Claims (8)
- 第一部材に対して第二部材が一方向に相対的に移動可能なリニアモータであって、
前記第一部材は、第一の磁極及び前記第一の磁極と極性が異なる第二の磁極を有する第一のコア、前記第一のコアに巻かれるコイル、第三の磁極及び前記第三の磁極と極性が異なる第四の磁極を有する第二のコア、並びに前記第二のコアに巻かれるコイルを含み、前記第一の磁極に前記第三の磁極が対向し、前記第二の磁極に前記第四の磁極が対向するコアユニットを前記一方向に複数備え、
前記第二部材は、前記第一の磁極と前記第三の磁極とに挟まれると共に、前記第二の磁極と前記第四の磁極とに挟まれるリニアモータ。 - 前記第二部材は、複数の磁石が並べられた2つの磁石列を備え、
一方の磁石列が、前記第一の磁極と前記第三の磁極とに挟まれ、
他方の磁石列が、前記第二の磁極と前記第四の磁極とに挟まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータ。 - 複数の前記第一のコアは互いに離れているか、又は隣り合う前記第一のコア間には非磁性体が介在し、
複数の前記第二のコアは互いに離れているか、又は隣り合う前記第二のコア間には非磁性体が介在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリニアモータ。 - 前記第二部材の前記複数の磁石は、非磁性体からなる基材に固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記第二部材の前記複数の磁石は、前記基材の複数の開口に嵌められており、
前記基材には、板材又はシート材が接着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリニアモータ。 - 前記リニアモータを前記一方向から見たとき、前記第二部材の幅方向の両端部が前記第一のコア及び前記第二のコアの外側に突出しており、
前記第二部材が移動するのを案内する支持機構が前記第二部材の前記両端部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のリニアモータ。 - C字形の前記第一のコアの2つの突極に2つのコイルが巻かれ、
C字形の前記第二のコアの2つの突極に2つのコイルが巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のリニアモータ。 - 前記2つの磁石列の間に、可動子の位置を検出するためのスケールが配置されることを特徴とする請求項2,4,5のいずれかに記載のリニアモータ。
