Abstract
【解決手段】電圧検出部30A,30B,30Cから出力される出力値Va,Vb,Vcを取得し、取得した出力値の差分|Va−Vb|、|Vb−Vc|、|Vc−Va|をそれぞれ算出し、この算出結果が判定閾値よりも大きい際に電圧検出部30A,30B,30Cの特性異常が有りと判定する。

Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る車両10は、いわゆるハイブリッド自動車であり、電動モータ(回転電機)であるフロント(Fr)モータ11及びリア(Re)モータ12と、エンジン13とを、走行用の駆動源として備えている。フロントモータ11の駆動力は前駆動伝達機構14を介して前輪15に伝達される。リアモータ12の駆動力は後駆動伝達機構16を介して後輪17に伝達される。
図4は実施形態2に係る車両の異常診断装置の概略構成を示す図である。なお図中、同一部材には同一符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。

前記差分算出手段による算出結果が前記バッテリの電圧値に基づいて設定された判定閾値よりも大きい際に前記電圧検出手段の特性異常が有りと判定する特性異常判定手段と、を備えることを特徴とする車両の異常診断装置にある。
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載されるバッテリと、
該バッテリと電気的に接続される複数の回転電機と、
各回転電機を制御する複数の回転電機制御部と、
前記回転電機制御部に設けられて前記バッテリと前記各回転電機とを接続する電力線の電圧を検出する複数の電圧検出手段と、
を備える車両の異常診断装置であって、
前記電圧検出手段から出力される出力値を取得し、取得した前記出力値の差分をそれぞれ算出する差分算出手段と、
前記差分算出手段による算出結果が予め設定された判定閾値よりも大きい際に前記電圧検出手段の特性異常が有りと判定する特性異常判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両の異常診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の異常診断装置において、
複数の前記電圧検出手段のうち一部が、複数の前記回転電機制御部に共通して設けられ、
前記差分算出手段が、前記電圧検出手段から各回転電機制御部を介して出力された出力値を取得して、前記差分を算出することを特徴とする車両の異常診断装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の車両の異常診断装置において、
前記特性異常判定手段は、車両が備える自動変速機のシフトレバーがパーキングレンジ、又は、ニュートラルレンジにあることを条件に、前記電圧検出手段の特性異常の有無を判定することを特徴とする車両の異常診断装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の車両の異常診断装置において、
前記特性異常判定手段は、車両が備える自動変速機のシフトレバーがドライブレンジであって、かつ、前記回転電機制御部が停止していることを条件に、前記電圧検出手段の特性異常の有無を判定することを特徴とする車両の異常診断装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の車両の異常診断装置において、
前記バッテリの状態に応じて前記判定閾値を小さくする補正を行う閾値補正手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする車両の異常診断装置。
