Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱硬化可能な水性組成物において、α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノカルボン 酸もしくはジカルボン酸0〜5質量%を共重合により含有し、かつ a)α,β−エチレン系不飽和モノカルボン酸もしくはジカルボン酸15〜1 00質量%を共重合により含有する、ラジカル重合によって得られる少なくとも 1種のポリマー(A2) b)少なくとも6個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の長鎖を含む少なくと も1種のアミン の存在下にラジカル重合によって得られる少なくとも1種のポリマー(A1) を含有するが、 この場合、ポリマー(A1)対ポリマー(A2)の(固形塩基に対する)重量 比は、7:1〜1:7の範囲内であり、ポリマー(A2)対長鎖を有するアミン との重量比は、20:1〜2:1の範囲内であることを特徴とする、熱硬化可能 な水性組成物。 2.ポリマー(A1)が、α,β−エチレン系不飽和C3〜C6−モノ−もしくは ジカルボン酸、殊にアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸を共重合により含有している、 請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.ポリマー(A1)が、主要モノマーとして、C1〜C12−アルカノールとの アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸のエステル、ビニル芳香族化合物、C2〜 C12−モノカルボン酸のビニルエステル又はC1〜C12−アルキルビニルエーテ ルを共重合により含有している、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 4.ポリマー(A2)が、モノカルボン酸もしくはジカルボン酸20〜100質 量%、殊に40〜100質量%を共重合より含有している、請求項1から3まで のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 5.ポリマー(A2)が、モノカルボン酸もしくはジカルボン酸として、アクリ ル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸、フマル酸、マレイン酸、2−メチルマレイン 酸及びイタコン酸から選択されている少なくとも1種の化合物を共重合により含 有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 6.ポリマー(A2)が、C1〜C12−モノアルコールもしくはC1〜C12−ジア ルコールとの(メタ)アクリル酸のエステル、ビニル芳香族化合物、ブタジエン 、脂肪族C2〜C12−モノカルボン酸のビニルエステル、C1〜C12−アルギルビ ニルエーテル、(メタ)アクリルニトリル、(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−C1 〜C6−アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミド及びN,N−ジ−C1〜C6−アルキル (メタ)アクリルアミドから選択されている別のエチレン系不飽和モノマーを共 重合により含有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 7.長鎖を有するアミンが、式: RxNRyRz 〔式中、Rxは、C6〜C22−アルキル、C6〜C22−アルケニル、アリール− C6〜C22−アルキル又はアリール−C6〜C22−アルケニルを表すが、この場合 、アルケニル基は二重結合を1〜3個有していてもよく、 Ry及びRzは、同一か又は異なっていてもよく、H、−(CH2CH2O)n− H(式中、nは、1〜25を表す)又はC1〜C4−アルキルを表すか又は少なく とも1個のヒドロキシル基によって置換されていてもよいC5〜C7−シクロアル キルを表すか又はRxについて記載した意味を有するか又は一緒になって、O、 N及びSから選択されている少なくとも1個の別のヘテロ原子を有していてもよ い5員〜7員の環を表す〕で示される化合物から選択されている、請求項1から 6までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 8.Rxが、C6〜C22−アルキル又はC6〜C22−アルケニルを表し、Ry及びRz は、同一か又は異なっていてもよく、H又は−(CH2CH2O)n−Hを表す、 請求項7に記載の組成物。 9.更に、少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル基を有する少なくとも1種のアルカノ ールアミンを含有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物 。 10.