Abstract
Description
-電気エネルギー貯蔵部110の充電状態;
-電気エネルギー貯蔵部110の最大充電容量;
-電気機械105の温度;
-電気機械105の配置調整(トリミング)(Vertrimmung);及び/又は
-電気機械105の回転速度。
-車両100の単なる停車は、電気機械105を(単独で)使用することにより、停止状態において少なくとも一つのブレーキ102への引き継ぎを行なうことなく行なうことができる。惰性走行および停車のプロセスをこのように実行することは、特にその後の車両100の再発進時にはとりわけ快適である。特に快適な停車および再発進は、同じアクチュエータ(つまり電気機械105)が、車両100のピッチング、ギアの遊びによる当たり面の入れ替わり(Anlagewechse)またはきしみ音(Knarzen)等の影響をなくせるように常に動力伝達系統の中に留まっていることで達成することができる。その一方で、停車および発進プロセスに電気機械105のみを使用すると、車道202の上り勾配によっては、比較的高い熱負荷が電気機械105に加わることになる。しかも、電気機械105により車両100を停留させる(停止状態に保つ)と、エネルギー効率を下げることになる。
-車両100の単なる停車は、電気機械105を(場合によっては単独で)用いて行なうことができる。その後、停止状態において、車両100を停留させるために、一若しくは複数のブレーキ102への部分的或いは完全な引き継ぎを行うことができる。このとき、車道202の上り勾配ないし下り勾配に応じて及び/又は車両100のユーザの設定ないし好みに応じて(例えば、運転体験スイッチの設定に応じて)及び/又は達成したいエネルギー効率に応じて及び/又は車両100のトランスミッション108のギア段に応じて引き継ぎのタイミングを計ることができる。一若しくは複数のブレーキ102への引き継ぎにより、快適な停車および停留プロセスをもたらすことができる。さらに、きしみ音をなくすことができる。その一方で、電気機械105から少なくとも一つのブレーキ102への引き継ぎにより、車両100における機械的な停止位置が移動させられる。この停止位置の移動は、車両100のユーザには、停止状態における車両100のピッチングとして感じられる。
-停車プロセスの間に、電気機械102から少なくとも一つのブレーキ102へのスライド(Verschleifen)ないし円滑な移行とそれに伴う電気機械105とブレーキ102を用いた組み合わせ的な停車を(少なくとも一時的に)行なうことができる。こうして、車両100のピッチングをなくすことができる。その一方で、このとき若干快適さが失われてきしみ音が生じることもある。
-ブレーキペダル106が操作されていない;
-アクセルペダル=0%;
-走行速度vが限界速度(例えば8km/h)に満たない;
-車両100の最大回生トルクにまだ達していない;及び/又は
-上り勾配/下り勾配201が限界勾配(例えば車両固有で12%)に満たない。
Claims (11)
- 車両(100)の一若しくは複数の車輪(109)を駆動する少なくとも一つの電気機械(105)および少なくとも一つの摩擦ブレーキ(102)を有する自動車(100)のための制御ユニット(101)であって、
-車両(100)のアクセルペダル(107)を介してワンペダルフィーリング機能を提供すべきこと及び/又は車両(100)のブレーキペダル(106)を介してクリープ機能を提供すべきことを特定し、
-電気機械(105)と摩擦ブレーキ(102)を少なくとも一時的に組み合わせて動作させることで、ワンペダルフィーリング機能又はクリープ機能の少なくともいずれかを提供する
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項1に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
-車両(100)が走行する車道(202)の勾配(201)に関する勾配情報を割り出し、
-該勾配情報に基づいて電気機械(105)及び/又は摩擦ブレーキ(102)を動作させることで、特にワンペダルフィーリング機能及び/又はクリープ機能の動作時に車道(202)の勾配(201)が少なくとも部分的に相殺されるようにワンペダルフィーリング機能及び/又はクリープ機能を提供する
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項2に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
-クリープ機能の範囲内で、電気機械(105)及び/又は摩擦ブレーキ(102)を前記勾配情報に基づいて動作させることで、車両(100)が、アクセルペダル(107)が操作されていない状態且つブレーキペダル(106)が操作されていない状態で、少なくとも限られた勾配範囲において、車道(202)の勾配(201)にかかわらずクリープ速度で走行するか;或るいは
-ワンペダルフィーリング機能の範囲内で、電気機械(105)及び/又は摩擦ブレーキ(102)を前記勾配情報に基づいて動作させることで、車両(100)が、ブレーキペダル(106)が操作されていない状態で、少なくとも限られた勾配範囲において、アクセルペダル(107)を離したときに、停止するまで減速され且つ停止状態に保たれる
