、
前記モータ出力軸と第一出力部材との間には、円周方向上一定の間隔があり、
前記モータ出力軸には、第一駆動部位があって、扇形歯車がモータ出力歯車との離脱状態から接続状態になった後、第一入力部位の扇形歯車を駆動して第一方向に回転させる、
前記捩じりバネの作業方向として、第一入力部位の扇形歯車が一定の角度を回ると、モータ出力歯車から離脱し、モータ出力軸の回転が止まった時に、モータ出力歯車を引き続き回転させて、第一出力部部材を第一駆動部位との接続から離脱させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の融接装置。 - 前記第一出力部位の端面には、捩じりバネ接続穴が設置され、
前記捩じりバネは軸上に装着され、前記捩じりバネの一端は前記捩じりバネ接続穴に接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の融接装置。 - 前記モータ駆動軸と第一出力部材が接続される部位はセクタ軸であり、
前記第一出力部材のモータ軸穴には、突起部が設置され、
突起部の両側は、それぞれモータ出力軸の第一駆動部位と第二駆動部位と嵌合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の融接装置。 - 前記捩じりバネは、第一入力部位の扇形歯車が一定の角度を回ると、モータ出力歯車から離脱し、
モータ出力軸の回転が止まった時に、モータ出力歯車を引き続き回転させて、第一出力部材を第一駆動部位との接続から離脱させるとともに、第二駆動部位に触れるまで回転する、
ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の融接装置。 - 前記間隔に対応する遠心角は第一入力部位の扇形歯車の隣接する歯間の角度より小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の融接装置。
- 前記第一出力部材の端面には、捩じりバネ接続穴が設置され、
前記捩じりバネは、セクタ軸上に嵌れ、
前記捩じりバネの一端は前記捩じりバネ接続穴と接続され、
前記捩じりバネには、セクタ軸とマッチングする扁平状のリングバネがあって、前記セクタ軸と接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の融接装置。