アルカノールアミンが、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン又は 1分子当たり、タイプ(a)又はタイプ(b): 〔式中、Rは、ヒドロキシアルキルを表し、R’は、アルキルを表す〕で示さ れる少なくとも2種の官能性アミノ基を有する水溶性で線状又は分枝鎖状の脂肪 族化合物から選択されている、請求項9に記載の組成物。 11.アルカノールアミンとして、式I: 〔式中、 Aは、C2〜C18−アルキレンを表すが、これは、互いに独立にアルキル、ヒ ドロキシアルキル、シクロアルキル、OH及びNR6R7(この場合、R6及びR7 は、互いに独立にH、ヒドロキシアルキル又はアルキルを表す)から選択されて いる1個またはそれ以上の基によって置換されていてもよく、1個またはそれ以 上の酸素原子及び/又はNR5基[この場合、R5は、H、ヒドロキシアルキル、 (CH2)nNR6R7(この場合、nは、2〜5を表し、R6及びR7は、上記の意 味を有する)又はアルキルを 表すが、これは、それ自体が1個又はそれ以上のNR5基(この場合、R5は、上 記の意味を有する)によって中断及び/又は1個またはそれ以上のNR6R7基( この場合、R6及びR7は、上記の意味を有する)によって置換されていてもよい ]によって中断されていてもよく、R1、R2及びR3及びR4は、互いに独立にH 、ヒドロキシアルキル、アルキル又はシクロアルキルを表す〕 で示される少なくとも1個の化合物を有する、請求項10に記載の組成物。 12.アルカノールアミンが、式Ia: 〔式中、 A1は、C2〜C12−アルキレンを表すが、これは、少なくとも1個のアルキル 基及び/又は少なくとも1個のNR6R7基(この場合、R6及びR7は、互いに独 立にアルキル又はヒドロキシアルキルを表す)によって置換されていてもよく、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は、互いに独立にヒドロキシアルキル又はHを表すか又 は基R1及びR2の一方及び/又は基R3及びR4の一方がアルキル又はシクロアル キルを表す〕 で示される少なくとも1種の化合物から選択されている、請求項11に記載の 組成物。 13.アルカノールアミンが、式Ib: 〔式中、 A2は、C2〜C8−アルキレンを表すが、これは、少なくとも1個のNR5基( この場合、R5(又は各基R5は互いに独立に)は、ヒドロキシアルキル又はアル キルを表す)によって中断されており、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は、互いに独立にヒドロキシアルキル又はHを表す〕 で示される少なくとも1種の化合物から選択されている、請求項11に記載の 組成物。 14.アルカノールアミンが、式Ic: 〔式中、 A3は、C2〜C8−アルキレンを表すが、これは、少なくとも1個のNR5基( この場合、R5は、H、ヒドロキシアルキル又はCH2CH2NR6R7を表す)に よって中断されており、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は、互いに独立にアルキルを表すが、これは、少なくと も1個のNR5基によって中断及び/又は少なくとも1個のNR6R7基によって 置換されており、 R5は、H、ヒドロキシアルキル又は−R8NR6R7 を表し、 R6及びR7は、互いに独立にH、ヒドロキシアルキル又は−R8NR6R7を表 し、 R8は、エチレン基又はプロピレン基を表すが、この場合、N原子の(平均し て)少なくとも30%がヒドロキシアルキル基を有している〕 で示される少なくとも1種の化合物から選択されている、請求項11に記載の 組成物。 15.アルカノールアミンが酸化エチレンを有するポリエチレンイミンの反応生 成物である、請求項14に記載の組成物。 16.上記の定義におけるアルカノールアミンのヒドロキシアルキル基が、ヒド ロキシプロピル基又はヒドロキシエチル基である、請求項9から15までのいず れか1項に記載の組成物。 17.ポリマー(A2)対アルカノールアミンの質量比が、100:1〜1:1 の範囲内である、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 18.更に反応促進剤を含有する、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載 の組成物。 19.請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含む結合剤。 20.請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物もしくは請求項19 に記載の結合剤を用いる基体の含浸及び含浸した基体の硬化によって得られ る成形体。 21.微分割された材料からなる平板又は成形部材、殊にチップ板及び繊維板、 車両内装品、絶縁物又は不織布である、請求項20に記載の成形体。 22.微分割された材料、殊に繊維、チップ又は細片からなる成形体用の結合剤 としての、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化可能な水性組成 物の使用。
