Description
Claims (10)
- 0.1〜5重量%のC4〜8コモノマー及び残部のエチレンを含むポリエチレン組成物であって、ASTM D792に従い求めた密度0.945〜0.965g/cm3;ASTM D1238(2.16kg、190℃)に従い求めたメルトインデックス10〜20g/10分;重量平均分子量(Mw)45,000〜55,000g/モル;多分散度2.5〜3.1を有し、全長13cm及び総厚50〜70mil(1〜2mm)を有するストリップに成形し、端と端を合わせるように完全に4回曲げることによって、厚さ15〜30mil(0.3〜0.7mm)を有する薄くなった領域又は折り目を作り出し、ストリップの変形して薄くなった領域を、丸くしたプレートの回りで曲率半径180〜190°にわたり曲げ及び解放を行うことにより試験した場合、破損なしで500サイクル以上を完了する、上記ポリエチレン組成物。
- ASTM D792に従い求めた密度0.950〜0.960g/cm3を有する、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- ASTM D1238(2.16kg、190℃)に従い求めたメルトインデックス13〜17g/10分を有する、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 総厚50〜70mil(1〜2mm)を有するストリップに成形し、端と端を合わせるように完全に4回曲げることによって、厚さ15〜30mil(0.3〜0.7mm)を有する薄くなった領域又は折り目を作り出し、ストリップの変形して薄くなった領域を、丸くしたプレートの回りで曲率半径180〜190°にわたり曲げ及び解放を行うことにより試験した場合、破損なしで750サイクル以上を完了する、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- より高い分子量でより低いコモノマー含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 溶液重合されている、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 密度0.945g/cm3〜0.950g/cm3;ASTM D1238(2.16kg、190℃)に従い求めたメルトインデックス15〜20g/10分;重量平均分子量(Mw)45,000〜55,000;及び多分散度2.7〜3.0を有する、エチレンと1−ブテンのコポリマーを60〜90重量%含む、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 密度0.955g/cm3〜0.965g/cm3;ASTM D1238(2.16kg、190℃)に従い求めたメルトインデックス10〜15g/10分、重量平均分子量(Mw)55,000〜65,000及び多分散度3.1〜3.3を有する、エチレンホモポリマーを40〜10重量%含む、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 密度0.948g/cm3〜0.952g/cm3;ASTM D1238(2.16kg、190℃)に従い求めたメルトインデックス16〜18g/10分;重量平均分子量(Mw)48,000〜52,000;及び多分散度2.80〜2.90を有する、エチレンと1−ブテンのコポリマー60〜80重量%と、密度0.960g/cm3〜0.965g/cm3;ASTM D1238(2.16kg、190℃)に従い求めたメルトインデックス12〜14g/10分、重量平均分子量(Mw)55,000〜63,000及び多分散度3.15〜3.25を有する、エチレンホモポリマー40〜20重量%とからなる、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 総厚50〜70mil(1〜2mm)を有するストリップに成形し、端と端を合わせて完全に4回曲げることによって、厚さ15〜30mil(0.3〜0.7mm)を有する薄くなった領域又は折り目を作り出し、前記ストリップの変形して薄くなった領域を、丸くしたプレートの回りで曲率半径180〜190°にわたり曲げ及び解放を行うことにより試験した場合、破損前に900サイクル以上を完了する、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
