Abstract
Description
エンジンと、
前記エンジンからの動力を回生可能で且つ前記エンジンをモータリング可能なモータジェネレータと、
前記エンジンと前記モータジェネレータとを制御する制御装置と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンが運転している状態から前記エンジンへの燃料供給を遮断して前記エンジンをモータリングするよう前記モータジェネレータを制御するモータリング制御を実行しその後に前記エンジンを停止させる場合、前記モータリング制御として、共振を生じさせる前記エンジンの回転数領域を超える回転数で前記エンジンをモータリングする、
ことを要旨とする。
図1は、本発明の実施例としてのハイブリッド自動車20の構成の概略を示す構成図である。実施例のハイブリッド自動車20は、図示するように、エンジン22と、プラネタリギヤ30と、モータMG1,MG2と、インバータ41,42と、バッテリ50と、ハイブリッド用電子制御ユニット(以下、「HVECU」という)70と、を備える。

第2実施例のハイブリッド自動車20は、エンジンパワー制限制御に代えて、モータ下限トルクTm1limを下限にモータMG1から出力するトルクを制限する回生トルク制限制御を実行するものである。図11は、第2実施例の制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。図11において、上述した図3の制御ルーチンと同一の処理については同一のステップ番号を付し、その説明は重複するから省略する。第2実施例の制御ルーチンにおいて、S160で車両要求パワーP*を設定すると、車両要求パワーP*をエンジン要求パワーPe*に設定し(S500)、エンジン要求パワーPe*と動作ライン(例えば、燃費最適動作ライン)とを用いてエンジン22の目標回転数Ne*と目標トルクTe*とを設定する(S190)。次に、上述した式(1)と右辺が同じ次式(9)を用いてエンジン22を目標回転数Ne*で回転させるためのモータMG1のトルク指令の仮の値である仮モータトルクTm1tmpを設定する(S510)。そして、モータMG1から出力してもよいトルクの下限値であるモータ下限トルクTm1limを設定し(S520)、仮モータトルクTm1tmpとモータ下限トルクTm1limとのうち大きい方をモータMG1のトルク指令Tm1*に設定する(S530)。モータ下限トルクTm1limは、エンジン回転数Neに基づいて、例えば、エンジン回転数Neが低いほどモータMG1の回生トルクが大きく制限されるように、エンジン回転数Neが低いほど大きく(負側に小さく)なるように設定することができる。また、モータ下限トルクTm1limは、エンジン水温Thwまたはエンジン油温Thoiが低いほど大きく(負側に小さく)なるように設定することもできる。更に、モータ下限トルクTm1limは、エンジン22の状態に拘わらず、一定値とすることもできる。
第3実施例のハイブリッド自動車20は、エンジンパワー制限制御に代えて、エンジン下限回転数Nelimを下限にエンジン22を運転するエンジン回転数制限制御を実行するものである。図13は、第3実施例の制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。図13において、上述した図3の制御ルーチンと同一の処理については同一のステップ番号を付し、その説明は重複するから省略する。第3実施例の制御ルーチンにおいて、S160で車両要求パワーP*を設定すると、車両要求パワーP*をエンジン要求パワーPe*に設定し(S600)、エンジン要求パワーPe*と動作ライン(例えば、燃費最適動作ライン)とを用いて仮エンジン回転数Netmpと仮エンジントルクTetmpとを設定する(S610)。そして、エンジン22が運転してもよい回転数の下限値であるエンジン下限回転数Nelimを設定し(S620)、仮エンジン回転数Netmpとエンジン下限回転数Nelimとのうち大きい方をエンジン22の目標回転数Ne*に設定すると共に目標回転数Ne*でエンジン要求パワーPe*を割ってエンジン22の目標トルクTe*を設定する(S630)。ここで、エンジン下限回転数Nelimは、モータMG1から出力するトルクTm1に基づいて、トルクTm1が小さいほど(負側に大きいほど)高くなるように設定することができる。また、エンジン下限回転数Nelimは、エンジン水温Thwまたはエンジン油温Thoiが低いほど高くなるように設定することもできる。更に、エンジン下限回転数Nelimは、エンジン22の運転状態が負荷運転状態(モータMG1による動力の回生を伴ってエンジン22からパワーを出力している状態)の方が自立運転状態(モータMG1から出力するトルクを値0としてエンジン22を所定回転数で運転している状態)よりも高くなるように設定することもできる。また、エンジン下限回転数Nelimは、一定値とすることもできる。
Claims (13)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンからの動力を回生可能で且つ前記エンジンをモータリング可能なモータジェネレータと、
