Description
Claims (8)
- 高さ方向における一方端側に開口を有する外装体と、
前記開口を封止すると共に貫通孔を有する封口板と、
前記外装体内に収容されると共に、正極及び負極を含む電極体と、
前記貫通孔に挿通され、前記正極又は前記負極と電気的に接続された端子と、
を備え、
前記端子は、第1材質で構成される第1領域、及び前記第1材質とイオン化傾向が異なる第2材質で構成される第2領域を有し、
前記端子は、前記貫通孔の内径よりも大きな外径を有するフランジ部を有し、
前記フランジ部は前記封口板の外面側に配置され、
前記フランジ部と前記封口板の外面の間には絶縁部材が配置され、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域の境界部において外部に露出する露出部は、前記フランジ部の外周縁において前記封口板から遠い側の角部に位置する二次電池。 - 前記第1材質は、アルミニウム、又はアルミニウム合金であり、
前記第2材質は、銅、又は銅合金である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記角部には、外側に凸の湾曲面で構成されるアール部が設けられており、前記露出部は前記アール部に位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記角部には、前記高さ方向に対して斜めに傾斜する傾斜面で構成されるC面部が設けられており、前記露出部は前記C面部に位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記フランジ部の上面には、前記フランジ部の上面と前記フランジ部の側面が交わる部分の近傍に突出部が設けられており、
前記露出部は前記突出部に含まれる請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記封口板の外面に沿って配置されるベース部と、
前記ベース部から突出し、前記フランジ部の側面と対向する突出絶縁部を有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。 - 高さ方向における一方端側に開口を有する外装体と、
前記開口を封止すると共に貫通孔を有する封口板と、
前記外装体内に収容されると共に、正極及び負極を含む電極体と、
前記貫通孔に挿通され、前記正極又は前記負極と電気的に接続された端子と、
を備え、
前記端子は、第1材質で構成される第1領域、及び前記第1材質とイオン化傾向が異なる第2材質で構成される第2領域を有し、
前記端子は、前記貫通孔の内径よりも大きな外径を有するフランジ部を有し、
前記フランジ部は前記封口板の外面側に配置され、
前記フランジ部と前記封口板の外面の間には絶縁部材が配置され、
前記絶縁部材は、前記封口板の外面に沿って配置されるベース部と、前記ベース部から突出し、前記フランジ部の側面と対向する突出絶縁部を有し、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域の境界部において外部に露出する露出部は、前記フランジ部の側面に位置し、
前記露出部は、前記突出絶縁部における前記フランジ部の上面側の端部よりも前記フランジ部の上面側に位置する二次電池。 - 前記第1材質は、アルミニウム、又はアルミニウム合金であり、
前記第2材質は、銅、又は銅合金である、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
