Abstract
【解決手段】本体3に回転可能に固定されたドリルビット1、および、前記ドリルビットの軸方向後方に配置された少なくとも1つの面取り刃4を有し、前記面取り刃がドリルシャフト35に設けられた刃窓の中に取り付けられて、孔あけ・面取り複合ツール13、21の長手軸に対して横方向に移動可能にばね止めされた孔あけ・面取り複合ツールにおいて、前記ドリルビットおよび前記ドリルシャフトを備えるドリルボディ13が固体硬金属から成り、制御ボルトが固体硬金属ドリルの中央の縦穴の中に移動可能にばね止めされ、前記制御ボルトの先端によって、前記面取り刃の前記刃窓の中での横方向の動きが制御される。

Claims (10)
- 工作対象物(28)の中に工作孔(29)を形成し、続いて少なくとも前記工作孔(29)の一方の端部に面取り(30)を施し、本体(3)に回転可能に固定されたドリルビット(1)、および、前記ドリルビット(1)の軸方向後方に配置された少なくとも1つの面取り刃(4)を有し、前記面取り刃がドリルシャフト(35)に設けられた刃窓(25)の中に取り付けられて、孔あけ・面取り複合ツール(13、21)の長手軸に対して横方向に移動可能にばね止めされた孔あけ・面取り複合ツール(13、21)において、
前記ドリルビット(1)および前記ドリルシャフト(35)を備えるドリルボディ(13)が固体硬金属から成り、制御ボルト(5)が固体硬金属ドリルの中央の縦穴(36)の中に移動可能にばね止めされ、前記制御ボルトの先端(15)によって、前記面取り刃(4)の前記刃窓(25)の中での横方向の動きが制御される
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1に記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルボディ(13)は、前記ドリルシャフト(35)の後方端部がスリーブ状の本体(3)の取り付け穴(12)に固定される
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項2に記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
ドリルの螺旋が終了する部分と前記刃窓(25)の前記ドリルビット側の端部との間の軸方向の距離である取付け長(31)が0.01mm乃至2mmである
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルビット(1)の径が5mm以下である
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルボディ(13)の中に、制御ボルト(5)が軸方向に移動可能に挿入される、中央の軸方向の縦穴(36)が設けられ、前記制御ボルトの先端(15)が前記面取り刃(4)の横方向の制御溝(16)にばね止めされて係合する
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルボディ(13)は、ねじ込み、スナップ止め、焼嵌め、押圧、または接着によって前記本体(3)に取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
片刃または両刃の前記面取り刃(4)を備える
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記面取り刃がテーパ状の導入形状部(9)を有する
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項8に記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記面取り刃(4)を前記刃窓(25)に取り付けるため、前記テーパ状の導入形状部(9)を前記刃窓(25)内に挿入可能であり、前記テーパ状の導入形状部によって、ばね止めされた前記制御ボルト(5)の先端(15)が前記面取り刃(4)の制御溝(16)に係合されるまで押圧される
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の孔あけ・面取り複合ツールであって、
前記ドリルシャフト(35)の径以下の径の取り付けスリーブ(38)が前記ドリルシャフト(35)の後方部分に取り付けられ、前記制御ボルト(5)を動かす駆動手段が前記取り付けスリーブの中に設けられている
ことを特徴とする孔あけ・面取り複合ツール。