前記エンジンと前記モータジェネレータとを制御する制御装置と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンが運転している状態から前記エンジンへの燃料供給を遮断して前記エンジンをモータリングするよう前記モータジェネレータを制御するモータリング制御を実行しその後に前記エンジンを停止させる場合、前記モータリング制御として、共振を生じさせる前記エンジンの回転数領域を超える回転数で前記エンジンをモータリングする、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記モータリング制御として、前記エンジンの気筒内に残留する排気ガスを掃気するための掃気時間が経過するまで所定回転数で前記エンジンをモータリングする、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記モータリング制御として、車両の起動に伴って前記エンジンが始動されたときの前記エンジンの運転時間が短いほど前記掃気時間が長くなりおよび/または前記所定回転数が高くなるように前記エンジンをモータリングする、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2または3に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記モータリング制御として、外気温が低いほど前記掃気時間が長くなりおよび/または前記所定回転数が高くなるように前記エンジンをモータリングする、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2ないし4いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記モータリング制御として、前記エンジンの冷却水またはエンジンオイルの温度が低いほど前記掃気時間が長くなりおよび/または前記所定回転数が高くなるように前記エンジンをモータリングする、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されたときに前記モータリング制御を実行してから前記エンジンを停止させるものであり、
前記所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されていないときには、前記モータジェネレータによる動力の回生を伴って前記エンジンを負荷運転する際に所定パワーまたは所定トルクを上限に前記エンジンから動力が出力されると共に前記エンジンが目標回転数で回転するように前記エンジンと前記モータジェネレータとを制御する動力制限制御を実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されたときに前記モータリング制御を実行してから前記エンジンを停止させるものであり、
前記所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されていないときには、所定回転数を下限に前記エンジンが運転するように前記エンジンを制御する回転数制限制御を実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されたときに前記モータリング制御を実行してから前記エンジンを停止させるものであり、
前記所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されていないときには、前記モータジェネレータによる動力の回生を伴って前記エンジンを負荷運転する際に所定負トルクを下限に前記モータジェネレータが回生するように前記モータジェネレータを制御する回生制限制御を実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されたときに前記モータリング制御を実行してから前記エンジンを停止させるものであり、
前記所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されていないときには、所定パワーまたは所定トルクを上限に前記エンジンから動力が出力されると共に前記エンジンが目標回転数で回転するように前記エンジンと前記モータジェネレータとを制御する動力制限制御と、所定回転数を下限に前記エンジンが運転されるように前記エンジンを制御する回転数制限制御と、のうち一方または両方を選択して実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項9に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記エンジンを負荷運転するときには前記動力制限制御および前記回転数制限制御のうち少なくとも前記動力制限制御を実行し、前記エンジンを負荷運転しないときには前記回転数制限制御を実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されたときに前記モータリング制御を実行してから前記エンジンを停止させるものであり、
前記所定の実行条件が成立している状態で前記エンジンの停止が要求されていないときには、所定負トルクを下限に前記モータジェネレータが回生するように前記モータジェネレータを制御する回生制限制御と、所定回転数を下限に前記エンジンが運転されるように前記エンジンを制御する回転数制限制御と、のうち一方または両方を選択して実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項11に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記エンジンを負荷運転するときには前記回生制限制御および前記回転数制限制御のうち少なくとも前記回生制限制御を実行し、前記エンジンを負荷運転しないときには前記回転数制限制御を実行する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項6ないし12いずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記所定の実行条件は、車両の起動に伴って前記エンジンが始動されたときの前記エンジンの運転時間が所定時間未満である条件、外気温が所定温度未満である条件、前記エンジンの冷却水またはエンジンオイルの温度が所定温度未満である条件の少なくとも一つを含む、
ハイブリッド自動車。
