Claims (11)
- 二次電池の退化率を推定する退化率推定部と、
前記退化率推定部によって推定された退化率に基づいて充電上限電圧を演算する上限演算部と、
前記上限演算部によって演算された充電上限圧以下で充電が行われるように前記二次電池の充電を制御する充電制御部と、
前記退化率推定部、前記上限演算部及び前記充電制御部の少なくとも一つの動作を行うために必要な情報を保存するメモリ部と、を含むバッテリー充電管理装置。 - 前記上限演算部は、前記二次電池の退化率が増加しても前記二次電池の正極フル充電電位を一定範囲以内に維持するように前記充電上限電圧を演算する請求項1に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。
- 前記上限演算部は、前記二次電池の退化率が増加するにつれて前記充電上限電圧が減少するように前記充電上限電圧を演算する請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。
- 前記上限演算部は、現在の退化率における正極フル充電参照電位と正極フル充電最初電位とを比較し、比較結果を用いて前記充電上限電圧を演算する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。
- 前記メモリ部が、正極フル充電最初電位及び退化率別の正極フル充電参照電位を保存する請求項4に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。
- 前記メモリ部は、正極フル充電最初電位、退化率別の放電容量による正極参照電位プロファイル及び放電容量によるフルセル参照電位プロファイルを保存し、
前記上限演算部が、現在の退化率に対応する放電容量による正極参照電位プロファイル及び放電容量によるフルセル参照電位プロファイルを抽出し、抽出された正極参照電位プロファイル及び抽出されたフルセル参照電位プロファイルに基づいて前記充電上限電圧を演算する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。 - 前記上限演算部は、前記抽出された正極参照電位プロファイルから正極フル充電最初電位となる放電容量を算出し、前記抽出されたフルセル参照電位プロファイルから前記算出された放電容量に対応する電圧を前記充電上限電圧として演算する請求項6に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。
- 前記バッテリー充電管理装置は、二次電池の電圧を測定する電圧測定部をさらに含み、
前記充電制御部が、前記電圧測定部によって測定された電圧測定情報と、前記上限演算部によって演算された充電上限電圧とを比較することで前記二次電池の充電を制御する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー充電管理装置を含む、自動車。
- 二次電池の退化率を推定する段階と、
前記退化率推定段階で推定された退化率に基づいて充電上限電圧を演算する段階と、
前記充電上限電圧演算段階で演算された充電上限電圧以下で充電が行われるように前記二次電池の充電を制御する段階と、を含むバッテリー充電管理方法。
