Abstract
Description
本出願は2019年6月10日付韓国特許出願第10−2019−0068111号および2020年5月29日付韓国特許出願第10−2020−0065291号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
R1およびR2はそれぞれ独立して、水素またはメチルであり、
R3、R4、R5およびR6はそれぞれ独立して、水素、C1〜20アルキル、またはC3〜20シクロアルキルであり、
Xは、O、S、またはCH2であり、
nは、2〜10の整数である。
本発明の一実施形態による架橋剤化合物は前記化学式1で表される。
より好ましくは、前記R3、R4、R5およびR6はそれぞれ独立して、水素またはC1〜10アルキルであってもよく、
最も好ましくは、前記R3、R4、R5およびR6はそれぞれ独立して、水素またはメチルであってもよい。
最も好ましくは、前記nは、2であってもよい。
本発明の他の一実施形態によれば、前記化学式1で表される架橋剤化合物とアクリル酸系単量体が架橋重合された重合体を提供する。
R−COOM
Rは、不飽和結合を含む炭素数2〜5のアルキル基であり、
Mは、水素原子、1価または2価金属、アンモニウム基または有機アミン塩である。
ガラス反応器にアクリル酸100g、内部架橋剤として実施例1の架橋剤0.6g、Irgacure TPO(ジフェニル(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド)0.008g、ラポナイト0.18gおよび水55gを注入した。そして、前記ガラス反応器に、32重量%苛性ソーダ溶液123.5gを徐々に滴加して混合した。
内部架橋剤として実施例1の架橋剤の代わりに実施例2の架橋剤0.6gを使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
内部架橋剤として実施例1の架橋剤の代わりに実施例3の架橋剤0.6gを使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
内部架橋剤として実施例1の架橋剤の代わりに実施例4の架橋剤0.6gを使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
内部架橋剤として実施例1の架橋剤の代わりに3−メチルブタン−1,3−ジイルジアクリレート(3−methylbutane−1,3−diyl diacrylate)0.6gを使用したことを除いては実施例5と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂2を製造した。3−メチルブタン−1,3−ジイルジアクリレート(3−methylbutane−1,3−diyl diacrylate)の構造は下記の通りである。
本発明の架橋剤化合物とアクリル酸系単量体が重合された重合体において、熱分解による揮発性物質および分解産物発生有無を評価するために、実施例5〜8および比較例の高吸水性樹脂を80℃加熱後に発生する主要揮発性物質および分解産物発生量をHS−GC/MSで測定して下記表1に示した。
Claims (9)
- R1およびR2は水素である、請求項1に記載の架橋剤化合物。
- R3、R4、R5およびR6はそれぞれ独立して、水素またはメチルである、請求項1または2に記載の架橋剤化合物。
- R3およびR4はメチルである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋剤化合物。
- R5およびR6はそれぞれ独立して、水素またはメチルであり、R5およびR6のうちの少なくとも一つは水素である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋剤化合物。
- nは2〜5である、請求項1に記載の架橋剤化合物。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の架橋剤化合物およびアクリル酸系単量体が重合された重合体。
- 前記アクリル酸系単量体は、下記化学式2で表される、請求項8に記載の重合体:

Rは、不飽和結合を含む炭素数2〜5のアルキル基であり、
Mは、水素原子、1価または2価金属、アンモニウム基または有機アミン塩である。
