Description

該第1の外側本体と該第2の外側本体との間に位置付けられ、かつそれらと係合される連結器であって、連結器入口及び長手方向チャネルを画定し、
該第1の外側本体内に画定される入口孔から該連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ該長手方向チャネルを通じて該第2の外側本体に該空気を誘導するように構成される連結器と、を備える、エアロゾル送達デバイス。
入口孔を画定する第1の外側本体内に電源を位置付けることと、
第2の外側本体内に噴霧器を位置付けることと、
連結器入口及び長手方向チャネルを画定する連結器を該第1の外側本体及び該第2の外側本体と係合して、該連結器が、該第1の外側本体内に画定される入口孔から該連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ該長手方向チャネルを通じて該第2の外側本体に該空気を誘導するように位置付けられるようにすることとを含む、該方法。
該電気接続器を該電源及び該噴霧器に接続することと、を更に含む、任意の前述または後述の実施形態に記載の該方法。
該中心区分から延在する該液体輸送要素の第1及び第2の対向するアームを、該連結器から離して折り畳むことと、を更に含む、任意の前述または後述の実施形態に記載の該方法。
第1の外側本体と係合するように構成される第1の係合部と、
第2の外側本体と係合するように構成される第2の係合部と、
該第1の係合部の周辺を通じて画定される連結器入口と、
該連結器入口と流体連通しており、かつ該第2の係合部を通って連結器出口開口部に延在する長手方向チャネルとを備える、該連結器。

第2の外側本体と、
該第1の外側本体内に位置付けられる電源と、
該第2の外側本体内に位置付けられる噴霧器と、
該第1の外側本体と該第2の外側本体との間に位置付けられ、かつそれらと係合される連結器であって、連結器入口を画定し、

連結器入口を画定する連結器を該第1の外側本体及び該第2の外側本体と係合して、該連結器が該第1の外側本体と該第2の外側本体との間に位置付けられ、該連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ該第2の外側本体に該空気を誘導するように構成されるようにすることと、を含む該方法。

該連結器を該第1の外側本体及び該第2の外側本体と係合することは、該第1の外側本体内に画定される該入口孔から該連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ該長手方向チャネルを通じて該第2の外側本体に該空気を誘導するように、該連結器を位置付けることを含む、任意の前述または後述の実施形態に記載の該方法。

