Description
・尿素による、低臨界湿度でのアンモニウム塩の封入により、1工程プロセスで周囲空気中の水分から保護され、追加のコーティング工程は不要である
・最終製品が、純粋な尿素で構成される尿素顆粒として周囲空気から吸い取られた水分に対して同じ抵抗を示す
・追加のコーティングシステムが不要
・単純かつ経費節約
・既存の尿素造粒装置への統合が可能
・製品品質に悪影響を及ぼすことなく、既存の尿素造粒プラントにおいてアンモニウム塩を単純な方法で処理
・典型的な尿素肥料等級製品が製造される。製品の窒素含量は最低46et%であるため、なお、尿素肥料等級製品である。

Claims (10)
- 顆粒フロー入口側と、反対の顆粒フロー出口側を有し、尿素顆粒が尿素溶液および尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームから尿素顆粒がそれに沿って形成される軸を有する尿素造粒機により、低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法であって、
前記尿素溶液および前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームが、混合物として、または個別に、供給システムユニットにより、様々なノズルを介して、前記尿素造粒機へと、シード材料上にスプレーされる方法において、
前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームの最大量が、前記顆粒フロー入口側で前記尿素造粒機へスプレーされ、前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームの量が、前記顆粒フロー入口側から前記顆粒フロー出口側まで前記尿素造粒機の前記軸に沿って減少し、それにより前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームが、4〜20の尿素:アンモニウム塩比、0〜10重量%の水分含量および任意選択で1〜5重量%までの添加剤を含み、
前記尿素溶液の最大量が、前記顆粒フロー出口側で前記尿素造粒機へスプレーされ、前記尿素溶液の量が、前記顆粒フロー出口側から前記顆粒フロー入口側まで前記尿素造粒機の前記軸に沿って減少することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記尿素造粒機の前記顆粒フロー入口側で導入された前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームが、7〜16の尿素:アンモニウム塩比、0〜5重量%の水分含量および任意選択で0.4〜0.8重量%の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記添加剤が、ホルムアルデヒド、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸マグネシウム、微量栄養素およびその他の炭化水素顆粒添加剤またはこれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記尿素造粒機の前記顆粒フロー出口側で導入された前記尿素溶液が、0〜10重量%の水分含量、好ましくは、0〜5重量%の水分含量および任意選択で1.5重量%まで、好ましくは、0.4〜0.8重量%の添加剤を含み、それにより前記重量添加剤が、ホルムアルデヒド、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸マグネシウム、微量栄養素およびその他の炭化水素顆粒添加剤またはこれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記シード材料の組成物が、前記製造された尿素顆粒と化学的に相溶性があり、前記シード材料のサイズが、前記製造された尿素顆粒より小さいことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームの最大量が、前記顆粒フロー入口側で前記尿素造粒機へスプレーされ、前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームの量が、顆粒フロー入口側から顆粒フロー出口側までの軸の最初の半分でゼロまで減少し、好ましくは、顆粒フロー入口側から顆粒フロー出口側までの軸の最初の5分の1でゼロまで減少することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームが、前記尿素造粒機のオフガスからアンモニアの除去のための洗浄システムから放出されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の低吸湿能を有する尿素顆粒を製造する方法において、前記尿素造粒機の前記顆粒フロー入口側で前記供給システムユニットに入る前記尿素/アンモニウム塩ストリームの圧力が、前記尿素造粒機の前記顆粒フロー出口側で前記供給システムユニットに入る前記尿素溶液の圧力より高いことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造される尿素顆粒。
- 請求項9に記載の尿素顆粒において、前記尿素顆粒中のアンモニウム塩の合計濃度が、5wt%までのアンモニウム塩、好ましくは0.5〜1.5wt%であり、窒素含量が最低46wt%であることを特徴とする尿素顆粒。
