本発明の実施形態係るドアヒンジを備える自動車の要部平面図。 上記ドアヒンジの斜視図。 同ドアヒンジの分解斜視図。 図３の４−４線拡大断面図。 図１の５−５線断面図。 上記ドアヒンジにおける第１ブラケットの製造工程図。
アーム板部１ｂの内側面には，ドアＤの全開位置を規制すべく第２ブラケット２の後述するアーム板部２ｂを受け止める全開ストッパ突起１２が一体に突設される。この全開ストッパ突起１２は，アーム板部１ｂの外側面側からの押し出しによりアーム板部１ｂの内側面に***形成されるもので，一側に平坦なストッパ面１２ａを有する半月断面の形状をなしている。
