Claims (8)
- ケースの内部と外部とを上下方向に連通させるブリーザ装置であって、
前記上下方向に延びる中空部が形成された筒状体と、
前記中空部に挿入されたストッパと、
前記中空部のうち前記ストッパにより区画された空間内に配置され且つ前記筒状体の前記上下方向における下方側に設けられた連通穴を閉塞する閉塞体と、を有し、
前記ケースの内部の圧力が第1の所定値を超過して前記閉塞体が前記空間内において前記上下方向における上方に移動することにより、前記連通穴の閉塞が解かれる
ことを特徴とするブリーザ装置。 - 前記筒状体には、前記連通穴から前記上下方向における上方へ向かうほど大径となる傾斜部が設けられ、
前記閉塞体は前記連通穴よりも大径の球体であり、
前記閉塞体が前記傾斜部に沿って落ち込むことで前記連通穴が閉塞される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブリーザ装置。 - 前記上下方向に貫通する貫通部が形成された本体部材を有し、
前記筒状体は、前記貫通部に嵌め入れられ、前記中空部に前記ストッパを嵌め入れ、且つ前記上下方向に移動可能であり、
前記ケースの内部の圧力が前記第1の所定値よりも高い第2の所定値を超過して前記筒状体が前記上下方向における上方に移動することにより、前記連通穴が閉塞される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のブリーザ装置。 - 前記連通穴の径は、前記中空部における前記ストッパを嵌め入れている部分の径よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブリーザ装置。 - 前記連通穴の径は1mm以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のブリーザ装置。 - 前記空間の容積は、前記筒状体の前記上下方向における上方への移動により減少する
ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか1に記載のブリーザ装置。 - 前記ケースは、オイルポンプにより油圧が高められたオイルが出力される油管である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のブリーザ装置。 - 前記ケースは、変速機用ブレーキを制御するアクチュエータにおける油室の油室ケースである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のブリーザ装置。
