Abstract
【解決手段】一例に、第1極板、第2極板およびセパレータを含む電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液とを収容するケースと、キャッププレート、絶縁プレート、端子プレートおよび電極端子を含んでなり、前記ケースの上段開口部に取り付けられてケースを密封するキャップ組立体と、を備え、前記電極端子は、前記端子プレートと結合する領域に第1厚さを有する第1挿入部と、前記第1厚さより小さい第2厚さを有する第2挿入部とを有する二次電池が開示されている。

Claims (14)
- 第1極板、第2極板およびセパレータを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と電解液とを収容するケースと、
キャッププレート、絶縁プレート、端子プレートおよび電極端子を含んでなり、前記ケースの上段開口部に取り付けられてケースを密封するキャップ組立体と、を備え、
前記電極端子は、前記端子プレートと結合する領域に第1厚さを有する第1挿入部と、前記第1厚さより小さい第2厚さを有する第2挿入部を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記第2挿入部の下段が変形して、前記端子プレートと結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1挿入部は、前記第2挿入部と連結する領域に第1曲率半径を有するようにラウンド処理して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1挿入部の前記第1曲率半径は0.1mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2挿入部は、前記端子プレートと結合する際に下段が変形し、前記第2厚さより大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2挿入部は、下段が第2曲率半径を有するようにラウンド処理して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2挿入部の前記第2曲率半径は0.1mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1挿入部は第1長さを有し、
前記第2挿入部は第2長さを有する状態で変形して前記端子プレートに結合し、
前記第2長さは前記第1長さに比べて短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2長さは0.05mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2挿入部は、前記第1挿入部の底面積の20%以上の大きさの底面積を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2長さは前記第1長さの1/2以下であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子プレートは、前記電極端子が挿入されるように上面と下面との間を貫通する端子通孔を備え、前記端子通孔は、前記端子プレートの上面に形成された第1内径を有する第1端子通孔と、前記端子プレートの下面に形成された第2内径を有する第2端子通孔とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2端子通孔の前記第2内径は、前記第1端子通孔の前記第1内径に比べて大きいことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子の前記第2挿入部は、前記端子プレートの前記第2端子通孔に結合することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
