Claims (25)
- 瓦松の発酵物を有効成分として含む肝疾患の予防又は治療用薬学組成物。
- 前記瓦松の発酵物は、瓦松を酵素及び発酵菌株の培養液のうち1種以上によって発酵させたものである、請求項1に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記瓦松の発酵物は、瓦松を酵素で1次的に発酵させた後、発酵菌株の培養液で2次的に発酵させたものである、請求項2に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記酵素は、セルラーゼ、ヘミセルラーゼ及びアミログルコシダーゼからなる群から選ばれた1種以上である、請求項2に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記酵素は、セルラーゼ、ヘミセルラーゼ及びアミログルコシダーゼが0.5〜1.5:0.5〜1.5:0.5〜1.5の重量比で混合されたものである、請求項4に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記発酵菌株は、ラクトバチルス・ヒルガルディー、リゥコノストック・メゼンテロイデス、ペディオコッカス・アシディラクティシ及びサッカロマイセス・セレビシエからなる群から選ばれた1種以上の菌株を含む、請求項2に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記発酵菌株は、ペディオコッカス・アシディラクティシを含む、請求項6に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記発酵菌株の培養液は、発酵菌株を106cells/ml〜109cells/mlの量で含む、請求項2に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記発酵物は凍結乾燥物である、請求項1に記載の薬学組成物。
- 前記肝疾患は、自己免疫性肝疾患、薬物性肝疾患、アルコール性肝疾患、感染性肝疾患及び先天性代謝性肝疾患からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の薬学組成物。
- 瓦松の発酵物を有効成分として含む肝疾患の予防又は改善用食品組成物。
- 前記瓦松の発酵物は、瓦松を酵素及び発酵菌株の培養液のうち1種以上によって発酵させたものである、請求項11に記載の食品組成物。
- 瓦松を準備する段階;及び
瓦松を発酵させる段階;を含む、肝疾患の予防又は改善用薬学組成物の製造方法。 - 前記瓦松を発酵させる段階は、酵素及び発酵菌株の培養液のうち1種以上を用いて行われる、請求項13に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記瓦松を発酵させる段階は、瓦松を酵素で1次的に発酵させる段階;及び
発酵菌株の培養液で2次的に発酵させる段階;を含む、請求項14に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。 - 前記酵素は、セルラーゼ、ヘミセルラーゼ及びアミログルコシダーゼからなる群から選ばれた1種以上である、請求項14に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記酵素は、セルラーゼ、ヘミセルラーゼ及びアミログルコシダーゼが0.5〜1.5:0.5〜1.5:0.5〜1.5の重量比で混合されたものである、請求項16に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵菌株は、ラクトバチルス・ヒルガルディー、リゥコノストック・メゼンテロイデス、ペディオコッカス・アシディラクティシ及びサッカロマイセス・セレビシエからなる群から選ばれた1種以上の菌株を含む、請求項14に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵菌株は、ペディオコッカス・アシディラクティシを含む、請求項18に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵菌株の培養液は、発酵菌株を106cells/ml〜109cells/mlの量で含む、請求項14に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記瓦松を準備する段階は、瓦松に溶媒を添加することによって瓦松懸濁液を準備する段階をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記酵素は、瓦松懸濁液の総体積に対して5体積%〜20体積%の量で添加される、請求項21に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記発酵菌株の培養液は、瓦松懸濁液の総重量に対して0.05重量%〜0.5重量%の量で添加される、請求項21に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記瓦松を発酵させる段階後、凍結乾燥させる段階をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
- 前記肝疾患は、自己免疫性肝疾患、薬物性肝疾患、アルコール性肝疾患、感染性肝疾患及び先天性代謝性肝疾患からなる群から選ばれる、請求項13に記載の薬学組成物の製造方法。
