Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールであって、
複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を封入する封入材と、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部上の透明トップカバーと、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部上のバックシートであって、前記バックシートは複数の透明部分を有し、前記複数の透明部分は、前記後部から見たときに前記複数の太陽電池の裏面を露出し、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前記後部から入射する光が前記複数の透明部分を通じて入ることを可能にし、前記バックシートは、前記太陽電池モジュールの前記前部から入射する光を反射する一体型の反射部分を有する、バックシートと、を備える、両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の太陽電池が、複数の裏面コンタクト型太陽電池を含む、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、2つの隣接した太陽電池の間の空間を一つの次元に沿ってのみカバーする、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明トップカバー、前記封入材、及び前記バックシートに機械的な支持を提供するフレームを更に備える、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、2つの隣接した太陽電池の間の空間を2つの次元に沿ってカバーする、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、前記フレームと隣接した太陽電池との間の空間を2つの次元に沿ってカバーする、請求項4に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一体型の反射部分が、前記バックシート上に白色顔料を含む、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一体型の反射部分が、光の散乱のためのテクスチャを有する反射材を含む、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、4つの隣接した太陽電池によって形成される菱形の区域をカバーする、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールであって、
複数の太陽電池と、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部上の複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素と、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの裏面部分上の複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素であって、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部からの光が透過して前記複数の太陽電池に到達することを可能にする透明部分を含み、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部から入射する光を反射する反射部分を含む、複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素と、を備える、両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素が、ガラストップカバーを含む、請求項10に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分及び前記透明部分が、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素においてバックシートと一体化される、請求項10に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明部分を提供するクリアバックシートである前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素内のクリアバックシートと、
前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素内の反射板構成要素が前記反射部分を提供する、反射板構成要素と、を更に含む、請求項10に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記反射板構成要素が、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部から入射する光が前記バックシートを通過して前記複数の太陽電池上に到達するように前記バックシートと前記複数の太陽電池との間に置かれる、請求項13に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記バックシートが、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部から入射する光が前記バックシートを通過して前記複数の太陽電池上に到達するように前記複数の太陽電池と前記反射板構成要素との間に置かれる、請求項13に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの作製方法であって、
複数の太陽電池を複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素と複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素との間に配置する工程において、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、光が透過して前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部から前記複数の太陽電池に到達することが可能な透明部分を含み、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部から入射する光を反射する反射部分を含む、工程と、
前記複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素を形成する工程において、前記複数の太陽電池と前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素とが一緒になって保護パッケージを生成する工程と、
前記保護パッケージをフレームに装着する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記保護パッケージが、真空積層によって生成される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素が、前記反射部分と前記透明部分とを有するバックシートを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素がバックシート及び反射板構成要素を含み、前記保護パッケージが生成された後に前記反射板構成要素が前記バックシート上に配置される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素がバックシート及び反射板構成要素を含み、前記保護パッケージが生成される前に前記反射板構成要素が前記バックシート上に配置される、請求項16に記載の方法。
