<実施例1>
メチルメタクリレート84重量部、N‐シクロヘキシルマレイミド6重量部、アクリロイルモルホリン10重量部で構成された単量体混合物1000gを用意し、5リットルの反応器で、蒸留水2000g、5%のポリビニルアルコール溶液8.4g(POVAL PVA217、Kuraray社)、ホウ酸0.1g、ノルマオクチルメルカプタン2.5g、2,2'‐アゾビスイソブチロニトリル1.5gと混合して400rpmで攪拌しながら水上に分散させた。
メチルメタクリレート74重量部、N‐シクロヘキシルマレイミド6重量部、アクリロイルモルホリン20重量部で構成された単量体混合物1000gを用意し、実施例1と同じ方法で重合しペレットを製造し、DSCを用いてガラス転移温度(Tg)を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
メチルメタクリレート54重量部、N‐シクロヘキシルマレイミド6重量部、アクリロイルモルホリン40重量部で構成された単量体混合物1000gを用意し、実施例1と同じ方法で重合しペレットを製造し、DSCを用いてガラス転移温度(Tg)を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
メチルメタクリレート84重量部、N‐シクロヘキシルマレイミド6重量部、アクリロイルモルホリン10重量部で構成された単量体混合物1000gを用意し、実施例1と同じ方法で重合した。その後、ポリカーボネート樹脂を98:2の重量比で均一に混合した樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同じ方法で原料ペレットを製造し、DSCを用いてガラス転移温度(Tg)を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
メチルメタクリレート94重量部、N‐シクロヘキシルマレイミド6重量部で構成された単量体混合物1000gを用意し、実施例1と同じ方法で重合しペレットを製造し、DSCを用いてガラス転移温度(Tg)を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
メチルメタクリレート単量体1000gを用意し、実施例1と同じ方法で原料ペレット(pellet)を製造し、DSCを用いてガラス転移温度(Tg)を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
上記実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜2から得られた原料ペレットを真空乾燥し、250℃で押出機で溶融した後、コートハンガー型のT‐ダイ(T‐die)に通過させ、クロムメッキキャスティングロール及び乾燥ロール等を経て厚さ200μmの光学フィルムを製造した。
上記製造されたフィルムの位相差を、複屈折測定器(Axoscan、Axometrics社)を用いて測定した。測定された波長は500nmであった。
上記製造されたフィルムの熱膨張係数を、TMA(Thermal Mechanical Analyzer、Mettler Toledo社、SDTA840)を用いて30〜160℃の区間で100℃/minの速度条件下で測定した。上記測定されたフィルムの熱膨張係数は、フィルムの体積膨張を意味するものではなく、線膨張を意味するものであり、具体的には、フィルムのMD又はTD方向に1℃ずつの温度増加によるフィルムの長さ膨張を意味するものである。この際、温度とフィルムの長さの変化は、線形的な関係を示す。
Murakami color Research Laboratory社のHAZEMETER HM‐150を用いてhaze値を測定した。
Claims (16)
- (A)(a)(メタ)アクリロイルモルホリン系単量体と、(b)マレイミド系単量体と、(c)アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体とを重合して形成された共重合体を含む、樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、(B)ポリカーボネートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記共重合体(A)は、共重合体100重量部を基準に、(a)(メタ)アクリロイルモルホリン系単量体0.5〜40重量部と、(b)マレイミド系単量体1〜15重量部と、(c)アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体50〜98重量部と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリロイルモルホリン系単量体は、メタクリロイルモルホリン、アクリロイルモルホリン及びフェニルアクリロイルモルホリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記マレイミド系単量体は、メチルマレイミド、エチルマレイミド、プロピルマレイミド、イソプロピルマレイミド、ブチルマレイミド、アリルマレイミド、ベンジルマレイミド、シクロヘキシルマレイミド、フェニルマレイミド、ニトロフェニルマレイミド、ヒドロキシマレイミド、メトキシマレイミド、エトキシマレイミド、モノクロロフェニルマレイミド、ジクロロフェニルマレイミド、モノメチルフェニルマレイミド、ジメチルフェニルマレイミド及びエチルメチルフェニルマレイミドからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体は、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、メチルエタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート及びシクロヘキシルメタクリレートからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記共重合体(A)は、共単量体としてスチレン系単量体をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記スチレン系単量体は、前記共重合体100重量部を基準に0.1〜5.0重量部でさらに含まれる、請求項7に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記スチレン系単量体は、スチレン、α‐メチルスチレン、p‐ブロモスチレン、p‐メチルスチレン及びp‐クロロスチレンからなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項7または8に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネート(B)は、樹脂組成物全体100重量部を基準に0.5〜5重量部の含量で含まれる、請求項2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物で製造される、光学フィルム。
- 前記光学フィルムは、熱膨張係数が50〜80ppm/℃である、請求項11に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記光学フィルムは、下記式1で定義される面方向の位相差(Rin)の絶対値及び下記式2で定義される厚さ方向の位相差(Rth)の絶対値がそれぞれ5nm以下である、請求項11または12に記載の光学フィルム。