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
ワンペダルフィーリング機能を提供するために、
-車両(100)のアクセルペダル(107)の踏み込み量に関する踏み込み量情報を割り出し、
-該踏み込み量情報に基づいて、車両(100)を減速しなければならないことを特定し、さらに、
-電気機械(105)及び/又は摩擦ブレーキ(102)を動作させて車両(100)を減速する
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項4に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
-前記踏み込み量情報に基づいて、ワンペダルフィーリング機能の範囲内で調達されるべき目標減速トルクを割り出し、
-技術的な理由又は効率面の理由の少なくともいずれかにより、電気機械(105)によって目標減速トルクを少なくとも部分的に調達できないことを特定し、
-それに対応して、技術的な理由又は効率面の理由の少なくともいずれかにより電気機械(105)によって調達できない目標減速トルクの一部(314)を提供するために摩擦ブレーキ(102)がブレーキトルクを生じさせる
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項4または5に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
-前記踏み込み量情報に基づいて、停止するまで車両(100)を減速すべきことを特定し、
-停止するまで車両(100)を減速するために、その時間(300)にわたって電気機械(105)及び/又は摩擦ブレーキ(102)により調達されるべき目標トルクの経時変化曲線(311)を割り出し、
-電気機械(105)により技術的に調達可能な減速トルクの第一の経時変化曲線(313)を割り出し及び/又は電気機械(105)によりエネルギー効率的に調達可能な減速トルクの第二の経時変化曲線(315)を割り出し、さらに、
-目標トルクの経時変化曲線(311)に基づいて且つ第一の経時変化曲線(313)又は第二の経時変化曲線(315)の少なくともいずれかに基づいて、車両(100)を停止させるか或いは停止状態に保つために電気機械(105)に加えて或いは電気機械(105)に代えて摩擦ブレーキ(102)を作動状態にする一若しくは複数の時間間隔(302,303,316)を特定する
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
クリープ機能を提供するために、
-車両(100)のブレーキペダル(106)の踏み込み量に関する踏み込み量情報を割り出し、
-当該踏み込み量情報に基づいて、電気機械(102)により調達される駆動トルクを、車両(100)が最大限可能なクリープ速度を有するときのクリープトルクと、車両(100)が最大限可能なクリープ速度より遅くされた走行速度を有するとき又は停止したままになるときの最小トルクとの間で変更する
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項7に記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
前記踏み込み量情報が、
-最小トルクで到達可能な走行速度で走行するよりも遅く車両(100)が走行する必要があるか或いは、
-車両(100)を停止状態に保つ必要がある
ことを示したときに初めて、ブレーキトルクを発生させるために摩擦ブレーキ(102)を作動状態にする
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット(101)であって、
-車両(100)の停止状態から車両(100)を再び加速するために、車両(100)のドライバーがアクセルペダル(107)を再び操作するタイミング(305)を予測し、
-予測されたタイミング(305)に基づいて、車両(100)を停止状態にするため及び/又は停止状態に保つために、摩擦ブレーキ(102)を使用し、及び/又は、
-予測されたタイミング(305)に基づいて、少なくとも部分的に電気機械(105)から摩擦ブレーキ(102)への引き継ぎが行なわれるかどうかを特定し及び/又は再び摩擦ブレーキ(102)から電気機械(105)に切り替えるタイミングを割り出す
ように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。 - 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット(101)において、
-車両(100)のユーザに関するユーザ情報を割り出すように設けられた制御ユニット(101)であって;
-該ユーザ情報は特に、
-車両(100)のユーザがワンペダルフィーリング機能及び/又はクリープ機能を使いたいかどうか;
-今後の運転操作に関する車両(100)のユーザの意図;及び/又は
-エネルギー効率または快適さに関するユーザの好み;
を示し、さらに、 - 電気機械(105)および摩擦ブレーキ(102)は、特にワンペダルフィーリング機能を提供するため及び/又はクリープ機能を提供するために、ユーザ情報に基づいて動作するように設けられている制御ユニット(101)。
