本实用新型实施例公开了一种雾化器及电子烟,通过在连接头上设置凹槽 及斜进气孔,并在通气管与吸嘴盖之间形成有与所述吸嘴盖的烟液收集槽相连 通的宽度 L不小于 0.4mm的进油缝隙的方式, 能够有效降低使用噪声、 可靠 固定盛油件的同时防止油液进入人体口腔。
下面结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案 进行清楚和详细的描述,显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实 施例, 而不是全部实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员 在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保 护的范围。
请参阅图 3至图 7 , 本实用新型的雾化器, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子 烟, 包括连接头 1、 发热机构 2、 通气管 3、 盛油件 4、 紧固套 5、 贴纸 6及吸 嘴盖 7。 所述连接头 1用于与所述电池组件连接, 所述连接头 1内套设有电极 10及绝缘环 14, 所述绝缘环 12位于所述连接头 1及电极 10之间。 所述连接 头 1及吸嘴盖 Ί分别设置在所述盛油件 4的两端,所述连接头 1的一端插设在 所述盛油件 4内,所述连接头 1上开设有与所述连接头 1的外周面相连通的至 少一个斜进气孔 11 , 所述斜进气孔 11与所述通气管 3相连通。 所述盛油件 4 为透明非金属材料制件, 在本实施例中, 所述盛油件 4呈透明的管状结构, 并 由塑胶材质制成。 当然也可为其它结构及材料, 只要能够盛装烟油满足需要即 可, 在此不作限定。
所述发热机构 2及通气管 3 同轴套设在所述盛油件 4 内, 所述通气管 3 的两端分别套设有密封盖 8及漏油板 9, 所述盛油件 4与所述通气管 3、 密封 盖 8及漏油板 9围成有用于存储烟油的储油腔 41。 可以理解的是, 在其它实 施方式中, 所述通气管 3、 密封盖 8与所述盛油件 4可为一体成型结构, 或者 所述通气管 3与所述盛油件 4可为一体成型结构,以实现简化生产及便于组装。
所述连接头 1与所述盛油件 4连接处的外周面上开设有至少一个凹槽 12, 所述紧固套 5套接在所述盛油件 4上,所述紧固套 5用于将所述非金属材料制 成盛油件 4的内壁挤压嵌入所述凹槽 12内, 使所述连接头 1与所述盛油件 4 可靠连接。 所述紧固套 5开设有观察窗口 51 , 所述贴纸 6黏贴在所述紧固套 5 上, 所述贴纸 6上开设有与所述观察窗口相对应的孔位 61 ; 所述吸嘴盖 7上 开设有烟液收集槽 71 , 所述通气管 3与所述吸嘴盖 7之间形成有与所述烟液 收集槽 71相连通的进油缝隙 72, 所述进油缝隙 72的宽度 L不小于 0.4mm。
请参阅图 1及图 3 , 由图可以看出, 图 3的气流轨迹比图 1的气流轨迹相 对简单, 由于气流遇到的阻力较小及流动的路程较短, 因此本实用新型雾化器 连接头 1上开设的斜进气孔 11能够减小气流流动时产生的噪声; 请参阅图 3 , 贴纸 6黏贴在紧固套 5上, 当贴纸 6受到沿吸嘴盖 7方向的外力拉扯时, 盛油 件 4由于为非金属材料制成而受到挤压变形, 具体形变为: 连接头 1开设有凹 槽 12, 盛油件 4被挤压的部位嵌入所述凹槽 12内 , 由于凹槽 12对盛油件 4 嵌入的端部的限定作用,使盛油件 4不易脱出; 由于紧固套 5开设有观察窗口 51 , 因此可以方便用户观察盛油件 4内烟液的消耗情况, 以便于用户及时对雾 化器进行更换; 请参阅图 3中 L标注, 吸嘴盖 7上开设有烟液收集槽 71 , 吸 嘴盖 7与通气管 3之间形成有与烟液收集槽 71相连通的所述进油缝隙 72, 所 述进油缝隙 72的宽度不小于 0.4mm, 由于烟液雾化后冷凝在所述通气管 3上 的烟油油滴厚度一般为 0.3mm左右, 油滴随吸气气流往吸嘴盖 7方向流动, 当流经所述进油缝隙 72时便流向烟液收集槽 71 内, 并通过所述烟液收集槽 71存储, 从而可以防止油液进入人体口腔。