Claims (41)
- 第1の外側本体と、
第2の外側本体と、
前記第1の外側本体内に位置付けられる電源と、
前記第2の外側本体内に位置付けられる噴霧器と、
前記第1の外側本体と前記第2の外側本体との間に位置付けられ、かつそれらと係合される連結器であって、連結器入口を画定し、
前記連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ前記第2の外側本体内の噴霧器に前記空気を誘導するように構成される連結器と、を備える、エアロゾル送達デバイス。 - 前記第2の外側本体内に位置付けられる液溜め基材と流れ誘導器とを更に備え、前記流れ誘導器は、前記液溜め基材を通って少なくとも部分的に延在する、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、ニップルを画定し、前記流れ誘導器は、前記連結器の前記ニップルと係合する、請求項2に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 流れ誘導器を通じて画定されるスリットに近接して、前記流れ誘導器の周囲に少なくとも部分的に延在する流れ誘導器留め具を更に備える、請求項2に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- ニップルを画定する吸い口アセンブリを更に備え、前記流れ誘導器は、前記吸い口アセンブリの前記ニップルと係合する、請求項2に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記流れ誘導器及び前記吸い口アセンブリの前記ニップルの周囲に少なくとも部分的に延在する基材留め具を更に備え、前記基材留め具は、前記液溜め基材を選択された位置で保持するように構成される、請求項5に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- ニップルを画定する吸い口を更に備え、前記流れ誘導器は、前記吸い口の前記ニップルと係合する、請求項2に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記流れ誘導器は、そこを通って延在する横方向の孔を画定し、前記噴霧器は、前記横方向の孔を通って延在する、請求項7に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記噴霧器は、第1の端部と第2の端部との間で実質的に直線的に延在する、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記噴霧器は、発熱要素と、中心部分ならびにそこから延在する第1及び第2の対向するアームを画定する液体輸送要素とを備え、前記発熱要素は、前記液体輸送要素の前記中心部分に連結される、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、リブを画定し、前記リブは、前記第1の外側本体を前記第2の外側本体から分離する、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、前記第1の外側本体と係合される第1の係合部と、前記第2の外側本体と係合される第2の係合部とを更に画定し、前記第1の係合部及び前記第2の係合部は、前記リブによって分離される、請求項11に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、前記第1の係合部の周面において陥凹部を更に画定し、前記連結器入口は、前記陥凹部を通じて画定される、請求項12に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記噴霧器から前記連結器を通って前記電源に延在する複数の電気接続器を更に備える、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 密封部材を更に備え、前記密封部材は、前記連結器と、前記密封部材を通って延在する前記電気接続器に対して密封される、請求項14に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、1つ以上の分離器拡張部と、前記第1の外側本体に近接し、かつ前記連結器入口と流体連通している圧力ポートとを画定し、前記1つ以上の分離器拡張部は、前記電源が前記圧力ポートを遮断することを防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、前記連結器入口及び前記第2の外側本体と流体連通している長手方向チャネルを更に画定し、前記圧力ポートは、前記第1の外側本体内への漏れを阻止するために前記長手方向チャネル内へと延在する、請求項16に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記第1の外側本体は、入口孔を画定し、前記連結器は、長手方向チャネルを画定し、前記連結器は、前記第1の外側本体内に画定される前記入口孔から前記連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ前記長手方向チャネルを通じて前記第2の外側本体へと前記空気を誘導するように構成される、請求項1に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体に溶接される、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器は、前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体にレーザ溶接される、請求項19に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記第1の外側本体を前記第2の外側本体に実質的に不可逆的に固定するように構成される少なくとも1つの固定機構を更に備える、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定機構は、前記第1の外側本体、前記第2の外側本体、及び前記連結器の周囲に少なくとも部分的に延在するラッパーを備える、請求項21に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記連結器入口は、ガスケットを個々に受容するように構成される第1の溝と第2の溝との間に画定される、請求項21に記載の前記エアロゾル送達デバイス。
- エアロゾル送達デバイスを組み立てるための方法であって、
第1の外側本体内に電源を位置付けることと、
第2の外側本体内に噴霧器を位置付けることと、
連結器入口を画定する連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体と係合して、前記連結器が前記第1の外側本体と前記第2の外側本体との間に位置付けられ、前記連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ前記第2の外側本体に前記空気を誘導するように構成されるようにすることと、を含む、前記方法。 - 第2の外側本体内に液溜め基材及び流れ誘導器を位置付けて、前記流れ誘導器が前記液溜め基材を通って少なくとも部分的に延在するようにすることを更に含む、請求項24に記載の前記方法。
- 前記第2の外側本体内に前記噴霧器を位置付けることは、前記流れ誘導器を通って延在する横方向の孔を通じて、前記噴霧器を挿入することを含む、請求項25に記載の前記方法。
- 前記流れ誘導器を前記連結器のニップルに連結することを更に含む、請求項25に記載の前記方法。
- 流れ誘導器留め具を前記流れ誘導器と係合して、前記流れ誘導器留め具がその周囲に少なくとも部分的に延在するようにすることを更に含む、請求項25に記載の前記方法。
- 前記流れ誘導器を吸い口アセンブリのニップルに連結することを更に含む、請求項25に記載の前記方法。
- 基材留め具を前記流れ誘導器と係合して、前記基材留め具が前記吸い口アセンブリの前記ニップルの周囲に少なくとも部分的に延在するようにすることを更に含む、請求項29に記載の前記方法。
- 前記流れ誘導器を吸い口のニップルに連結することを更に含む、請求項25に記載の前記方法。
- 前記連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体と係合することは、前記連結器のリブを前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体と係合することを含む、請求項24に記載の前記方法。
- 前記連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体と係合することは、前記第1の外側本体を前記連結器の第1の係合部と係合すること、及び前記第2の外側本体を前記連結器の第2の係合部と係合することを更に含み、前記第1の係合部及び前記第2の係合部は、前記リブによって分離される、請求項32に記載の前記方法。
- 前記連結器を通じて複数の電気接続器を挿入することと、
前記電気接続器を前記電源及び前記噴霧器に接続することと、を更に含む、請求項24に記載の前記方法。 - 密封部材を前記連結器と係合し、前記電気接続器で前記密封部材を穿孔して、前記1つ以上の電気接続器が前記密封部材を通って延在し、かつそれに対して密封するようにすることを更に含む、請求項34に記載の前記方法。
- 前記第1の外側本体は、入口孔を画定し、前記連結器は、長手方向チャネルを画定し、
前記連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体と係合することは、前記第1の外側本体内に画定される前記入口孔から前記連結器入口を通じて空気を受容し、かつ前記長手方向チャネルを通じて前記第2の外側本体に前記空気を誘導するように、前記連結器を位置付けることを含む、請求項24に記載の前記方法。 - 発熱要素を液体輸送要素の中心部分に連結して、前記噴霧器を形成することと、
前記中心区分から延在する前記液体輸送要素の第1及び第2の対向するアームを、前記連結器から離して折り畳むことと、を更に含む、請求項24に記載の前記方法。 - 前記連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体に溶接することを更に含む、請求項24〜37のいずれか1項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体に溶接することは、前記連結器を前記第1の外側本体及び前記第2の外側本体にレーザ溶接することを含む、請求項38に記載の前記方法。
- 固定機構を用いて、前記第1の外側本体を前記第2の外側本体に実質的に不可逆的に固定することを更に含む、請求項24〜37のいずれか1項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記固定機構を用いて、前記第1の外側本体を前記第2の外側本体に実質的に不可逆的に固定することは、前記第1の外側本体、前記第2の外側本体、及び前記連結器の周囲に少なくとも部分的にラッパーを巻くことを含む、請求項40に記載の前記方法。
