Abstract
Description
・ガラスセラミックの体積部分を着色、又はもっと一般的には、ガラスセラミックの吸収特性を変更、又は、
・ガラスセラミックに光散乱欠陥を形成、又は
・パターン構造のところに露出したガラスセラミック表面をアブレーション及び粗面化又は艶消し処理。
・可視スペクトル範囲において、少なくとも部分的に光を阻止するコーティング有利には不透明なコーティングを、ガラスセラミック部材1に設けるステップ、
・コーティング5がアブレーションにより除去され、有利にはガラスセラミックが露出するように、ガラスセラミック部材1にパルスレーザビームを照射するステップ、この場合、
・レーザビームは、照射中、コーティング5の所定の部位が除去されるよう、ガラスセラミック部材1の表面に配向され、
・コーティング5の除去後、コーティング5が除去された領域内で、同じレーザ7をガラスセラミックに照射し、それにより照射領域においてガラスセラミックを視覚的に変化させる。
・ガラスセラミック部材は、有利にはプレート状であり、2つの向き合った面10,11を有する。
・可視スペクトル範囲において、少なくとも部分的に光を阻止し、有利には不透明であるコーティング5が、ガラスセラミック2に被着され、有利には面10,11の一方に被着される。
・コーティング5の一部分が除去され、つまりパターン構造53の一部分が除去される。
・ガラスセラミック部材1のガラスセラミック2は、第1領域20を有しており、この第1領域20は、隣接領域22の光学特性に対し変更された光学特性を有する。この場合、第1領域20の輪郭21又は周縁部は、コーティング5が除去された領域の輪郭55と、少なくとも部分的に合同であり、そのため合同部分において第1領域の輪郭形状はパターン構造の輪郭55の形状に対し、20μmよりも大きくはずれておらず、有利には5μmよりも大きくはずれていない。さらにこの場合、第1領域20と隣接領域はモノリシックであり、したがって第1領域20と1つ又は複数の隣接領域22は、接合部が生じることなく互いに融合している。
・380nm〜780nmの光の波長である可視スペクトル範囲内の少なくとも1つのスペクトル範囲で、少なくともガラスセラミック材料の透過率が加熱された領域の体積部分において増加するまで、加熱が続けられる。
・加熱が完了したならば、レーザ光の照射が終了し、照射領域を冷却させることができるようになる。
・バナジウム、好ましくはスズ及び/又はチタンとの組み合わせ。
・希土類元素、特にセリウム、好ましくはクロム及び/又はニッケル及び/又はコバルトと組み合わせ。
・マンガン、好ましくはスズ及び/又はチタンとの組み合わせ。
・鉄、好ましくはスズ及び/又はチタンとの組み合わせ。

Claims (25)
- パターニングされたコーティングを備えたガラスセラミック部材の製造方法において、前記方法は、
ガラスセラミック部材(1)に、可視スペクトル範囲で少なくとも部分的に光を阻止する、有利には不透明な、コーティングを設けるステップと、
前記コーティング(5)がアブレーションにより除去されるように、前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)にパルスレーザビームを照射するステップと、
を含み、
前記照射するステップにおいて、前記コーティング(5)の一部分が除去されるように、前記レーザビームを前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)の表面に配向し、
前記コーティング(5)の除去後、前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域において、同じレーザ(7)をガラスセラミックに照射し、前記照射によって、照射領域における前記ガラスセラミックを視覚的に変化させる、
方法。 - 前記パルスレーザビームによる前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)の照射を、前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)の、前記コーティング(5)が設けられた側で実施する、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 800nmよりも短い波長のレーザ放射を使用する、
請求項2記載の方法。 - 1000psよりも短いパルス長のパルスレーザ放射を使用し、有利には200psよりも短いパルス長の、さらに有利には20psよりも短いパルス長のパルスレーザ放射を使用する、
請求項2または3記載の方法。 - 前記ガラスセラミックを、前記レーザ(7)を用いた照射により前記ガラスセラミックの光透過率を低減することによって視覚的に変化させる、
請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記ガラスセラミック(2)の照射中、レーザ強度を前記ガラスセラミック(2)のアブレーション閾値よりも低く維持する、
請求項5記載の方法。 - 前記ガラスセラミック(2)の光透過率の低減中、前記レーザ(7)の焦点面から前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)の表面までの相対距離を、2mm〜10mmとし、有利には4mm〜8mmとし、および/または、前記焦点面を、準備された前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)の表面よりも上または下に配置する、
請求項5または6記載の方法。 - 着色作用のある金属イオンにより体積部分が着色されたガラスセラミックを使用し、
前記コーティング(5)の除去後、前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域において、前記レーザ(7)を前記ガラスセラミックに照射して、照射領域の吸収係数を低減することによって、前記照射領域において前記ガラスセラミックを視覚的に変化させる、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記ガラスセラミックの照射領域が局所的に加熱されるように、レーザ光のパワー密度を選定し、
380nm〜780nmの光の波長である可視スペクトル範囲内の少なくとも1つのスペクトル範囲で、少なくとも前記ガラスセラミックの材料の透過率が加熱領域の体積部分において増加するまで、加熱を実施し、
加熱完了後、レーザ光の照射を終了させ、前記照射領域が冷却されるようにする、
請求項8記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング(5)の一部分の除去後、前記レーザビーム(71)を、前記ガラスセラミック(2)の内部に集束させ、前記ガラスセラミック(2)内に局所的なドット状の光散乱欠陥(23)を生じさせることにより、前記ガラスセラミック(2)を照射領域において視覚的に変化させ、