可选的, 所述紧固套 5套设在所述连接头 1及所述盛油件 4上, 因而可使 所述连接头 1、 盛油件 4及紧固套 5三者之间的连接更稳固可靠。
可选的,所述斜进气孔 11与所述连接头 1的轴向形成的角度大于 20度小 于 70度,即所述斜进气孔 11的气流流通方向与所述雾化器内的气流流通方向 尽可能相同, 以减少噪声。
可选的, 所述发热机构 2包括导油绳 20、 发热丝 21、 导油棉 22及陶瓷支 撑座 23。 所述导油棉 22用于暂存从所述盛油件 4内的所述储油腔 41吸附的 烟油, 所述导油棉 22贴附在所述漏油板 9的一侧。 所述导油绳 20用于将导油 棉 22上的烟油传送给所述发热丝 21雾化, 所述发热丝 21固定在所述陶瓷支 撑座 23上,所述发热丝 21的两端分别与所述连接头 1及所述电极 10电连接。 现有发热机构用于支撑发热丝的一般为硅胶支撑座,但是由于硅胶的耐高 温能力较差, 当发热丝温度较高时,很容易出现硅胶支撑座损坏并产生有害物 质的情况。 请参阅图 6, 本实用新型的发热机构 2采用陶瓷支撑座 23来支撑 发热丝 21 , 能够很好地解决上述的问题。
可选的,所述连接头 1与所述紧固套 5连接处开设有至少一个用于限定所 述紧固套 5位置限位槽 13。
可选的, 所述凹槽 12或所述限位槽 13为环形凹槽。
需要说明的是, 上述的凹槽 12或限位槽 13为其他槽位, 例如方形槽位、 圓形槽位时, 可以为多个槽位的组合; 当凹槽 12或限位槽 13为环形凹槽时, 可以仅包含一个环形凹槽。
可选的, 所述进油缝隙 72的宽度 L不小于 1mm及不大于 3mm。
由于烟液液化后会从通气管 3流向吸嘴盖 7,若所述进油缝隙 72的宽度 L 较小, 烟液会直接越过所述进油缝隙 72 而进入人体口腔, 因此进油缝隙 72 应当保持适合的宽度, 上述的距离优选地可以为不小于 lmm及不大于 3mm。
可选的, 所述观察窗口 51为矩形窗口, 所述矩形窗口的两端为弧形。 可选的, 所述矩形窗口上设置有刻度标尺。
请参阅图 6, 通过矩形窗口上设置的刻度标尺, 可以让用户更加直观地了 解盛油件 4内烟液的消耗情况, 以便于用户及时对雾化器进行更换。
需要说明的是, 上述观察窗口的具体形状、 大小和位置可以根据实际产品 结构和需求进行适应性改变, 而不限于本实用新型实施例的矩形窗口,在此处 不作限定。
下面介绍本实用新型实施例的电子烟实施例, 请参阅图 7, 本实用新型的 电子烟包括雾化器和电池组件, 所述雾化器与所述电池组件进行可拆卸连接; 所述雾化器为上述的雾化器;由于该电子烟的所述雾化器与上述所述的雾化器 结构相同,因此也应当具有相同的技术效果。所述电池组件为现有的电池组件, 因此, 在此不再贅述。
综上所述, 本实用新型的雾化器及电子烟具有如下有益效果:
a、 通过在所述连接头 1上开设有至少一个与所述通气管 3相连通的斜进 气孔 11 , 因而气流从所述斜进气孔 11进入所述雾化器内时,遇到的障碍物少, 从而可有效降低噪声;
b、 通过在所述连接头 1与所述盛油件 4连接处的外周面上开设有至少一 个凹槽 12, 所述盛油件 4为非金属材料制成, 套接在所述盛油件 4上的所述 紧固套 5可将所述非金属材料制成盛油件 4的内壁挤压嵌入所述 1HJ槽 12内, 因而可增强了所述连接头 1与所述盛油件 4之间连接的可靠性;
c、 通过将所述盛油件 4设置为透明非金属材料制件, 所述紧固套 5上开 设有观察窗口 51 , 黏贴在所述紧固套 5上的所述贴纸 6上开设有与所述观察 窗口 51相对应的孔位 61 , 因而可观察盛油件 4内的烟油量, 便于加油或更换 雾化器;
d、 通过在所述吸嘴盖 7上开设有烟液收集槽 71 ; 所述通气管 3与所述吸 嘴盖 7之间形成有与所述烟液收集槽 71相连通的进油缝隙 72, 所述进油缝隙 72的宽度 L不小于 0.4mm, 该结构可使烟液雾化后冷凝在所述通气管 3上的 烟油油滴较好的经所述进油缝隙 72流入所述烟液收集槽 71内,防止油液进入 人体口腔。
