Abstract
Description
このようなハイブリッド車両は、通常、エンジンとモータ/ジェネレータとを動力源として使用する。ハイブリッド車両は、低速では相対的に低速トルク特性の良いモータ/ジェネレータを主動力源として使用し、高速では相対的に高速トルク特性の良いエンジンを主動力源として使用する。
単一モード方式は、変速制御のためのクラッチ及びブレーキのようなトルク伝達機構が不要であるという長所はあるが、高速走行時に効率が低下して燃費が低く、大型車両に適用するためには、付加的なトルク増倍装置が必要であるという短所がある。
一方、多重モード方式は、高速走行時に効率が高く、それ自体でトルク増倍が可能なように設計することができ、中大型車両にも適用可能であるという長所がある。
多重モード方式の動力伝達装置は、遊星ギヤセット、モータ及び発電機として使用される複数のモータ/ジェネレータ、遊星ギヤセットの回転要素を制御するトルク伝達機構(摩擦要素)、及びモータ/ジェネレータの動力源として使用されるバッテリーなどを含んで構成される。
また、多重モード方式の動力伝達装置は、その連結構成によって耐久性、動力伝達効率、装置寸法などが異なるため、ハイブリッド車両用変速装置の分野では、より耐久性に優れで、動力損失が少なく、コンパクトな動力伝達構造を具現するための研究開発が続けられている。
また、本発明は、慣性モーメントの大きい外郭軸にパーキングギヤを配置してパーキング衝撃を低減したハイブリッド車両用変速装置を提供する。
変速装置は、エンジンと第1モータ/ジェネレータとの動力を第2出力ギヤに伝達するように入力軸の半径外側に配置された中空軸と、第2モータ/ジェネレータの動力を第1出力ギヤに伝達するように中空軸の半径外側に配置された外郭軸と、変速機ハウジングの後端部に結合したリヤカーバーと、を更に含むことができる。
前記回転制限部材は、ワンウェイクラッチ、ツーウェイクラッチ、又はブレーキで構成されることができる。
前記外郭軸は、パーキングギヤを軸方向に固定するためのスナップリングと、スナップリングの離脱を防止するための固定リングと、が設置されることができる。
前記第2モータ/ジェネレータのローターに連結されたハブは、外郭軸にスプライン結合され、外郭軸には、ハブを軸方向に固定するためのスナップリングと、スナップリングの離脱を防止する固定リングとが設置されることができる。
前記変速機ハウジングの内部で、第1、第2出力ギヤ上部には、チャーニングオイルを捕集する捕集タンクが配置されることができる。
前記潤滑パイプの一端は、固定端のオイル通路に嵌合して固定され、潤滑パイプの他端は、入力軸のオイル通路にギャップを形成しながら挿入することができる。
また、慣性モーメントの大きい外郭軸にパーキングギヤを連結したことで、パーキング衝撃を低減することができた。
但し、本発明の実施例を明確に説明するために、説明と関係ない部分は省略し、明細書全体にわたって同一又は類似の構成要素については同一の図面符号を適用して説明する。
下記の説明において、構成要素の名称を第1、第2等と区分したのは、その構成要素の名称が同一であり、これを区分するためであるので、必ずしもその順序に限定されるものではない。
図1に示すように、本発明の実施例に係るハイブリッド車両用変速装置は、エンジンEngと第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2の動力を車両の走行状態により変化させ、変化した動力を第1、第2出力ギヤOG1、OG2を通じて出力する。
第1モータ/ジェネレータMG1と第2モータ/ジェネレータMG2とは、それぞれ独立した動力源であり、モータおよびジェネレータの両方の機能を備える。
第2モータ/ジェネレータMG2は、外郭軸MS2を通じて第1出力ギヤOG1と直接連結し、第1出力ギヤOG1に回転動力を供給するモータとして作動する。
この時、第1出力ギヤOG1は、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG2の動力を出力する出力ギヤとして作動し、第2出力ギヤOG2は、遊星ギヤセットPSを通じて伝達されたエンジンEng及び第1モータ/ジェネレータMG1の動力を出力する出力ギヤとして作動する。
遊星ギヤセットPSは、シングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであり、サンギヤS、サンギヤSと外接で噛み合うピニオンPを回転可能に支持する遊星キャリアPC、そしてピニオンPと内接で噛み合うリングギヤRを回転要素として含む。
第2モータ/ジェネレータMG2は、第1出力ギヤOG1と直接連結され、第1出力ギヤOG1に動力を伝達するモータとして作動する。
エンジンEngの動力は、入力IS軸を通じて遊星ギヤセットPSの遊星キャリアPCに入力される。
ワンウェイクラッチOWCは、入力軸ISと変速機ハウジングHとの間に配置され、入力軸ISを一方向のみに回転させる。
そして、第1、第2出力ギヤOG1、OG2の回転速度は、減速ギヤ手段CGUを通じて減速され、減速された回転速度がデファレンシャルDIFFの終減速ギヤFGに伝達される。
第1中間軸CS1の一側には、第1中間ギヤCG1が固定的に配置され、第1出力ギヤOG1と噛合い、第2中間軸CS2の一側には、第2中間ギヤCG2が固定的に配置され、第2出力ギヤOG2と噛合う。
この時、第1、第2中間ギヤCG1、CG2の直径は第1、第2駆動ギヤDG1、DG2の直径に比べて大きいので、減速ギヤ手段CGUは、第1、第2出力ギヤOG1、OG2の回転速度を減速し、減速された回転速度を終減速ギヤFGに伝達する。
EVモードでは、ワンウェイクラッチOWCが作動し、ODモードではブレーキBKが作動し、市内走行で頻繁に使用される動力分岐モードではワンウェイクラッチOWC及びブレーキBKの両方とも作動しない。
EVモードでは、第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2が同時に駆動され、第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2の動力の全てが、デファレンシャルDIFFの終減速ギヤFGに伝達される。
動力分岐モードでは、エンジンEngと第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2が同時に駆動され、エンジンEngと第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2の回転動力が全てデファレンシャルDIFFの終減速ギヤFGに伝達される。
