Claims (4)
- 可塑化溶融または混合を行なうスクリュを有する材料供給部と、前記材料供給部と連結し前記材料供給部から供給される材料の射出充填を行なう射出軸を有する射出部と、前記スクリュを回転させる回転駆動装置と、前記スクリュを前進後退させる軸方向駆動装置とを含んで成る射出装置における前記スクリュの後退位置を調整するスクリュ位置調整装置であって、
前記回転駆動装置の回転軸を回転自在に挿通可能であって外周面にねじ溝を有するとともにフランジが後部に形成されている環状体で成り、前記フランジにおいて前記回転駆動装置または前記軸方向駆動装置に固定される位置調整用ボルトと、
前記ねじ溝に螺合し、前記スクリュまたは前記軸方向駆動装置の移動部材と当接することによって前記スクリュが後退する位置を規制する位置調整用ナットと、
前記位置調整用ナットの位置を固定する止め具と、
前記位置調整用ナットおよび前記止め具を収容し前記位置調整用ナットおよび前記止め具を操作可能に外側に開放されるように開口部が設けられたケーシングと、
を有することを特徴とするスクリュ位置調整装置。 - 前記止め具が、前記位置調整用ボルトの前記ねじ溝に螺合するロックナットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュ位置調整装置。
- 前記移動部材をピストン部材とし、前記軸方向駆動装置を、前記ピストン部材とシリンダ部材を含む油圧または空圧のアクチュエータとすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスクリュ位置調整装置。
- 前記スクリュを回転可能および前進後退可能に前記スクリュと前記回転駆動装置の前記回転軸および前記軸方向駆動装置の前記移動部材とを接続させる繋ぎ軸を含んでなる前記射出装置に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3に記載のスクリュ位置調整装置。