以上对本实用新型所提供的一种雾化器及电子烟进行了详细介绍。本文中应用 了具体个例对本实用新型的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只 是用于帮助理解本实用新型的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域 的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以对本实用新 型进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本实用新型权利要求的保护范 围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种雾化器, 包括连接头 (1)、 发热机构 (2)、 通气管 (3)、 盛油件 ( 4 )及吸嘴盖( 7 ), 所述连接头 ( 1 )及吸嘴盖( 7 )分别设置在所述盛油件 (4) 的两端, 所述连接头 (1 ) 的一端插设在所述盛油件(4) 内, 其特征在 于, 还包括套接在所述盛油件(4)上的紧固套(5)及黏贴在所述紧固套(5) 上的贴纸(6);
所述连接头( 1 )上开设有与所述连接头( 1 )的外周面相连通的至少一个 斜进气孔 ( 11 ), 所述斜进气孔 ( 11 )与所述通气管 (3 )相连通;
所述连接头( 1 )与所述盛油件(4)连接处的外周面上开设有至少一个凹 槽 ( 12 );
所述盛油件(4)为透明非金属材料制件, 所述紧固套(5)开设有观察窗 口 (51 ), 所述贴纸(6)上开设有与所述观察窗口相对应的孔位(61 );
所述吸嘴盖(7)上开设有烟液收集槽(71 );
所述通气管 ( 3 )与所述吸嘴盖 ( 7 )之间形成有与所述烟液收集槽 ( 71 ) 相连通的进油缝隙 (72), 所述进油缝隙 (72) 的宽度 L不小于 0.4mm。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述紧固套(5)套设在 所述连接头 ( 1 )及所述盛油件( 4 )上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述斜进气孔(11 )与 所述连接头 (1 ) 的轴向形成的角度大于 20度小于 70度。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述发热机构(2) 包括 导油绳(20)、 发热丝 (21)、 导油棉(22)及陶瓷支撑座(23), 所述导油棉
(22)用于暂存从所述盛油件(4) 内吸附的烟油, 所述导油绳(20)用于将 导油棉(22)上的烟油传送给所述发热丝(21 )雾化, 所述发热丝(21 ) 固定 在所述陶瓷支撑座 ( 23 )上并与所述连接头 ( 1 ) 电连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述连接头 ( 1 )与所述 紧固套( 5 )连接处开设有至少一个用于限定所述紧固套( 5 )位置的限位槽( 13 )。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽(12)或所述 限位槽(13) 为环形凹槽。 7、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述进油缝隙 (72 ) 的 宽度 L不小于 1mm及不大于 3mm。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述观察窗口为矩形窗 口;
所述矩形窗口的两端为弧形。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述矩形窗口上设置有 刻度标尺。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器和电池组件, 所述雾化器与所述电池组件连 接, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器为权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的雾化器。
