全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜0.04%と;
クロム、セレン、銅、セリウム、マンガン、およびアンチモンからの少なくとも2つの成分とを含む組成を有し;クロム(Cr2O3の形態で表される)は0.02重量%の最大含有量であり;セレン(Seの形態で表される)は0.08重量%最大含有量であり;銅(CuOの形態で表される)は0.04重量%の最大含有量であり;セリウム(CeO2の形態で表される)は0.8重量%の最大含有量であり;マンガン(MnOの形態で表される)は1.6重量%の最大含有量であり;アンチモン(Sb2O3の形態で表される)は0.8重量%の最大含有量であり;上記組成は式:
A≦[10.02*(Cr2O3/Fe2O3)+4*(Se/Fe2O3)+2.73*(CuO/Fe2O3)+0.7*(CeO2/Fe2O3)+0.23*(MnO/Fe2O3)+0.11*(Sb2O3/Fe2O3)]
を満たし;Aは0.30である。
− ZSO5は、亜鉛−スズの比率が50−50重量%(Zn2Sn2O4)付近である亜鉛−スズ混合酸化物を表し、
− SiNは窒化ケイ素を表し、
− TZOは、酸化チタンおよび酸化ジルコニウム比率が65−35重量%付近であるチタン−ジルコニウム混合酸化物を表す。
本発明による種々の層を種々のガラスと組合せており、その一部の本発明によらないガラス(comp−で示される)は、それらの光透過率TLVの1.087倍未満の赤外線反射率RIRVを有し、その他の本発明によるガラス(inv−で示される)は、それらの光透過率TLVの1.087倍以上の赤外線反射率RIRVを有する。積層グレージングの透過および反射における色の光の反射および透過、日射透過率、選択性、ならびに吸収のシミュレーションによる値を表Aに示す。
本発明によらない層を種々のガラスと組み合わせており、その一部のガラスは本発明によらないものであり(comp−で示される)、他のガラスは本発明によるものである(inv−で示される)。積層グレージングの透過および反射における色の光の反射および透過、日射透過率、選択性、ならびに吸収のシミュレーションによる値を表Bに示す。
− RIRV≧1.087*TLV(TLVはガラス板の光透過率である)となる赤外線反射率RIRVを有する厚さ2.1mmのガラス板、
− TLC≧1.3*TIRC(TIRCは赤外線反射手段の赤外線透過率である)となる光透過率TLCを有する赤外線反射手段のための銀層
− 0.76mmのUVに対する遮蔽板を形成する透明PVBシート
− 0.38mmの灰色PVBシート
− SPDフィルム(またはPDLCフィルム、もしくはエレクトロクロミックフィルムなど、電気での動作を可能にする手段に連結される)
− SPDフィルムを動作させる手段を特に含む最低限で2つの熱可塑性中間層
− 前述のように、ドープされた酸化スズ層で覆われたシリカ層で構成されるlow−e層の系がコーティングされた3.15mmの透明ガラス板
− エナメル隠蔽ストリップ。
Claims (17)
- a.外側の第1のガラス板(11)、
b.電気で動作する機能性フィルム(12)、
c.前記第1のガラス板(11)と前記機能性フィルム(12)との間に配置される赤外線反射手段(13)、
d.赤外線を反射するための前記手段(13)と機能性フィルム(12)との間に配置される少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層(20)、
e.内側の第2のガラス板(16)、
を含む積層グレージング(10)であって、
少なくとも前記外側の第1の板が、RIRV≧1.087*TLV(TLVは前記ガラス板の光透過率である)となる赤外線反射率RIRVを有することと、前記赤外線反射手段が、TLC≧1.3*TIRC(TIRCは前記赤外線反射手段の赤外線透過率である)となる光透過率TLCを特徴とすることとを特徴とする積層グレージング(10)。 - 少なくとも前記第1のガラス板が、RIRV≧1.087*TLV+5となる赤外反射率RIRVを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 少なくとも前記外側の第1のガラス板が、RIRV≧0.510*TLV+53となる赤外反射率RIRVを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 少なくとも前記第1のガラス板(11)が、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜0.06%;
Cr2O3 0.0001〜0.06%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。 - 少なくとも前記第1のガラス板(11)が、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜0.06%;
Cr2O3 0.0015〜1%;
Co 0.0001〜1%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。 - 少なくとも前記第1のガラス板(11)が、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.02〜1%;
Cr2O3 0.002〜0.5%;
Co 0.0001〜0.5%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。 - 少なくとも前記第1のガラス板(11)が、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜1%;
Cr2O3 0.001〜0.5%;
Co 0.0001〜0.5%;
Se 0.0003〜0.5%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。 - 前記赤外線反射手段(13)が、RIRC>0.5*(1−AIRC)となる赤外反射率RIRCを特徴とする赤外線反射層であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記赤外線反射層が、RIRC>0.76*(1−AIRC)となる赤外反射率RIRCを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記赤外線反射層(13)が、赤外線を反射する材料を主成分とするn層の機能性層(n≧1)と、n+1の誘電体コーティングとを含み、各機能性層に誘電体コーティングが隣接する多層スタックである、請求項8または9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記赤外線反射手段(13)が銀を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記機能性フィルム(12)が60℃を超える高温で悪影響が生じる場合があることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層(20)が前記グレージングの実質的に全面積を占有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層(20)がポリビニルブチラールのシートまたはエチレン−酢酸ビニルのシートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記機能性フィルム(12)が、液晶含有フィルム、または懸濁液中に分散した粒子を含有するフィルム、またはエレクトロクロミックフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記グレージングが、自動車のグレージング付き屋根であることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
- 前記グレージングが建造物に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング(10)。