前記ガラスセラミック(2)の内部では、前記アブレーション閾値を有利には超過させる一方、前記ガラスセラミックの表面では、パルス強度を前記アブレーション閾値よりも低く維持する、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング(5)の除去後、前記ガラスセラミック(2)の表面をアブレーションにより剥離する、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - アブレーションにより、前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)の突起状の面のコーティング(5)を除去する、
請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 2つの向き合った面(10,11)を有するプレート形状のガラスセラミック部材(1)であって、
前記面(10,11)のうち少なくとも一方の上に、可視スペクトル範囲で少なくとも部分的に光を阻止する、有利には不透明な、コーティング(5)が被着されており、
前記コーティング(5)の一部分が除去されて、パターン構造(53)が規定されており、
前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)のガラスセラミック(2)は、第1領域(20)を含み、前記第1領域(20)は、隣接領域(22)の光学特性に対し変更された光学特性を有しており、
前記第1領域(20)の輪郭(21)は、前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域の輪郭(55)と、少なくとも部分的に合同であり、前記合同の部分において前記第1領域(20)の輪郭(21)の形状は、前記パターン構造(53)の輪郭(55)の形状に対し、20μmよりも大きくはずれておらず、有利には5μmよりも大きくはずれておらず、
前記第1領域(20)と前記隣接領域(22)は、モノリシックであり、前記第1領域(20)と前記隣接領域(22)は、接合部が生じることなく互いに融合している、
ガラスセラミック部材(1)。 - 前記コーティング(5)は複数の層(51,52)を有し、
前記コーティング(5)の除去によって形成された前記コーティング(5)の前記パターン構造(53)の輪郭(55)は、前記複数の層(51,52)の除去された部位における合同の周縁部から成る、
請求項13記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 前記第1領域(20)の光透過率は、前記隣接領域(22)に対して低下されている、
請求項14記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - τ1を、特定の波長λに対する前記第1領域(20)の透過率とし、τ2を、前記波長に対する第2領域(22)の透過率とし、各透過率の差(τ1−τ2)/(τ1+τ2)は、可視スペクトル範囲にわたって波長が変化したとき、有利には400nm〜780nmのスペクトル範囲内で波長が変化したとき、前記透過率の差の平均値に関して、30%を超えて変動せず、有利には20%を超えて変動しない、または、
α1(λ)を、照射された前記第1領域(20)の吸収係数とし、α2(λ)を、隣接する第2領域(22)の吸収係数とし、差(α1(λ)−α2(λ))/(α1(λ)+α2(λ))は、400nm〜780nmの波長範囲内で前記差の平均値に関して、30%を超えて変動せず、有利には20%を超えて変動しない、
請求項15項記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)のガラスセラミック(2)は、以下の元素即ち、
チタン、スズ、鉄、バナジウム、クロム、セリウム、ネオジム、ユーロピウム、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、亜鉛、ヒ素、アンチモン、銅、銀、および/または金、
のうち少なくとも1つの元素を有する、
請求項14から16のいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)は、バナジウム酸化物によって体積部分が着色されており、
前記第1領域(20)において、可視スペクトル範囲の積算光透過率は、隣接する前記第2領域(22)よりも増加されている、
請求項13から17のいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 前記第1領域(20)は、前記ガラスセラミック(2)における局所的なドット状の光散乱欠陥(23)によって光学特性が変更されている、
請求項13から18のいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 前記ガラスセラミック(2)の光学特性が変更された前記第1領域(20)は、前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域における前記ガラスセラミック(2)の表面に、艶消し表面領域(24)を有する、
請求項13から19のいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域は、少なくとも部分的に、450μmよりも狭い幅を有しており、有利には300μmよりも狭い幅を有している、
請求項13から20のいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック部材。 - 請求項13から21のいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック部材(1)を有する、ガラスセラミッククックトップ(30)であって、
前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)によって、前記ガラスセラミッククックトップ(30)のガラスセラミッククッキングプレートが形成されており、
前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域により規定されたパターン構造(53)の下方に、光源が配置されていて、前記光源からの光が前記パターン構造(53)を通過して、前記ガラスセラミッククッキングプレートの使用側に至り、操作者が前記光を認識可能である、
ガラスセラミッククックトップ(30)。 - 前記パターン構造(53)の下方に電子基板(31)が配置されており、
前記電子基板(31)は、前記電子基板(31)上に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(32)を有する、
請求項22記載のガラスセラミッククックトップ。 - 前記セラミック部材(1)と前記光源との間にフィルムが配置されており、前記フィルムは、前記コーティング(5)の色と同様の色を有しており、有利には、Lab色空間における色値の差であるΔLab値が10よりも小さい、
請求項22記載のガラスセラミッククックトップ。 - 前記コーティング(5)が除去された領域において、前記ガラスセラミック部材(1)に半透明のコーティングが被着されており、前記半透明のコーティングは、前記コーティング(5)の色と同様の色を有しており、有利には、Lab色空間における色値の差であるΔLab値が10よりも小さい、