このような動力分岐モードでは、遊星ギヤセットPSが直接的に変速に関与せず、第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2の速度制御によって電子的無段変速が行われる。
そして、ODモードでは、エンジンEngの回転動力が主動力として使用され、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG2の回転動力が補助動力として使用される。
以下、ハイブリッド車両用変速装置を更に詳しく説明する。
図2に示すように、本発明の実施例に係るハイブリッド車両用変速装置は、エンジンEngの動力が入力される入力軸ISの軸線上に第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG1、MG2、遊星ギヤセットPS、第2モータ/ジェネレータMG2用の第1出力ギヤOG1、エンジンEng用の第2出力ギヤOG2、オーバードライブOD用のブレーキBK、及びワンウェイクラッチOWCが配置される。
また、遊星ギヤセットPSの遊星キャリアPCの一側面とサンギヤSとの間、及び遊星キャリアPCの他側面と中空軸MS1の延長端19との間には、それぞれ第3ベアリングB3が配置されて遊星キャリアPCを回転可能に支持する。
また、第1、第2、第4ベアリングB1、B2、B4は、ボールベアリングからなり、第3ベアリングB3は、スラストベアリングからなり、リヤカーバーRCは、変速機ハウジングHの後端部に装着される。
ここで、パーキングギヤPGは、慣性モーメントが比較的大きい外郭軸MS2に連結され、パーキング衝撃を低減するようになっている。

Claims (13)
- 変速機ハウジング内で、エンジンの動力が入力される入力軸の軸線上に配置された第1、第2モータ/ジェネレータ、遊星ギヤセット、第1、第2出力ギヤ、ブレーキ、及び回転制限部材を含むハイブリッド車両用変速装置において、
前記変速装置は、前記エンジンと第1モータ/ジェネレータとの動力を前記第2出力ギヤに伝達するように前記入力軸の半径外側に配置された中空軸と、前記第2モータ/ジェネレータの動力を第1出力ギヤに伝達するように前記中空軸の半径外側に配置された外郭軸と、前記変速機ハウジングの後端部に結合されたリヤカーバーと、を更に含み、
前記遊星ギヤセットは、サンギヤ、遊星キャリア、及びリングギヤを回転要素として含み、
前記サンギヤは、前記第1モータ/ジェネレータのローターに連結されたハブとスプライン結合した状態で、第1ベアリングによって変速機ハウジングに回転可能に支持され、前記リングギヤは、前記変速機ハウジングに第2ベアリングによって回転可能に支持された中空軸に連結部材を介して連結され、前記遊星キャリアは、前記サンギヤとの間及び中空軸の延長端との間にそれぞれ配置された第3ベアリングによって回転可能に支持されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用変速装置。 - 前記エンジン側から後方に、回転制限部材、第2出力ギヤ、第1出力ギヤ、第2モータ/ジェネレータ、遊星ギヤセット、第1モータ/ジェネレータ、及びブレーキが順次に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記第1モータ/ジェネレータは、
ローターに連結されたハブの一側内側部と、リヤカーバーの内側に形成された固定端の外側部と、の間に介在された第4ベアリングと、
前記ハブの他側外側部及び前記変速機ハウジングの間に介在された前記第1ベアリングと、
によって回転可能に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。 - 前記第1、第2、第4ベアリングは、ボールベアリングからなり、前記第3ベアリングは、スラストベアリングからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記回転制限部材は、ワンウェイクラッチ、ツーウェイクラッチ、又はブレーキで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記第1出力ギヤと前記第2出力ギヤとの間に配置され、前記外郭軸に連結されるパーキングギヤを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記外郭軸は、前記パーキングギヤを軸方向に固定するためのスナップリングと、前記スナップリングの離脱を防止するための固定リングと、が設置されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記第2出力ギヤは、前記中空軸の前端部にスプライン結合され、前記第2出力ギヤの延長端の外側部と前記変速機ハウジングとの間には第5ベアリングが介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記第2モータ/ジェネレータのローターに連結されたハブは、前記外郭軸にスプライン結合され、前記外郭軸には、前記ハブを軸方向に固定するためのスナップリングと、前記スナップリングの離脱を防止する固定リングと、が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記ブレーキは、前記リヤカーバーと、前記第1モータ/ジェネレータのローターに連結されたハブと、の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記変速機ハウジングの内部で、第1、第2出力ギヤ上部には、チャーニングオイルを捕集する捕集タンクが配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記入力軸とリヤカーバーの内側に形成された固定端との間に、潤滑パイプが設置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
- 前記潤滑パイプの一端は、前記固定端のオイル通路に嵌合して固定され、前記潤滑パイプの他端は、前記入力軸のオイル通路にギャップを形成しながら挿入されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド車両用変速装置。
