Abstract
Description
前記注入孔は、前記ノズルアダプタ内に形成された前記内径中空部に前記成形材料が注入されるように、前記ノズルアダプタに設けられ、前記バックフロー防止部材は、前記ノズルアダプタ内または前記バレル内に形成された前記内径中空部に取り付けられていてもよい。
上記実施の形態は、以下に示すような変形も可能である。

Claims (8)
- 成形材料をバレルの先端側に設けられたノズルから金型内に射出して成形を行う射出成形機であって、
前記バレルの内部に設けられ、軸方向に沿った前後方向への移動と前記軸方向回りの回転とが可能なプランジャと、
前記プランジャの前方に液状の前記成形材料を注入させるための注入孔と、
前記注入孔の後方向側に設けられ、前記注入孔から注入された前記成形材料が前記プランジャに沿って後方向に流れることを防止するバックフロー防止部材と、
前記注入孔から注入された前記成形材料の圧力に基づいて、前記プランジャの後退動作を制御して計量を行う制御装置と、
を備え、
少なくとも前記後退動作の開始から終了までは、前記プランジャの側面によって前記注入孔の少なくとも一部が覆われている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記ノズルは、前記バレルに直接取り付けられており、
前記ノズルの内部および前記バレルの内部には、前記プランジャの前記前後方向への移動を可能にする内径中空部が形成されており、
前記注入孔は、前記ノズル内に形成された前記内径中空部に前記成形材料が注入されるように、前記ノズルに設けられ、
前記バックフロー防止部材は、前記ノズルの内部または前記バレルの内部に形成された前記内径中空部に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記ノズルは、ノズルアダプタを介して前記バレルに取り付けられており、
前記ノズルアダプタの内部および前記バレルの内部には、前記プランジャの前記前後方向への移動を可能にする内径中空部が形成されており、
前記注入孔は、前記ノズルアダプタ内に形成された前記内径中空部に前記成形材料が注入されるように、前記ノズルアダプタに設けられ、
前記バックフロー防止部材は、前記ノズルアダプタ内または前記バレル内に形成された前記内径中空部に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記プランジャの先端部の少なくとも一部は、その外径が先端部以外の部分の外径より大きく形成されており、前記先端部の少なくとも一部と前記内径中空部との隙間は所定値以下に設定され、
少なくとも前記後退動作の開始から終了までは、前記プランジャの前記先端部の側面によって前記注入孔の少なくとも一部が覆われている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記プランジャの先端側には、フライトが設けられている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記プランジャの先端側には、前記成形材料をせん断または混練するミキシング部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記バレルの基端部に、前記バレルの前記内径中空部に通じる第2の孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記制御装置は、前記後退動作時に前記プランジャを回転させる
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。
