Abstract
【解決手段】1種以上のポリオールと多段階コポリマーとを含む水性バインダー組成物、前記多段階コポリマーは、全アクリル系及びアリル系、又は全アクリル系コポリマーであり、前記多段階コポリマーは最外部段階として、重合された酸官能性水性溶液ポリマー、及び1以上の残りの段階として、ビニルエマルジョンポリマーを有し、前記多段階コポリマーにおける前記エマルジョンポリマー段階が、エマルジョンポリマー段階を製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて、5重量%以下の親水性モノマーを含む。

Description
i)エルメンドルフ引裂強度試験:エルメンドルフ引裂強度を、乾燥/硬化ハンドシートの6.4cm×7.6cm(2.5インチ×3インチ)のカットサンプルについて測定した。単層サンプルを、1600gの引裂きアームを有する、Thwing−Albert引裂き試験機(Thwing−Albert Instrument Company、West Berlin、NJ)に置いた。サンプルを、1.9cm(0.75インチ)カットで切り込みを入れ、アームを開放した。引裂強度を、グラム(グラム重量)で記録した。
Claims (10)
- 最外部段階として重合された酸官能性水性溶液ポリマーおよび1以上の残りの段階としてビニルエマルジョンポリマーを有する2以上の段階の多段階コポリマー、並びに1種以上のポリオールを含み、
前記多段階コポリマーにおける前記エマルジョンポリマー段階が、前記エマルジョンポリマー段階を製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて5重量%以下の親水性モノマーを含む、
水性バインダー組成物。 - 前記水性溶液ポリマーが、前記溶液ポリマーを製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて30から100重量%の酸、カルボン酸またはカルボキシレート官能性親水性モノマーを(共)重合形態で含むように、前記水性溶液ポリマーが、親水性官能基を含む親水性モノマーを共重合形態で、前記溶液ポリマーを製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて合計で70から100重量%含む、請求項1に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- 前記溶液ポリマーを製造するのに使用される前記酸官能性親水性モノマーが、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸またはそれらの塩である、請求項2に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- 前記ポリオールにおけるヒドロキシル基当量:前記多段階コポリマーにおける酸官能基当量の比率が、0.125:1から10.0:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- 前記溶液ポリマー段階:前記全エマルジョンポリマー段階の重量比が、1:19から3:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- 前記多段階コポリマーの前記ビニルエマルジョンポリマー段階が、前記多段階コポリマーの前記エマルジョンポリマー段階を製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて、0.1から100重量%のアクリロニトリルを共重合形態で含む、請求項1に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- 前記ポリオールが1000以下の分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- さらに触媒を含む請求項1に記載の水性バインダー組成物。
- 水性バインダー組成物と共に、2以上の不織繊維または繊維ロービングを引抜成形し、および乾燥させることを含み、
前記水性バインダー組成物が1種以上のポリオールと、2以上の段階の多段階コポリマーとを含み、前記2以上の段階が最外部段階として、重合された酸官能性水性溶液ポリマー、および1以上の残りの段階として、ビニルエマルジョンポリマーを有し、
前記多段階コポリマーにおける前記エマルジョンポリマー段階が、前記エマルジョンポリマー段階を製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて5重量%以下の親水性モノマーを含む、

前記水性バインダー組成物が1種以上のポリオールと、2以上の段階の多段階コポリマーとを含み、前記2以上の段階が最外部段階として、重合された酸官能性水性溶液ポリマー、および1以上の残りの段階として、ビニルエマルジョンポリマーを有し、
前記多段階コポリマーにおける前記エマルジョンポリマー段階が、前記エマルジョンポリマー段階を製造するのに使用されるモノマーの全重量に基づいて5重量%以下の親水性モノマーを含む、製品。
