板状または線状の負極集電体と、
金属リチウム、リチウムを主成分とする合金、またはリチウムを主成分とする化合物製で前記負極集電体の一部を挟み込む板形状の2つの負極層と、
リチウムイオン伝導性を有するガラスセラミックス製で前記負極集電体の他の一部、および前記2つの負極層の全部を挟み込む板形状の2つの隔離層と、
前記負極集電体の残部を前記2つの隔離層間の外側に露出させつつ前記2つの隔離層の外周縁部間を接合して閉ざす接合部と、を備え、
前記空気極は、
導電性材料を含有して前記2つの隔離層の少なくとも一方に対向する空気極層と、
前記空気極層に電気的に接続される板状または線状の空気極集電体と、を備えるリチウム空気電池。 - 前記空気極は、導電性材料を含有して前記2つの隔離層の他方に対向して前記空気極層に電気的に接続される第二空気極層を備える請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 交互に重ね合わせて積層される複数の前記負極複合体、および複数の前記空気極を備え、電気的に並列に接続される請求項1に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記空気極層は、葛折りに折れ曲がり、
前記複数の負極複合体は、前記空気極層の折り目と折り目との間にある平面部に挟み込まれる請求項3に記載のリチウム空気電池。 - 前記負極複合体と前記空気極とを収容するケースと、
前記ケース内に蓄えられて少なくとも前記空気極に接して前記空気極と前記負極複合体との間でリチウムイオンの伝導を担う電解質と、を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム空気電池。 - 前記負極集電体は、銅、金、または白金を素材とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記空気極集電体は、アルミニウム、金、または白金を素材とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記空気極層は、カーボンクロス、またはカーボン不織布である請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記ケースは、気体を透過する一方で、液体の不透過な材料の成形品である請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 前記ケースの外側には前記負極集電体、および前記空気極集電体のみが露出している請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム空気電池。
- 板状または線状の負極集電体と、
金属リチウム、リチウムを主成分とする合金、またはリチウムを主成分とする化合物製で前記負極集電体の一部を挟み込む板形状の2つの負極層と、
リチウムイオン伝導性を有するガラスセラミックス製で前記負極集電体の他の一部、および前記2つの負極層の全部を挟み込む板形状の2つの隔離層と、
前記負極集電体の残部を前記2つの隔離層間の外側に露出させつつ前記2つの隔離層の外周縁部間を接合して閉ざす接合部と、を備えるリチウム空気電池の負極複合体。
