Abstract
Description
一体成形品は2成分法においても1成分法においても製造することができる。2成分法においては、まず、プラスチック支持部分を射出成形技術で製造し、次いで、第2の射出装置を用いてエラストマ材料を供給して、シールの幾何学形状を得る。1成分法においては、まず、プラスチック部分を通常の射出成形法又はプレス法によって製造する。次いで、プラスチック部分を型内に挿入し、エラストマ処理をし、適切なシールの幾何学形状をエラストマ材料によって作成する。材料の組み合わせによっては、材料の間に接合層を形成する必要性が生じることもある。
本発明をさらに良く理解するために、かつシールリングの内部をさらに良く知ることができるように、シールリングから一部セグメントを切断分離してシールリングを示す。

Claims (9)
- 強靱で硬い材料からなるガイドリング(2)と、動的負荷を受ける少なくとも1つのシールリップ(3、4)と、静的負荷を受ける少なくとも1つのシールリップ(5)とを有する、一体成形品(1)として形成されているシールリングにおいて、
動的負荷を受ける前記シールリップ(3、4)、及び静的負荷を受ける前記シールリップ(5)は、ゴム状弾性材料によって形成されかつ前記ガイドリング(2)に結合されており、前記少なくとも1つのシールリップとしての動的な負荷を受ける前記第1のシールリップ(3)及び動的負荷を受ける前記第2のシールリップ(4)は、前記ガイドリング(2)に結合されており、動的負荷を受ける前記第1のシールリップ(3)は、密封すべき空間(7)からの密封すべき媒体(6)を遮断するように形成されており、動的負荷を受ける前記第2のシールリップ(4)は、外部(9)からの異物(8)を遮断するように形成されており、前記外部(9)から前記密封すべき空間(7)の方向に見て、前記第1のシールリップ(3)は、技術的機能に基づいて、前記第2のシールリップ(4)に対し直列の配置において下流側に配置されているシールリング。 - 断面において、前記ガイドリング(2)は実質的に正方形に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールリング。
- 前記ガイドリング(2)はポリマ材料によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシールリング。
- 動的負荷を受ける前記シールリップ(3、4)は、前記ガイドリング(2)の径方向内周側又は径方向外周側に配置されており、静的負荷を受ける前記シールリップ(5)は、前記ガイドリング(2)の径方向外周側又は径方向内周側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のシールリング。
- 動的負荷を受ける前記シールリップ(3、4)及び静的負荷を受ける前記シールリップ(5)の全ては、互いに融合されて一体に形成されており、かつ同一材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のシールリング。
- 前記シールリップ(3、4、5)は、前記ガイドリング(2)における少なくとも1つの溝状の空間(10)を介して互いに融合されて一体に形成されており、かつ同一材料によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のシールリング。
- 多成分の射出成形法又はプレス成形法による、請求項1〜6までのいずれか1項記載のシールリングの製造方法。
- 液圧装置における請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のシールリングの使用。
- 前記液圧装置は自動車用ショックアブソーバであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の使用。
