Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置される複数の発光素子とを含み、
前記複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、個別的に駆動される複数の発光セルを含み、
前記複数の発光セルは、第1半導体層、活性層及び第2半導体層を含む発光構造物を含み、光を出射する発光面を有する、発光モジュール。 - 前記複数の発光セルのうち少なくとも一つの発光セルが有する発光面の隣接する2辺がなす角度は、15°〜45°である、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、三角形の発光面を有する発光セルを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、四角形の発光面を有する発光セルを含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、直角三角形の発光面を有する2個の発光セルを含み、前記2個の発光セルのそれぞれの発光面の斜辺は互いに対向し、前記斜辺と、これと隣接するいずれか一つの辺とがなす角度は15°〜45°である、請求項3に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、
三角形の発光面を有する少なくとも一つの第1発光セルと、
四角形の発光面を有する少なくとも一つの第2発光セルとを含む、 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれは、
隣接する発光セルの間に配置される絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記複数の発光セルのうち少なくとも一つと電気的に接続される少なくとも一つのパッドをさらに含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つのパッドにボンディングされる少なくとも一つのワイヤをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つのワイヤを介して、前記少なくとも一つのパッドに、前記複数の発光セルのうち少なくとも一つを駆動するための電源が独立的に印加される、請求項9に記載の発光モジュール。
