Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、車両の荷台の高さを調整する荷台高さ調整システムであって、荷台を支持するエアースプリング14,15と、エアータンク11に接続され、エアーの供給及び排気によりエアースプリング14,15の高さを調整するバルブユニット10,12と、バルブユニット10,12に接続されたダンプ信号ライン1a及び復帰信号ライン1bを有する車両制御ECU1と、を備え、バルブユニット10,12は、ダンプ信号ライン1aの信号入力によりエアースプリング14,15の高さをダンプ状態に調整すると共に、復帰信号ライン1bの信号入力によりエアースプリング14,15の高さを標準状態に復帰させ、信号が入力されない間はダンプ状態又は標準状態を保持する。

Description
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、信号が入力されない間は開放状態又は閉鎖状態を保持するマグネチックバルブを採用し、マグネチックバルブの開閉によりダンプ状態と標準状態とを切り換えることにより、比較的簡素な構成で、荷物の積み下ろしの利便性向上を達成することができる。
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、レベリングバルブの排気によりエアースプリングの高さをダンプ状態に調整することができるので、ダンプ状態専用の排気バルブを設ける場合と比べて、部品数を少なくすることができ、システム構成の簡素化及び低コスト化を図ることができる。
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、車速が所定速度以上になった場合には、ダンプ状態から標準状態に復帰するので、車両がダンプ状態のまま所定速度以上で走行することが避けられ、走行安定性の高い標準状態に復帰させることができる。また、この荷台高さ調整システムでは、所定速度未満の移動については許容され、ダンプ状態のまま車両の位置調整をすることができるので、荷物の積み下ろしの利便性が向上する。
Claims (4)
- 車両の荷台の高さを調整する荷台高さ調整システムであって、
前記荷台を支持するエアースプリングと、
エアータンクに接続され、エアーの供給及び排気により前記エアースプリングの高さを調整するバルブユニットと、
前記バルブユニットに接続されたダンプ信号ライン及び復帰信号ラインを有する車両制御ECUと、
を備え、
前記バルブユニットは、前記ダンプ信号ラインの信号入力により前記エアースプリングの高さをダンプ状態に調整すると共に、前記復帰信号ラインの信号入力により前記エアースプリングの高さを標準状態に復帰させ、信号が入力されない間は前記ダンプ状態又は前記標準状態を保持することを特徴とする車両の荷台高さ調整システム。 - 前記バルブユニットは、
前記エアータンクに接続されたマグネチックバルブと、
前記マグネチックバルブの開放状態時に前記エアースプリング内のエアーを排気することで前記エアースプリングの高さを前記ダンプ状態に調整する排気バルブと、を有し、
前記マグネチックバルブは、前記ダンプ信号ライン及び前記復帰信号ラインに接続され、
前記ダンプ信号ラインの信号入力により開放状態に切り換わると共に、前記復帰信号ラインの信号入力により閉鎖状態に切り換わり、信号が入力されない間は前記開放状態又は前記閉鎖状態を保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の荷台高さ調整システム。 - 前記排気バルブは、前記エアータンクに接続され、エアーの供給及び排気により前記エアースプリングの高さを調整するレベリングバルブであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の荷台高さ調整システム。
- 前記車両の車速を検出する車速センサを更に備え、
前記車両制御ECUは、前記車速が所定速度以上の場合に、前記復帰信号ラインに信号を入力することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうち何れか一項に記載の車両の荷台高さ調整システム。
